One of the best gyms in town. I have never had an issues finding weights, machines, or space. The staff here is phenomenal, they are friendly, and professional. They have a nack for making you feel at home. Plenty of disinfectant wipes for the machines. All the machines I have seen are is great condition, and well oiled, allowing you to have smooth transitions between reps. Highly recommend this place.

We love The Matrix! Coach Aubrey is excellent with my daughter and her skills have really improved.

Great place. My daughter is on the competition team. They do a great job preparing the girls and working with them to develop their gymnastics skills. The coaches are very caring.

My daughter is in the gymnastics class with Coach Tim and I couldn’t be happier with her progress. He is so patient with the kids and helps teach proper techniques to ensure the safety of the kids. Highly recommend to anyone looking to either start or further their gymnastics career!!

I workout here, its nice and clean but kinda cramped space for the weight gym. I wish it was located in back bc parking is ridiculous in the afternoon due to the gymnastics

Decent gym for the area, the gym part is open 24 per day for members, the gymnastics part is open the hours listed on Google

Have been having parties there for 3+ years but the way the staff treated us this time was crap. I specified to the then working employee that party has to be 2 hours and she noted it down and then we were thrown out of the party room just before the cake cutting began. Horrible experience. The staff member on duty even told my husband that his wife (me) is not being truthful.

I workout every morning between 8 & 9. Its clean, empty, and has a huge variety of weight machines and free weights.
