Wonderful to go for a run around this area!

This was something on my bucket list and I wasnt disappointed. The trip was like stepping into the 40s with a very authentic feel. We were fortunate enough to have really beautiful weather which, of course made the trip even better, although that truly wouldnt have mattered. I highly recommend the dome, but any seat would be great. Loved this trip!!

We went in 2018 in a dome car the view was great, staff was great, food was great would do this again I a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the train ride. If you want to see alot of scenery just make sure your on the right side of the train that faces the front. I got a seat on the left side and didnt see as much as the other side of train did.

The train offers a chance to ride some very unique historic rail equipment and the service is wonderful

Had a great experience...loved it!!

We paid almost $600 for two of us for a PREMIUM TRIP!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!Our FOOD WAS COLD, and we ATE OUR BREAKFAST BALANCED ON OUR KNEES!! The ONLY CHOICE FOR DRINK WAS COFFEE, SODA or WATER. NEVER were we offered tea . They had seats for 16 people, and there were about 40 of us in our car. #12There was numerous sites to see per their brochure, although our HOST did not point out any of them. He was more interested in the 2 groups of single women in our car. We had no idea where we were, or what was coming up next.DINNER was WORSE. We had COLD WELL DONE PRIME RIB, no horseradish, ONE CHOICE OF DRESSING FOR THE SALAD, THE BEANS AND MASHED POTATOES were both COLD. The bread was stale and we had no butter. The previous shift had used it all. My husband told someone we didnt have butter, and they brought HIM 2 packets. None for the rest of usThe only choice for drink was SOFT DRINKS or WATER. They DID NOT offer COFFEE OR TEA FOR DINNER. .We DID eat at a the table for dinner, but did so in SHIFTS .There were THREE SHIFTS. Our food ARRIVED IN OUR CAR at 4:50 and the last group ate at almost 6:30. We had to carry our possessions with us, since they didnt know where we would be seated next .The staff even told us they didnt know why they didnt give us a dining car to eat. They were embarrassed!!They told us in advance that we would have our choice of seats, but thats not what Happened on our way back . I wasnt able to sit next to my husband for the last 2 hours because they shifted us in order to eat.I threw up my dinner, because I had to eat so fast -when I complained about this, they said they didnt believe me. I threw up ONCE. Another lady at our table refused to rush, because she had swallowing problems.Women in car #13 came to our car because they said they didnt have toilet paper. Our toilet ran over so they CLOSED it and then 3 cars were using the toilet in car #11. The maintenance man in our car said that we could use the mens restroom if we wanted to SQUAT OVER THE URINAL!!There are NO REFUNDS .When I complained they said THEY HAD NO OTHER COMPLAINTS .I dont believe it, because we were NOT THE ONLY ONES THAT WERE UNHAPPY!!! DONNA KLINE HAD COMPLAINTS AS WELL IN SEPARATE REVIEW!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They said theyve been doing this for 50 YEARS! Something is wrong if this is what they offer after so much practice!!

I have never really been here but by the looks of the place it looks awesome.

Excellent good. Great host and hostess on our Pullman car, nut it ran out of water and that required a walk to the next car, heat went out in our car and we were v old on the way back.

One of the best ride in the world

Great ride, beautiful scenery. Biggest con is that you cant reserve specific seats to guarantee your party is together.

Friendly staff, and affordable trips.

We were in the Alexander Hamilton car, no water,one restroom, on the way back we had no air, one suggestion is on the ride back, the passengers should be able to switch sides, so that part disappointed me, but overall it was ok
