Visited today and was pleasantly surprised with the facility. With COVID I am very cautious of outings, but the kids were begging to go. I way very surprised at the precautions taken by the staff. Temperature checks at the door, all staff members were wearing masks, and the place was very clean. The concessions stand had great pizza as well! We will be back.

Horrible dirty careless staff. The only 2 staff kids that were there the whole hour we were there they just sat on bench and talked with each other. Trash every where outside food trash also sitting there. Restrooms needed cleaning. Kids running even with a bat on their hands. No face covering enforce. People also sitting on jumping area with shoes on like it was a picnic area .

Love the new additions and package choices for playing. Only thing that I have seen is what happens in school yards,theres always gonna be bullying and parents need to be there to mediate, the refs do their best but dont catch everything that happens so parent supervision is highly advised.

The kids had a blast for several hours. Friendly staff, clean environment. Highly reccomend if youre looking for something for the kids to do around town.

We celebrated our 7 yr old and 4 yr old kids birthdays there and i was disappointed in the size of the suite,i was expecting a larger room and it was hot in there!! the party host act like she didn’t know what to do me and my husband had to serve the pizza soda and cakes...

It was a safe and fun experience, everything was cleaned and sanitized. Our temps were taken upon entering the play area. There a level of social distancing but still fun for everyone.

Urban area is a great indoor place to have fun. It is a great option on a hot Houston afternoon. I enjoy bringing my boys here to jump. The place has several jump areas like multiple trampolines, obstacle course, basketball dunking trampolines and much more. They have a great zone for toddlers similar to playgrounds you find in a McDonald. While the kids jump there is plenty of seating for the adults. Adults can also jump if they purchase an entry. One warning is that you must jump either barefoot or with special urban air only socks, which are sold at the front. Every adult and child must fill out a waiver. That is the first step that you’ll have to do before purchasing your entry tickets. Jump packages vary by time and zone areas. Each jumper is given a special colored wristband according to the ticket they purchased. A PSA announcement comes on to signal when ea colored bands time has expired. There are amble party rooms available and fundraiser opportunities as well. This Urban Air facility also has a snack area which sells things like candy, ice cream, soft drinks, icees, nachos, hot dogs, beer and more. I recommend sitting toward the entrance since there is no security check at the door as people enter or leave.

Great for the kids and birthday partys

Had the best time here today with my 6 year old son. Such great fun and for $40 we both were able to have a blast get some snacks and drinks and spend a good four hours and never bored the entire time. Highly recommend this place

Super fun for all family! I recommend you to get the basic pass and then come back to the front desk to ask to improve to gold (would save you a few bucks) the bad thing is that there is no much free space to sit so older people might have a hard time to get a place to sit... you can also bring a bag with your own snacks no body will say something about that

Im trying to book a party and they definitely dont answer the phone for questions! Disappointing

We went today after almost a year and the place was very dirty. So sad because we used to go there all the time and it was always so nice. We got there when they just opened so its not like it got dirty during the day. Also, the kids who work there are very nice but spend all day on their phones so some people is doing what they want without following the rules.

I am leaving this review to file a complaint about one of the employees at this Urban air location. I recently took my sons phone and found that he was following an account that looked familiar to me. I regularly take my children to this location and I recognized the man right away as one of the employees. I was horrified to see that he posted a picture of himself DOING DRUGS, which I have attached to this review. I think it is very unsafe to have an employee who is likely to have been under the influence of strong drugs while working around children!! This is unacceptable ... I WILL be contacting corporate if this goes unaddressed

I have been to this Urban air several times. We started going to the one in Pasadena which is much better. Theres more seating and it seems larger. There are very few seats at the humble location and people place their shoes in the five seats to save them and then go and jump while the people with food are standing and eating their food and there are empty tables. The one in Pasadena has long benches and tables like picnic tables and way more seating. The Pasadena location is about an extra five minutes but Ill be taking that extra five minutes versus coming back to this place. Also people are not watching their kids and theyre running around like theyve lost their minds. I realize theyre here to have fun but come on people...

Too over crowded. Not enough tables to sit and eat. Tried to order 2 large pizzas and they said the oven was broken, but they were steady taking pizzas out of the kitchen to the party rooms. Probably wont come back after this experience.

