Much more affordable than anticipated. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice range of activities for all ages. Food was great and reasonably priced. Drinks were expensive though.

Alley Cats is a very awesome place to go to when you are able to afford it and when you have nothing else to do. Back when it was called Putt Putt I used to go there all the time as a kid. The arcade games are very cool, they could put in some new ones but overall very cool to play. The Putt Putt courses are awesome, so I would highly reccomend that you stop by and have fun. Even if its for an hour or 2 its worth your time, especially with your family.

We came here because relatives were raving about the go-karts. The go-karts were indeed fun, but the lines were long. We went about three rounds before it started to rain and were pretty much forced inside to play the arcade games, despite paying $140 for four people to play outside because that was the main reason we decided to come here.When we went inside, I noticed that they have a decent amount of arcade games, decent selection and variety, but nothing different or exclusive to other arcade places. Food prices were decent as well, though admittedly, I only bought a drink $4 (prior to tax) for a 24 oz drink - I got a lemonade which was pretty good in that it wasnt too sour but not too sweet either. The staff here was pretty friendly.However, when we tried to go and count our tickets, it seemed every machine was broken, so someone had to come by and fix it, and then another machine would break, increasing wait time for everyone. Due to social distancing rules, every other machine was off, so we didnt really get to count our tickets. Speaking of COVID-19 regulations, they didnt seem to check temperature of anyone coming in, so it seemed they were entrusting the customers to be sure to be healthy before coming in. Another negative was that the bathroom was pretty unkept with toilet paper strewn about everywhere, but everywhere else seemed fine.Despite some pretty negative experiences, the place is pretty decent and I enjoyed spending time with family while I was here.

I went to Alley Cats for the 1st time for my sons 4th birthday and he had a blast! I will definitely go back. The staff was extremely friendly especially the guy handing out the $5 play cards(for wearing your masks) and the games manager Cody!!! He was so very kind to my child by acknowledging him and his special day and even giving him some special birthday points and gift. Thank you Cody, you helped my sons birthday even greater!!

Love bringing my little one here. She always has so much fun. We usua6spend about 1.5 hours here for something to do on the weekends.

Mady was our party host for our sons birthday party. She was amazing!! The party was a great & Mady handled everything for us. We got to focus on celebrating & not hosting.

Great place to take the kids. Since lockdown we havent been able to get out and I was skeptical of going to Alley Cats. However the location was not crowded and they were giving out gift cards for people wearing masks. Everyone had a great time and we will probably come back again.

Overall an okay experience. My son and I played putt putt, rode the rides and go- karts, and even played the arcade games. My son was hungry after playing and asked for pizza. I ordered him a personal cheese pizza with Pepperoni (that’s a dollar extra) and got this sad, burnt pizza. I obviously didn’t come here for the food, but the workers could have at least tried. We decided to leave right after this and get some actual food. It tasted so bad!! After paying so much money for a day pass, putt-putt, and an arcade card, and only using the day pass for a short amount of time because we were served inedible food, it was quite the disappointment. Never again.

Went here to play some mini golf, and had a pretty good time, very safe with a heavy police presence outside keeping the parking lot safe, and a lot of cleaning going on as well as people wearing masks, you get a game card for wearing a mask and coming in, which can be used for mini golf or on the arcade machines, and there is also a bar which has prices about as to what you would expect in a family fun center sort of area, but nonetheless had some Jamison and soda mixed drinks, Which were served in plastic cups and we were able to take onto the pot putt course with us, and all in all it came to about 40 bucks for drinks and two rounds of mini golf, on the two different courses, in its previous iterations I’ve had several bands and orchestra lock ins here, And it’s a great place, the only reason I did not get five stars is because the upper course could have been cleaned up a little bit better and a little more maintained.

