We went to see The War with Grandpa. Great movie. Only one other couple there. Got tickets on the touch screen computer. Coke and popcorn, the best.

Very decent theater, rooms are never too crowded and the seats are super comfortable. Bathrooms are cleaned and lots of security everywhere. They have a few counters for food and lots of popcorn. The have senior citizens discount and on super Tuesdays tickets are cheaper.

Not a huge fan of this AMC wish they had more recliners and a couple of their screens seem like they have like scratches on them and thats not bad but I guess Im used to better AMCs in california

Love going here. But due to the covid 19 thing going around. The food shops and the stores around the theater close around 7, so if your showing is passed 7. You might want to get a bite to eat before going. When I went only burger buzz was open and they shut off their grill, so no burgers available. Its almost back to normal, except for the cops / security that force you to leave the premises and that also includes being outside. Security had me and my friends head to our cars. We couldnt just hang around. Another thing is, the concession stand was open, bar was close and of course, wear a mask.

We had a 10 hour stop over in Houston today so we decided to go to the movies. We picked the Terminator. I really liked this theater. Large lobby to the numbered theaters, seats were comfortable.

We really missed going to the movies. This was fun! Awesome seating

The theater is clean, has a nice food selection, and serves alcohol. All of those are nice. Its an older theater though. So the sound system is not as good as the current generation of theaters. The seats dont recline and are a little uncomfortable. This isnt a bad theater, but the other theaters in the area are better.

This is one of the best places, since they changed the whole always pick your seat, the popcorn always fresh, very clean

I had a really bad experience, the light at the theater was on so i loose the beginning of tbe movie trying to get the staff so they turned off, then some guys who didnt pay for their seat were all noisy the hole movie, Im pretty sure they didnt pay for them because when we were looking for our seats they thought they had them and said they could move if we want to I was trying to get my money back but front desk was closed by the end of the movie

The A/C has been OUT for the movie and its UNCOMFORTABLE! And all the workers had to say was. has anyone else said anything. Then their like it will take 30 minutes. The movie is about half over and it has been hotter in the theater than out in the Lobby! Paid over $50 to sit in a hot theater!. CRAZY!! If I were not with my grandchildren I would leave!!! I SHOULD BE COMPT

Theater was clean, service was prompt and polite, staff was courteous. Did not give 5 stars due to parking. Very tough to find a spot in the garage adjacent to the theater. If you find a spot open on the ground level north west corner near a yellow barricade, DO NOT PARK THERE!!!! Had an officer waiting when we came out. That area is self park valet parking only. The officer was great when I told him it was not blocked when I parked. Just be aware.

I went on a Thursday and it was not busy at all. Unfortunately I think that meant they felt they didnt need to provide any real customer service. They completely forgot about it theater. Proper to the start of the movie they didnt play any kind of entertainment. I was ok with that because its mostly just ads but then when it was time to start the movie it never started. 5 minutes after start time I went and found the only employee I could find at the snack counter and said we were waiting for the movie. 10 minutes later they started the movie with no previews. I came to watch the movie but the previews are fun too. All in all not worth the ticket price.

Stubs membership definitely worth it - free upgrade sizes & free popcorn refills. Always free drink & icee refills, good selection of finger foods always fresh made. Assigned seating, easy ticket purchases thru website or at kiosks. Sound systems are good, and the upgrade rooms are even more booming, with adjustable recliners.

The BAD: It took almost 40 minutes to get drinks from the bar. The employees were more interested in conversing amongst themselve than greeting customers and the heavy police presence was a little unnerving but I guess that goes with times. And the seats DO NOT RECLINE. They are soft, but stiff and upright so its not the level of comfort you imagine.The GOOD: The theater was clean and the movie presentation was top notch. Purchasing tickets was easy and automated but a little slow for such technology. The concession stand was quick... and the snacks warm and satisfying...So, as far as my review goes... I am on the fence about this theater...

