Rude ppl and unprofessional plus tenants are suffering bc they take months to fix anything then blame tenant when its there responsibly

I live here and never fix anything properly wont my ac because are house was a mess unpacking things it is hid approved by the look of it

I can not wait to move here. Super nice staff, and the area seems great. I have two dogs and they welcomed them there. That was a huge perk for me. I will be renting from them soon as I can.

Moved from there awhile go only stayed for about 5 to 6 months place is horrible nothen is fixed correctly or right hud/section8 needs to do a deep and better inspections on all trailers there asap i dont or most people dont know how they past hud/section 8 guidelines 4 places so far are rented out to landlord kinfolk and landlord father in law or sumthing like that is the one who does bids on trailers that people move out of to fix up there landlords husband is the maintenance person who doesnt know what hes doin at all sum of the trailers people living in just needs to be tore down floors go up and down uneven its nuts landlord wants tenants to follow rules but her family n good friends doesnt have to i just plain advise move there at your own risk seriously

A quite trailer community in a great school district. There are a lot of good people who reside there but of course with all communities similar to this there are nosey neighbors but all in all decent people

The Rd is in terrible shape. Theres a whole area thats nothing but a big hole on one side of Rd. Been that way for 2 years or more. Bust ur tires.