I came here last night, with my best friend and her family for her birthday, and we were absolutely uncomfortable with the lack of service and people that were in there. They did not follow limited capacity, social distancing guidelines, or wearing a mask. It was a free for all type deal, and everyone just did their own thing. We went to go sit down and eat and the table was filthy, didn’t have anybody cleaning and wiping down in between customers. They had a sign on the booth behind us saying, “table is closed” and a girl went and sat there. When she was told by an employee she couldn’t sit there, she refused to move and the employee just said, “I’ll let you pass this time, but I’m really not supposed to.” No cleaning and sanitizing go carts in between, or any of the outdoor activities for the matter and the same for indoor arcade games. The guy working the roller coaster ride wasn’t even wearing a mask, it was seriously annoying to have to ride something and then go in to wash my hands and on to the next activity every time. Or constantly be running into people everywhere I turned, it was packed in like sardines and herding cattle just to get to do anything. Nothing was organized or professional, at all. I understand it’s hard times for everyone right now financially, but people’s health and safety should be prioritized before money. You can ENFORCE limited capacity, social distancing and face coverings it’s your place of business. Most people are on social media, these days you post there and a sign on the door, even lock up. Once you’re at capacity limit and have someone by the door to let people know and also, let people out. Even if there wasn’t a pandemic going on you were over capacity and it could’ve led to a serious fire hazard. I’m over Covid-19, mask, and social distancing just as much as everyone else. But ultimately rules are rules and are placed for a reason, not to mention people should’ve been cleaning and sanitizing as hardcore as they are now before. I’m contacting the health department and better business. Also, let it be known I know the owner of this location through a mutual friend and will make sure he’s notified.

This place is awesome! Especially for the man child errrrrr...(man and child) lol. There are two locations one in Arlington and the other in Hurst. The Arlington location is 5 minutes away from the Parks Mall and Arlington Highlands. Additionally, the Arlingtons location is better for adults and teens (bigger bars and games are for older kids). The Hurst location is perfect for the whole family all the games are kid friendly and the Hurst location has a go cart track as well. Both locations have a restaurant, bowling alley, putt putt golf, laser tag, indoor wall climbing, and batting cages. Also in addition to having the larger bar, the Arlington location has two outdoor putting courses. In contrast, the Hurst location has outdoor go carts and carnival style rides (mainly for younger children). This is the perfect location for a family day trip and the costs are a bargain.

Love the pizza bowl special. Jennifer had amazing customer service and definitely made our experience at Alley Cats amazing.

Fun overall experience, we came as a decent sized family. Only complaint is the charge cards to play games is pretty expensive. They are decked out with laser tag, mini golf, bowling and tons of arcade games.

Go-karting race track is so fun to spend time with family, and race to. I would prefer all the rides there except for the teapot. The teapot almost made me sick to my stomach. All the games there are really fun, and the prizes are cool for the young ones. They also have a rock climbing wall thats also fun for the young ones and anyone else who does it. I would definitely love to come back when my mom lets me. Until then, Ill be thinking about it and begging her to let us come. P.s. STAY SAFE EVERYONE!!!

Went to celebrate my sons 15th birthday. Was great except the girl on the phone a few days before lied about my son being able to drive me around in the go karts. But the manager apologized and we had a great time. Blast from the past, just not as fast as the ones from (putt putt) division back in the day!!

Miniature Golf was the exact same before the remodel. Wished they would have updated some of the holes. The 820 Bistro is great. Loved the new menu. However, if youre not very hungry the Burgers with seasoned curly fries could easily be split between 2 adults. The arcade is a bit old school in that it dispenses paper tickets that you then have to take to a ticket eater machine. Then proceed to the counter, hopefully you wont have to wait it line. We waited 20 minutes for this. They could handle up to 4 customers at one but only 2 of The 4 redemption screens were being used. Furthermore, cards won from coin pushers can only be redeemed by the LASER TAG ONLY register and a SHIFT MANAGER must be the one to help you with this. They also only have 1 kiosk to add points to your card for the arcade that accepts debit/credit cards. 2 others only accepted cash.

The kids enjoyed themselves it just so expensive you would think with all thats going on theyd run better dealsⁿ

Really had a great visit today for my cousins sons fifth birthday party. There lots of really cool games and they seemed give out lots of tickets! I think what we liked best was the laser tag, if you take your kids you have to go and play it with your kids! Me and my boys and all their friends had so much!