Two stars because its generally a good theater. But the 21 after 7pm rule is ridiculous! Me and my fiance are both 21 trying to take my niece and nephew to see a PG movie and couldnt even purchase tickets! No where else has this rule! We get off work late and wanted to take them out but now having to completely go to another theatre because of this!

They did not even bother to improve this place at all during the quarantine....just disgusting

Had a great time but it has been quite a few years since I went to a movie. Everythings changed so much you can get your ticket at the kiosk and pick your seats. they have full size recliners. IMAX is now better than 3D. it was so comfortable. we saw Dumbo it was so good. I know its an oldie, but it was really a good stor. Definitely would recommend A+

Great. Very well set up, doesnt matter how tall the guy is in front of you, u will still be able to see the more than large enough screen. The employees are actually very friendly and helpful. If the seats reclined Id have given them 5 Stars!

The theater and the staff were fine but some of the other patrons just acted so animalistic and when youre there with a 15 year old daughter, and even she comments on it, it just kinda kills the whole experience. Well probably save $25 next time and rent/purchase for our home theater. Aside from that, staff and facility are 5 star.

Wow! The IMAX theater / experience is outstanding! The theater is very clean, seats are large, comfortable, and recline. With the Food Court with a lot of good restaurants at the entrance to the theater, you can park, eat, and see a movie at your convenience.

Theater is clean but seats are NOT reclining (unless you buy the Dolby Atmos tickets), are cloth, and very uncomfortable. Watched a new movie recently with standard admission tickets and would not do it again as the seats were uncomfortable and the movie was over 2 hours. The screen was relatively small as well compared to other theaters and while the sound of the movie filled the room, it wasnt not impressive by any means for a theater. Parking is generally harder to find but cant complain much since the theater is located inside the mall. Unless you cannot find a movie showtime at another place and really want to watch a certain movie, I wouldnt recommend this theater.

Were here for a late movie or Christmas day. It was good to come and watch the movie but they were little things that got on my nerves. They had a sign on the door to not come in because this guy was taking forever to clean up while the movie was supposed to be running. And in general the place is not as clean as it could be. But overall we enjoy watching jumanji 3

Older theater that needs updating. We were in theater 6 and it was not cleaned between shows. Large popcorn was probably 15% burnt. Excellent soda variety.

Quite literally the worst theater Ive ever been to. Pre-picked our seats and it put us in a completely different row than we picked (yes, the seats we originally picked were available) talked to one of the staff and were told they double booked seats and ending up playing musical seats through the opening trailers. Ugh ...

Staff is nice. However I had stopped going years ago for same customer problem. Phones are on, camera flashes, and people talking as if they are at home. I wont be back. Management is nice but they dont seem interested in curbing the problem. Its a shame because it could be a great facility. Also, left the theatre and popcorn and other items were strown down the hallway. Animals acting as if they are in pens and ruining facilities. Again, its a shame.

I went here to see Nezha, a Chinese-language animated feature (great movie!) It was more convenient than driving to the southwest side to see it, but still a 45-minute drive for me. The theatre is a bit dated decor-wise, but it is stadium seating with reasonably comfortable seats and clean floors. Modern projectors and sound systems are where theyve spent money on the older theatres, which is as it should be. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Clearly some effort has been made to provide alcohol and food as part of a premium theatre experience, but this isnt what got me out to see a movie for the first time in a year and a half. It was the opportunity to see a foreign box office hit in its original language while it was still globally relevant. As long as this theatre continues to offer rare events like this, Ill keep coming back for the chance to expand my horizons.

Beers from the bar, very friendly staff, and clean, super comfy reclining chairs in the IMAX theather. Super loud surround sound, and great movie. Very pleased.

I rarely write review because I feel most of us only write them when things are super good or when someone was extremely rude or offensive. No problems with the personnel here & Movie was great - BUT...Food (Mac & cheese) was cold in middle. Wasn’t going to miss movie to go complain. Was in theater 24 and only downstairs concession was openThe entire place was filthy - from the coke machines to the floor behind concession to the carpets it was disgusting. Ladies restrooms (was in 2) both needed attention.Truly felt I needed a shower after being at this locationAs I am visiting in Houston I can guarantee I will not return to this location, but even if I lived next door I wouldn’t go back.AMC definitely needs to take note of this location and clean up its act.

