My boyfriend is about to move in there, hes already had his mobile home moved in but now hes gotta get the wiring inspected and everything hooked up and he can move on in...I think we are gonna like the park!!

Very peaceful.

Note bad for a really old mobile home park. The manager that runs it will do anything for you. Rent is cheap and great for the area if working here.

One day Im going to buy me one of these instead of investing a lot of money into a house that you truly never owned because of the banks and I dont understand how do you buy a house in for the rest of your life pay taxes on the land its a rip-off Ill just get me one of these and travel the world

Cheap rent and clean park

Lots of space and it looks like it is kept clean

I grew up here and I technically have a law suit still pending against them for violating human and civil rights

Moved back in December. I lived here 24 years ago and hated it. Now I really like it. New owners and new management and they have cleaned this place up alot. Any problems reported will be taken care of by management ASAP.

Watch out for the kids, they will run out in front of you