I went here for a work Christmas party and this place has really gone all out and spent money to keep the place state-of-the-art, aesthetically pleasing, fun, and friendly. I was greeted immediately upon entering and the manager introduced himself by name. We had finger foods which were delicious and high-end. Even the bathroom fixtures were unique and state-of-the-art and high-end. All our employees really enjoyed themselves and we were issued $20 coupons towards games for our return trips.

It was great! Had lots of fun bowling. We celebrated my grandsons 7th birthday there and the kids really enjoyed themselves. However though, on every order of the lemon pepper wings, theyd put way too much seasoning.

Weve been to alleycats a few times now to play mini golf. we havent had the opportunity to play games or take part in any of the other activities they have on-site such as the batting cages or arcade. all in all the facility is fairly clean and the staff is pretty nice. I do wish the mini golf course was a bit more challenging then it is but other than that we enjoy ourselves when we swing by

We had a great time at Alley Cats! We bowled and played mini golf. The lanes were in good shape. The screen had fun activities to make the game more personable. The mini golf was not too easy and lasted for a while. The associate Joseph was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He did a great job! This place has it all. There is put put, rides, bowling, laser tag, a climbing wall, games for all ages and skills. They also have a bar and a bistro. A good place to take the whole family.

So happy we decided to have our daughters birthday here. The staff was amazing. Out party host was top notch and kept everything moving smoothly! My daughter, all the other kids, and even the parents had a great time! We will definitely be back!

I had my daughters bday party here and the kids had a blast. The workers did a great job keeping everything on time so that everyone got to do everything without missing a beat. We have visited several times since then!

Alley cats was awesome. You dont have to pay for your card and then pay to add points. Just about every game ACTUALLY WORKS! You can win tickets on almost every game, and its reasonably priced to play. I like getting the daily discount. $35 goes you 215 points, and that my children occupied for about 90 minutes. I feel like i got my moneys worth, and my children had fun. The games are up to date as well. The new owners renovated just about everything when they converted to Alley Cats.

The bowling prices are pretty good for this area, especially for weekend prices! Id probably give this facility 5 stars, but I think the arcade prices are a little expensive for what youre getting. The arcades got the basics: air hockey, ski-ball, basketball shooting game, racing games, etc. But its not the biggest of arcades, and they use a lot of filler ticket games to fill what theyre lacking.

We went as a blended family date and had a great time. I love the video game Injustice and I didnt know they had a arcade version of it. I dont particularly play games like that but I love to watch my 13 year old play. Youre able to receive character cards that you can use/add to the next game. They had a really good selection of games and activities. Ill mostly likely be back

Ive visited this place since it was called Putt Putt. The remodel is a very nice upgrade. It looks very nice and clean. Games were enjoyable. My kids rode the kiddy rides and they had fun. I rode the goats which I was disappointed since they were slow. The batting cages were fun. The puttputt course was very fun. My kids enjoyed it alot. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

This is a nice place for kids parties. My kids love going here because there are so many things to do and everyone can find something they like. Parking is good. The facility looks a bit dated but clean and maintained..there are employees around to help if you need it. I would like to see more security visible though. In this day and age security for kids is a number 1 priority.

We paid $63 for an hour, and spent 20 minutes of it waiting to order food. Were were able to complete one full game and about 2 frames of a second game. Also, the pizza tastes like jail.

Lots to do for the whole family. Bowling, huge arcade with tickets you can earn for prizes, putt-putt golf around wild animals and waterfalls, batting cages, go-carts, carnival rides, climbing walls and more!

Horrible experience here.. My boyfriend and I waited 30 minutes in the cold weather for the go-karts only to wait another 10 minutes for another ride because of people line jumping! We were about to get on the next ride but 2 people jumped in line and another 2 people ran inside the track and took our spots! I had notified the worker but he said he couldn’t do anything about it because he didn’t see it! Ridiculous! He still couldn’t do anything about it even after the couple behind us told him about the line jumping as well! Long story short, don’t come here. They do absolutely NOTHING about line jumping. Just a waste of your time and money.

