Great place. The experience is wild. Virtual Reality has come a long way in 25 years since I first put on a headset. Great customer service from Brian. My son and I are impressed.

This was our first experience with VR. We went for our sons 18th birthday. The staff (Im so sorry I never got your names) were outstanding...friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The facility was clean, comfortable and well laid out. There was quite the selection of games as well. Highly recommend!

Man I had a blast took my daughter and brother I drove 45 min and it was worth the drive .. they even set up an Appointment for me.. the employee there went the extra mile stayed with us the whole time explaining how everything worked .. hyped up my daughter she wants to go again lol... I saw it was byob I’m definitely bringing a group of friends highly recommended. It was just us three very safe and sanitary .. if you’re looking for something to do fun during these times of covid they are definitely flexible.

Love love love this place, TOTALLY worth the price. Took the family and played a bunch of multiplayer games, had a blast. Its byob so Im planning on going with some friends soon. Cant recommend this place enough. Cant wait to go back.

After finding out about Fixation on LinkedIn, I stopped in with my boys. They are big time gamers and have recently gotten into VR. The team at Fixation spent the time explaining everything to them and helped them get started before starting their actual gaming time. The staff is great. Really a great group of guys. Beth is amazing.This is for girls too. I was told there is a small mommy group that comes in with a bottle of wine and gets some play time in. What a great getaway.They have BYOB after 7 pm.There are a lot of different games and VR units. They have sit down games that can cater to older and younger kids too.I’ll bring my 7 year old in to see if his head is big enough to VR. This would be his dream birthday party.End result is my boys had a blast. A couple of the guys jumped in to give them a run for their money. We will be getting the membership too. I HIGHLY recommend Fixation!

I went in as part of a team building event and I cant say I was excited to be there. However once I got in a headset I was totally blown away. This was the best team building event weve ever had. I highly recommend it for other companies.I noticed they are BYOB and I will definitely be coming back with friends and family in the future. My son has a birthday coming up soon and this is going to be a great place for his birthday party.

Fixation is the best place in DFW for VR. Ive tried them all. Dreamscape, the void, zero latency. They are all cool and everyone should try them once but if you come to Fixation this is the place you will come back to time and again.

This place is great! I had a birthday party for my Daughter who turned 12 and a small group of her friends. They had so much fun they cant stop talking about it. I dont play video games and had no intention of playing when I took them but the staff was super friendly and offered me a chance to give it a try at the end of the party. I was really reluctant but I ended up giving it a try. It was amazing! I ended up doing a shooting game with my daughter and I won. Mom has some skills haha. Anyway they do BYOB and I have plans now to go with a group of my girlfriends for a ladies night and probably do a date night with my husband at some point. He is reluctant like I was but I know if he gets in he will be hooked.I highly recommend anyone who is looking for something new and fun to do to give VR at fixation a try.

Great experience! The employees are always there to help with game suggestions or to get you started on a new game. I have taken my son here a few times and have never been disappointed!

We had a blast played four games one was Nuketown my legs were so sore the next day if videogames were like this everyone would be in shape

Zish was incredibly helpful in introducing me to 360 beat mode! I heard talk of beat saber tournaments and I have never been more motivated to grind out some hours in beat saber! I can’t wait until the tournament starts!

This place was so much fun!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Marshall was a lot of help and it was so fun to watch him skate around(you have to visit to find out)! I felt like I did a full workout the next day. Plus It’s BYOB, so it doesn’t get better than that. I would recommend this place and will definitely visit again!!!!!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The games are fun and there is a selection for everyone. I didnt think I would enjoy the VR stuff as much as I did because I think it is still pretty immature technology but its definitely a cool thing for the kids and adults alike.They will let the adults bring in adult beverages which is cool.We enjoyed the experience a lot. Kiddo cant wait to go back.

Took my son there for his birthday and it was a blast! I gave 4 stars because it had some glitching & loading issues, but not bad. I will definitely be returning.