No recliner in the auditorium we were in seats very tight and like church chairs

I went to see Countdown at this location and I now remember why I go past the curfew. Kids/teens were movie jumping clearly. In the theater a group of teens were actually vaping like really. Loud and disruptive teens were the cause of me going to get a refund but I decided to stick it though. Watching a movie past curfew is actually better because you don’t have to worry about annoying teens ruining your movie experience. Maybe more security at the movie doors? Or just keeping look out for movie jumpers?

Bad Boys 2. This theatre has been here forever. But its clean and spacious and they have a coke remix machine and a icee machine, unlimited refills

Nice move theater... Seats were comfortable. Although they didnt recline.. full bar and some nice drinks for a movie. One draw back was. My popcorn was slightly burned... And I didnt not want to leave the movie to try and exchange.. being it was after 10:30 pm and they were cleaning up.. I figured they were done fixing all the fresh popcorn. Once the movie was over it wasnt anyone to speak with.

This theatre is nice and courteous, a bit pricey. Nevertheless, worth every penny.

Good clean theater.

The seats are straight up in the air (no reclining) and it’s like 90 degrees in the theatre. Also the speakers don’t work properly so all we get in the movie is music, no words. TRASH

The way you had to get tickets was very confusing on a touchscreen, After we finally figured out how to get our tickets, the man at the ticket counter had to help us. It was difficult for us and him to push on the touchscreen choices. Our seats were chosen for us, but we didnt want to sit where they put us, so we again had a hard time with the touchscreen, but were eventually able to get the seats we wanted. There was hardly anyone in the theater, so there were plenty of available seats. We were disappointed the seats didnt recline. We did enjoy the movie.

Concession lines are ridiculous with one cashier open or for whatever reason two ppl at one register. Serving area is a mess the popcorn sucks and 4$ a hotdog NO THANKS; the seats suck as well no elbow space dirty and sticky. Close to my house it was convenient but next time I’ll make the little longer trip etc

Not crowded at all!

Thrills of first run films are the main attraction here. Having courtious and efficient staff is a big plus. We went around supper time and had dinner at the theatre. The Chicken Tenders with Buffalo Sauce and the Cheese Sticks with Marinara meant sayonara to going home hungry. Everyone should be an AMC STUBS PREMIER member. I love going the the movies and saving money too.

Dont pay the money for the Imax theater not worth it. I sat in the F rowe and the reclining seats didnt work and the speakers are above you its so load you cant enjoy the movie. Popcorn was good, but prices are too high.

I have been going here since this place opened. Movies are fine. Its weird how all of the concession stands are closed but the main one. This place is in need of a major renovation. Wonder what the nineties looked like? Go here.

I love the dobly surrounded theatre. The chairs are wonderful

If youre going alone or with the whole gang, this is the place to be. Whether youre here to window shop or watch a movie, you will not be let down. Its a bit too chilly in here, but thats probably just me. Theres enough shops here to keep you entertained for days (maybe).

Theater is old the seats are warn and have holes in them. My chair was missing an armrest. There was food all over the floor at the concession stand. The drink station was horrible. The floor at both were very sticky. I have been to other theaters that are on the area that are a lot better than this one. Even one with reclining seats. Much cleaner and better service. I will not be returning to this location. I will be going to a nicer cleaner facility. Cinimark and Showbiz are just a few minutes away and a lot better. Dont waist your money here. Go somewhere you can have a great experience.

My go to place to watch movies..they show Hindi movies as well..wish the movie halls were more up to date..

My favorite movie theater. It does get crazy busy at times but its never been crazy dirty.

