Run down some. Landlord dosent do much but stays out of the way as well. Cops dont visit so much since the trouble people have been kicked out. Would be nice if they would clean the place up and do something with the roads.

I lived here since 2006 and back then it was a beutiful trailer court. It was filled with trailers and had a lot of kids roaming the place and the roads used to look better. Since theres a new landlord this place looks like shit and theres barely anybody lives here and cops love to come up here. I cant wait to get a new landlord so this place can look how it used to.

I lived in Valley View Mobile Home Park in the early 90s and it was a beautifully thriving, efficient, and strictly managed community. A safe place! Now it is simply an embarrassing site! Who owns it? Who manages it? Such uncared for, and primarily abandoned residential lots left to rot. #nobodycaresanymore

Place looks like desert anymore, so many people who have & will make trouble, not worth it to live there

I cant believe theyre still open out there, hardly any trailers out there, and what is out there, theyre not liveable! Absolutely horrible place!
