I went to pick up a curbside order today and it went great. The online ordering is very easy to navigate. Also I really like that they are offering curbside with actual curbside parking spots making it very easy to pick up the orders. I went last week to a different Michaels on (Bunker Hill & I-10) and it was a bad curbside experience. They dont have a designated curbside parking area so they have customers line up in front of the store making it very hard for other vehicles to go through the shopping center causing them to honk at the curbside customers to move out the way. That was very uncomfortable. BUT this time was a very pleasant experience at this Michaels in Humble on FM1960. Thank You to Michaels in Humble for attending to all your customers specific needs. You get and A+ from me!! I wish the other Michaels would follow your example.

I just love Micheals..but only had one register open long line.. there is a much older lady that works there that is extremely extremely nice and helpful...

Employees have always been helpful and store is larger than a couple others in the area.

They didnt have many workers to ask for help. The store wasnt stocked enough but I found a diamond in the rough. A beautiful cork board design. I think there was only one more left

Wish they would of had a large photo album! I wanted to get that for my sisters wedding. Nope, not that I found and I wasnt helped ether. I couldnt find anybody that worked there except for the cashiers up front.

I like hobby lobby better, prices are better too.

I Came In Search of finding everything I need to create a black knight fortnite costume for a party we have tomorrow and I have an entertainment company and this was last minute because Amazon prime nor Walmart nor any of the other 10 Halloween costume stores could deliver a costume within a tenday frame . I like that Michaels is separated into different areas so you know where everything is at after a couple visits but the line for check out is literally one long line that leads to like 4 registers, its really close together and its not a great place to go during quarantine.

Went in with a friend looking for craft supplies. Foudn everything they were looking for, felt good about the deal, and got myself a deal on the best hand soap Ive ever used! not a place Id use much since Im not too crafty, but my friend was thoroughly satisfied.

Can almoat always find what im looking for, and they usually have great coupons.

I absolutely love micheals. I like to decorate my house and the fact that they have a system that keeps up with your receipts is awesome. I lose paper receipts all the time. I also like the fact that they always have coupons online very convenient and awesome are check out. O would recommend this Michaels anyday of the week

The cashier greeted us nicely and was very patient with us! The sales today were really good and it was busy but the line was moving quickly.

I dont know where Im going when I walk in, but thats because Im not a craft person. I come for the kids craft class. Love them! My daughter always has a good time. Today was the first time I purchased photo canvases. I cant wait until they come in. The staff is always really friendly and store is always clean.

My wife and I had to re-do some frames that got broken while moving. The picture framing management is excellent, attentive and always willing. Great customer service.

These ladies are so nice, we come in with a large group, take up several tables, talk and laugh for hours, they just smile and are always nice. Love this place

Michaels was very disorganized and not overly clean. Also, though an associate attempted to help me, she was confused as to where things were. Basic wooden craft kits for children were no longer sold, but I was told I could buy a $25 plastic car kit to get the wheels I needed! It was very disappointing.

My wife loves this place, she find a good deal, cheap prices and good quality.

They ALWAYS have great coupons, store is always clean qnd organized and so many options. The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes really nice and sometimes ehh. But!! The ehh ppl dont last long. I never see them twice.