Terrible experience.First the movie was blaring painfully,after 2 phone calls and 3 ppl going to complain and 20 minutes, they lowered the volume to a normal movie level but also lowered the voices to a muffled inaudible level.That took more phone calls and ppl having to walk out to notify and another 30 minutes later it was fixed...for 5 minutes and went back to muffled and inaudible. Told the manager and all he did was apologize.In my opinion that experience warranted money back or movie passes but apparently not in his.

This AMC has some major problems with customer service. Its not necessarily a problem with the employees. It seems that the company is unwilling to make the investment required to maintain their own facility. For instance, the escalators to the second floor are constantly broken. The upstairs mens room is closed indefinitely. The employees dont seem to have the equipment they need to do their jobs. For example, radios to communicate to their managers. I inquired about this and was told that the company simply doesnt replace things like radios when they are lost or broken. Due to key individuals like the ticket taker not having radios, it often it takes a very long time to get the help of a manager. It does not seem like management and AMC as a corporation is focused on customer service. This is the entertainment business and you go there to have fun. However this location simply cannot deliver that experience because customers arent the first priority. Considering the price of movie tickets and refreshments, I simply cant recommend this location until they get their act together.

Lets be honest. You only ever go here if you are already at the mall or its the only place showing the movie. That said, the movie sound and picture is fine. Concession prices are OUT OF CONTROL. The large popcorn/drink combo is something like $16. In fact, Im taking a star off for that. Final note: dont wait until after the credits; you dont want to see this place with the lights turned up.

Great but there were problems today. Movie was not showing by time. Was moved after 30 minutes to another theater. But we got free passes and free popcorn for our time. Attendent was very nice and kind to all 7 customers.

The best Cinema in the city of Houston, been here for so long, its created its own place in my childhood. Absolutely love to come here with the fam and shop around while we wait for our movie. Convenient and very much worth the drive!

Good theater to see a movie, but maybe Im just getting old. I liked being able to pick my own seats, not just have them randomly assigned to me. Guess this is AMCs answer to stopping the movie jumpers, I dont know, but I could sure do without it.

AMC Theater is quite lovely! The IMAX theater is very nice, the seats are very comfortable, and it’s very much like watching a private screening! The mixed drinks are definitely worth the price and the popcorn is actually delicious! Will be back!

Nice theater and good food. Drinks are not bad either. A bit pricey bit overall exceptional. I recommend and action movie with a 3D option. Saw Captain Marvel and it was extraordinary how the screen jumps out at you.

Love going there and when your done you can go walk around the mall

Tried to watch Lion King at 6:00pm today 7/21/2019. It was my first time and will be my last time at this theater. Theatre number 10 was not cleaned, popcorn on seats, trash on the floor and felt super warm. It felt disgusting sweating there. Had to leave before the movie started, we couldnt stand the smell and heat. Not to mention the super old seats. Please save yourself time and go to a better movie theater.

This place needs a makeover.Going here since childhood this place has only got worse. The new imax area is okay but not the best. Regular theatre seat are stained and torn to the point yellow foam is coming out of them. I did go a month ago with a friend and got bit by BED BUGS!!! there were bites everywhere. Also when playing a movie I know surround sound is important for the effect but not blow your ear drums effect. For the service of course you will get high school and college students working there jobs so dont expect high class service. As much as you pay for tickets it is not worth it unless you are really desperate. Oh and please fix your iceee machines.

I love AMC. However, the seats were torn. They need to be replaced. The speakers sound like they need to be replaced as well. However it didnt ruin my movie experience. I wouldnt go back unless they have an upgraded theater. Customer service was satisfactory, but it wasnt cleanliness wasnt at the top of the list. Mind you if they have updated theaters your experience could be very different from mine. If you want to catch a movie last minute go check this joint out.

Nice place. With a lot of theaters so something is always playing no matter when you go. Its right next to the food court so you can always get something to eat before you go in. There is 2 levels with 24 theaters in it. Some of the theaters have the electrically reclining seats with the leg rests in them and the other one have just the regular high back seats. The movie food is lacking and they need to do something to upgrade this soon since so many other theaters are upgrading there food.