The service at the bar was absolutely horrendous. It took over 20 minutes to be able to order drinks. And it took over 45 minutes to get two pizzas and cheese fries. The pizza we ordered originally was made incorrectly And the cheese fries we had to ask about five different times. The lady at the bar Tammy really didn’t seem to want to be there. She sat with one hand on her hip the whole time she would make his drinks. They were incredibly slow. Even for something as simple as a bottle beer. The guy at the bar, we did not catch his name, was very generous with the alcohol pour. which is why I did not give it a one star

Nice place. Very clean. Helpful employees. The bowling was awesome. The pinsetters worked perfectly. We complained that the bumpers were not working properly and the mechanic fixed them in less than 5 minutes!

Ripoff alley! I took my 3 year old son up here and spent $50 on a game card and he only got to play 10 games. What a ripoff. Expect to pay $50 every 20 minutes to make your kids happy and thats just with one child. Wow! This place is worse than a casino, to give your child a good time, you need to bring at least $1000. No wonder there Is a conns down the street, once you leave this place, youll have to buy everything on credit.

The bowling was fantastic. The games I tried all appeared broke. The air hockey was so sticky that the puck would not move! The staff did put the money back on my card and I decided to try again later.

We got a Groupon for the unlimited fun pass which covers bowling, shoes, laser tag, and rock climbing. It more than paid for itself since an hour lane rental is $37 plus $5 shoe rental. We also did the go karts outside which our toddler really enjoyed. The karts dont run great but they got the job done. We ordered a pizza for our group to enjoy while we bowled buy it took nearly an hour to get it. Apparently they had issues with their oven . The kids working at the registers didnt really seem to know what the rules were. I had called the day before to verify what the Groupon covered (if everyone had to pay for lane rental and shows or just shoes, etc) and no one was able to give me an answer. Overall it was decent fun for an afternoon.

They have completely remodeled from when I went years ago. If you want to have a lot to choose from go here. They have a ton of video games, bowling, putt putt with several course, along with batting cages, and go karts, and rides.

I wish the entrance/exit area was more secure for people who have smaller children and a play area with games geared towards children under 36” (preschool age).

Our church went here for a youth event. It was so much fun. We played laser tag and arcade games. We bowled and ate, too. They had an amazing building, and it is a big improvement from the Put Put that used to by there. If you are looking for family or group fun, this is a great place. One of the arcade machines is ridiculous, though. We got so many tickets with so little effort

They let 6 single go karts and 2 double go karts on the track at one time for covid reasons but they let strangers stand in line less than a foot away from each other. Makes total since right? NOPE!

We visited Alley Cats on Labor Day evening. The kids had a blast playing the games, but in my opinion, the games are too expensive so our points ran out pretty quickly. The outdoor rides were perfect though! The young man working as the ride attendant was kind, helpful, and made sure our kids were safe and had a great time. Well definitely come back, but will probably skip the pricey indoor games and stick with the outdoor stuff.

Very nice place. My grandkids had a great time playing miniature golf and games inside. There was an incident with these Brats hitting the golf balls with their putters at everyone me included, as hard as they could, then hitting balls into the parking lot. The staff came out and got the the boys (3) as quick as they could and I hope kicked them out and banded them. The staff apologized to me and everyone else and gave me two game cards to play on. So we would not have a bad memory. It was my granddaughters 10th birthday we were celebrating.

I prefer them over Main Event honestly. They have better and more affordable food/drinks. I enjoy the Hurst location over the Arlington location. This is a great play for family fun as well as adult fun after 9pm.

The staff here is awesome! I usually show up with a bunch of littles since we are a big family and they always go above and beyond for us! Thank you all so much! The owners could invest some money into fixing the machines so we wouldnt need as much assistance but they have such attentive staff that it doesnt ruin the night.
