Cheaper than therapy was a great show to check out while visiting San Fran. 6 comedians performed and were all hilarious and entertaining. Mark and John kept us laughing even after we left the comedy club! Cheap tickets and no drink minimum adds to the great experience!

Nice little comedy store behind a gas station. Cozy but friendly too. Dont pass up the opportunity.

The drop in improv class was so fun. Teacher was great and it was a really fun crowd.

I come here regularly, I love the comics they always have a good lineup. Its incredibly affordable, and the owner is just wonderful. I highly recommend this for friends, and date night!

Cool little place. I went on comedy night, but the place also specializes with classes for aspiring comedians. Really cool people running the place. The comics were still developing which is what I expected, but the overall atmosphere was cool. Ill go back next time Im in town visiting family.

I was only there 1 time so maybe I selected the wrong night and didn’t stay for the whole show. The first 3 of 9 comedians didn’t have good content.The place is comfortable, the cost is minimal, the employees are great.It’s a great place for new comedians to practice their act.

If you want to laugh - ANY night of the week, this is the best place to go! Do you want to impress your date .. and maybe even get some action at the end of the evening??? THEN BRING HER/HIM/THEY HERE! This place rocks! You are guaranteed to get a belly of chuckles for only a couple bucks. This is great fun and a gem in OC.

Didnt even know this place was here and now my husband and I cant wait to go back!!!!! We both really love comedy and both work in the service industry and I have to say, the staff really want to take care of you and make sure you have THE BEST time. Im in a wheelchair for the time being due to a tramtic accident, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy, and it meant the world to me because I dont get to go out often (cause of the chair) and they really treated me and every other guest like royalty, it was great to get a little pampering and to see that I wasnt being treated like I was made of glass, cause they treated every single person exactly the same ( So. Rare. )....i couldnt be more impressed. We cant wait to go back for date night!!!!!!!! Tickets are never terribly priced either!!!! More people should definitely know about this place but Im a little glad that for the time being its our little secret comedy Oasis.Keep up the good work you guys.... You made me feel like I wasnt handicapped for a couple hours and for that I am eternally grateful. No matter what you have loyal regulars w me and the Hubs....

Its a great place to go if you like to watch/play video games and enjoy newer comedians. The owner has a great vision for his business. Follow them on FB and support this local treasure. They even have open mic nights!

Love this place. Friendly people. And an excellent change of pace instead of just going to the movies, every weekend. Every time I go I experience something new.

Cool spot to catch a few laughs in Orange County

I had never been to the amazing comedy theater before, but I love stand up and thought I’d check it out. I’ve got to say: when I pulled up to the venue, I almost turned around and left. It is in a gas station parking lot and looks like the start of a horror movie. I’m glad I didn’t — it was a wonderful show! There were about 8 comics that were all hilarious and the venue was so intimate that it made for an amazing experience. I’m crossing my fingers that they get a liquor license soon!

This was an amazing first comedy/gaming tournament experience, the staff was hilarious, if you want a good time I recommend that you go here.

Obsessed! My face hurt from laughing so much! Came for the 10pm showcase and arrived early to watch the open mic - there was a great mix of humor and I loved the whole experience! I am so glad this place exists. Highly recommend!

Great night and was well worth the trip. Never been to see a comedy show before (in Orange County) was a pleasant surprise and good to have a chuckle at the new venue, hoping for great things for The Amazing Comedy Theater, love what Dan and the comedians put on for us.Two thingsParking - can be limited and your not sure of the location, especially my first visit.Entrance - Atomic Wombat Comics and The Amazing Comedy Theater, share the entrance and with no signage I was uncertain I was at the right location.I sat at the front to the left at my visit 01-13-19 my cousin from Bradford in the UK joined me on FaceTime he had a hoot he said as well.Thanks for a good night, will return and look forward to seeing all that the venue offers.

So refreshing to find a comedy theater like this in Orange County! Truly laugh out loud experience. Looks a bit dodgy from the outside but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly people and the free water too! Bonus! It was nice to not have a drink minimum and truly experience standup that is by a wide array of talented comics. Newbies and experienced girls and guys got on stage and all had something funny to say. I now understand why they guarantee their show. I highly recommend this AMAZING COMEDY THEATER! I will absolutely be going again!

The comedians were just okay on a Thursday and there were only 7 others in the crowd. I hope the other nights shows are better.

I reached out to this company on Instagram after after noticing they were using my photograph without permission. I have an overweight cat named Bronson that’s on an Instagram weight loss journey, @iambronsoncat. His account has over 200k followers and we purposely don’t do advertisements or paid post. I’ve had 3 people send us messages letting us know this company was using our image on their account and in ads they were running. I reached out letting them know that since they were using my photo without permission and also not giving credit, that I wanted them to take it down. They not only didn’t respond to my request. They blocked me. I have several other accounts, and went back to their profile to see they deleted my comment and are also still using my photo. This says a lot about a company and I definitely wouldn’t give them any of my money.

Intimate venue, talented comics, and very personable staff. One of my favorite things to do on the weekend, especially Sunday nights. Will continue to attend!

Nice lil setup and place to flex out new work. Hopefully a better comedy culture begins to create and grow. Potentially great place for comedically based artists to gather and create.