Seats were comfy, clean too. The sound and clarity of the movie was on point. We enjoyed an awesome movie in a comfortable surrounding.The gourmet popcorn was ok.

Havent been here in a few years, because of my preference for greenspoints Premiere Cinema (Check my review on that theater to see the comparison between the 2)This AMC Is in the mall, so theres plenty of parking, especially if you dont mind walking a far distance to get to it. It has a bar, and the menu has quite a bit to choose from. The restrooms, as always, isnt very clean, and you can smell the urine just walking past it. The seats, in my opinion could be better, if youre in prime seating they are better, but all the seats are similar to the prime seating at the premiere cinema in greenspoint. (Sorry to keep comparing, but I simply prefer there more.) The surround sound is wonderful, we went to see a horror/thriller, and many times we thought there were others in there with us, so that was nice because at the premiere cinema, the sound isnt s good.

Not the cleanest but what theater is. The movie selection is always really good considering its so big I would be surprised if it wasnt. The lines for the food can get long sometimes but usually are really good if you go on a weekday. They also have self checkout booths for tickets which in my opinion are faster once you get the hang of it and you can also get them online which saves a bunch of time once you arrive.Overall a good theater.

My family went there for Christmas Eve hoping to watch Jumanji Next Level for $5 ticket Tuesdays but was told they wernt honoring that price until 2020 now and they wanted to charge $10 dollars a ticket. So I called Movie Tavern and they were still doing $5 dollar movies and on top of that you get a complimentary popcorn too!!! #ShameOnYouAMC #WayToGoMovieTavern

Seats are more comfortable than most theatres. Didnt have a chance to enjoy the concession stand due to me eating Saltgrass. But it was quiet so I was able to enjoy the movie. I would recommend this place. Its pretty clean too for it to be inside of a mall

Decent movie theater. Has 2 Dolby Atmos theaters which are AMAZING! The sound, picture and seating is top notch.You have to go in through the mall to get to it. And through the food court. The mall was recently updated and it looks nice inside. Clean white shiny tile.The people who work here are very nice and eager to help. Never have I experienced any issues.One star is taken off because of the second floor: the escalator doesn’t function and it looks like it needs updating/renovating.

I went to see Avengers End Game. The movie was great however we were packed into a theater that was almost completely sold out without air conditioning. 30 minutes into the movie I went and spoke to one of the employees to advise that theater 2 was without air conditioning. The response was that they would get it taken care of. Nothing done.

Very poor and unprofessional customer services.I booked a ticket online and they charged my credit card but I didn’t receive my ticket confirmation email or text message.I called them and asked them to check and confirm my ticket and seat number. I provided them my credit card number, the seat number and my name... they told me we cannot help you and can’t verify it come to the theater. And All I want was to confirm my ticket before I get there.

The Dolby and IMAX theatres are amazing! Great seating, spaced out, very luxurious and enjoyable! I dont think Ill ever see a movie here in the regular theatres again!

Went to see Night School with Kevin Hart and enjoyed ourselves. There wasnt refills on popcorn anymore, but its nice that there is a bar and you can order Beer and mixed drinks, but not cheap. We went to the Dolby Theater and I would highly recommend it. It was so much more enjoyable than the standard theater and the power lounge seats and love seat option were so nice!

Although there is no required interaction with people when purchasing tickets, I was still greeted with smiles and helpful workers. The theater was very clean and I enjoyed my movie very much! I will definitely be coming back!

The management was unprofessional after kicking out everyone in the row I was sitting in by just assuming it was us that were being loud when it was infact the people in front of us. They didnt let us ask why we were being kicked out and they werent making an investigation to find out if the actual people that were being problematic got kicked out.

All kiosks amd online ordering make for quicker purchases and entry. Lines are a little slow, but subs premiere and A list get priority, so jump on that. This specific Theater is a little outdated, but its not bad.

I love this new computer system in the front!