Dropped by on a whim. Great experience. Friendly team - very patient and accommodating. They took the time to walk me through the basics and then let me explore various VR programs. Got addicted and ended up spending an hour playing around. Will be back with some friends.

These people are fantastic. It was like having VR concierge service...we had six 13yr olds rotating at 3 stations, playing co-op. They had a great time and Id recommend Fixation VR without reservation. Thank you, Fixation VR!

I LOVE this place! Everyone here is so nice and they always keep the entire location clean. From the headset they are constantly cleaning after each user to the location itself, Ive never seen it dirty here. Ive been here a ton and they treat everyone that walks in like family. If youre looking for a place to try VR for the first time or just a place to play it on a regular basis, this is the place to go.

This place is fantastic!! Attended a sweet 16 birthday party there that was over the top! My daughter couldnt stop talking about how great it was and Im sure we will be doing her next Birthday their. I never thought I would like VR and even thought it might make me sick but what they had didnt bother me at all and it was so realistic. When those zombies were right in my face I think I even screamed a little. That moving racing chair is killer. I felt like I was really driving at 160 mph. They even have a green room where everyone got pictures from inside one of the games. I cant recommend this place enough!!

Great employees very friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment. The games were alot of fun, not just to play but to watch. You know its a great place when guests have fun, but its even better when the employees have fun. I live in Hurst so Im really happy its not to far away.

Went there yesterday with my parents and had a great time! They are super friendly and helped us with everything. They are about to move into a larger facility next door which sounds like it will be great

My kids & I went there, they played Beat Saber, Super Hot, & the drawing game for an hour. My kids throughly enjoyed the experience & were in awe the entire time. The man that helped us was kind & very helpful. We will most definately come again. 12/10 would recommend.

Seriously, amazing. They should and need to relocate to a more popular area because this needs more attention. For real, please check it out.

We were looking for something different for my 14-year-old’s birthday party and the experience was wonderful. The manager was very helpful in the planning process since I didn’t know a lot about VR technology. The staff made sure all of the kids had a great time by guiding them through the equipment use and giving them frequent pointers on gameplay. They stay right there with you and cheer the kids on and add to the experience. We played the multiplayer games they suggested and they were a blast. The adults enjoyed it too. Highly recommended for kids and adults.

My wife and I visited last night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The playlist of games is lengthy and spaces to play are numerous. We spoke with the owner who graciously gave us a tour. Staff was friendly and helpful to get us started playing. We had a small glitch with my pack but I was up and running fairly quickly. If you haven’t played VR like me, I highly recommend this place for an evening of fun. They are moving to a new space where they can add more booths and have a more open floor plan. The signage out front is not easily seen but the location pulls easily on Waze. Give it a try for an evening of fun.

Excellent experience worth the (rather high) price. I brought my son and three of his friends here. They have a wide selection of games, excellent support for brand new players (all four boys were), ample parking. The only minor issues were the lack of signage, so we pulled into the parking lot right after Hurstview not sure we were in the right place.While they cater to college students, my younger teens had a blast.

Awesome VR game room! Big selection of games for all ages to choose from, single player, multi-player, and COOP! All gear is wireless and top quality. They have both the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive. The staff is very helpful throughout the visit. They make sure the gear is adjusted and comfortable and explained how to use. They stay close by to help out during gameplay so you dont get stuck and waste game time. If you do get stuck, they adjust your time. Speaking of time, they are mindful of where your at in the game and will let you finish out your battle or level. I like the location, while it may be a little hard to find, its in a small shopping center in a nice neighborhood. Their rates are competitive with other rooms. The one downside is they dont really have a lot of seating or a lounge area for non gamers to watch play or for gamers to take a break. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

First time trying VR with my wife and good friend and it was mind-blowing. The staff was very friendly and while they do not serve drinks you are allowed to bring your own as of the date of this posting. They have a large selection of games and are willing to research and download additional items if there is demand.The tech consists of a Vive, Occulas and even a Atom (2 player wireless VR).I highly recommend checking this place out!