When we went Friday at about 1:00 it wasnt very crowded, but Im sure it could get crowded, LoL! It looked very clean, and we had lots of fun

Visited this location for a birthday party today. I’ve been to a few other urban airs in the Houston area and I have to say that this location by far has the best staff. The workers attending to the play areas were very active in correcting kids. The facility was clean as well. My kids said that they wished they had the zip line thing that the other do, but as a parent I prefer this location

Fun place to go but their restrooms are always dirty and it would be better if they had more safety features such as stamps to get in and out with the same group you came with

My family and i had a great time, just jumping around and laughing really good play, customer service was good nice people, we got the booklet for $40 pretty good deal, comes with socks, dinner, snacks and unlimited access to all area

This place is fun for kids. My kids loved it but from a parents perspective its unsupervised chaos. I wanted to have a good time with my kids as I do at other trampoline parks but I couldnt here. Kids were not following rules. I was jumping in a square and a kid ran into mine as I came down. The poor kid went flying Into the air and hurt himself. (Which wouldnt have happened if the staff was keeping order. I dont think I will return untill I know that they have reliable staff that keeps an eye out and is not scared to controls the environment. Went to here with my 3 kids for the first time, have a lot of fun. My kids really love it but my only thinking is that the cost for one day pass is too expensive. It’s a lot better to become a member if you are willing to come many times during the month,will save you a lot of money.

Nothing but pure fun every time I am there- and I have been there A LOT since they opened in August 2016! Twin boys LOVE jumping, LOVE the staff, and want to have their birthday party there in 2 weeks! Cant wait! I leave my things on the platform when I jump, and have never had problems. Im looking forward to the the menu items and lounge area they are currently building. They have been constantly improving and adding features and amenities!

The kids had lots of fun! Lots of options for the kids to do and the facility was well kept. It was also a pleasant surprise how clean the restrooms were. With this being a children’s facility I was definitely not expecting to find the restrooms in perfect condition. We will bring the kids back.

The kids had a great time and the venue was very clean! Especially considering how many kids were there, I am impressed with how they manage to keep the play clean. As a mom I appreciate that cleanliness is a top concern.

This place was horrible. All the older kids and even the adults were rude and super aggressive. There’s no organization whatsoever. There were multiple fights happening and no type of security to break any of it up. All of that plus the price for everything was a waste of time and money.

My children love this place. It was a little dirty the last time we came, but I dont typically have a problem with it.

Our family came here today and the kids had a good time. And the front desk staff was kind to us. Thats why I rate it 3 stars. Unfortunately, I do have to mention that the staff at Urban Air in Humble does not pay attention to the trash and accumulating filth that is evident on the kids equipment. In general, we know kids care less, and dont take notice of those things, and maybe staff seem to take that for granted, and slack on cleaning this place up. And on the other hand, we all know how kids can be so caught up in having fun, that they would not care to throw there trash away in the garbage and also take food up on the equipment and whatever. That being said, the staff should pay attention to those things, and be aware that kids do that, and see the trash left behind. As you walk around, you see trash left behind on benches, tables, and floor. Bathroom.... you get the picture. That part of our visit was displeasing to me. I hope this is taken to consideration and a thorough cleaning is done.

It was a wonderful place, I had a great time

If you go when they first open for the day it’s good. If you go later it’s a zoo there. So many kids of all sizes just running wild and not being watched or following the rules. A worker was by the foam pit area sitting down with his head down and eyes closed. We have always gone there but after the last couple times being like that we won’t ever being going back to this one.

Took my cousins here the other day and they had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The people at concessions were also very nice and delivered our food promptly. The park was clean and very well runed, I will definitely be returning!

Good place for a birthday. A bit more expensive than chuckeecheese and jumpalooz but way more to do. Wore the kids out ages 2yo to 13 yo!

We come here at least once a month and have always had a great time. The staff had always been wonderful and the building is always exceptionally clean. Good way to spend quality time as a family.

We had my daughters birthday party here and it was great! The kids had a blast it was very organized and our party host Kobe was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure the party ran smoothly and everyone was taken care of. I would recommend this place for any occasion.

Ive heard great things about this place but my experience is poor. The employees were not really necessary past the front entrance, since they more or less seemed like they were all just hanging out. No one enforced any rules. The big kids ran through groups of smaller kids. There was nobody monitoring the open bounce area. There were teenagers in the under five area and kids were jumping on trampolines where other people were jumping. Kids were squeezing through the bottom of the mesh from the open trampolines into the the long run while kids were flipping. Im pretty sure the two employees sitting in the dark by the Dodge ball area were supposed to be monitoring it, but I dont know how they could see anything inside from where they were. This place has potential, but theres no way Ill be back. I cant trust that my kids will come home without preventable injuries.

Friendly staff!My daughter was invited to a birthday party today, and I was really impressed with our experience. They have a huge playground (great for little kids), but my daughter loved the obstacle course! Definitely crowded today, but the staff was doing a good job of observing and correcting. Excited to have found a new indoor place for her!

This place is filthy. There is trash everywhere and although there are about 10 unoccupied tables, they are all covered in trash or sticky residue.

My son celebrated his 6th birthday at the Humble, TX location. I was very impressed with the party host, the room was very clean, management staff checked in on us.

Overall the place has a ton of stuff for the kids to do. They will not get bored BUT the place is filthy! Food, gum, trash, everything you could possibly imagine stuck to floors, tables, play equipment, etc. I am not talking about a little dirt or food left behind from a party that just ended. I am talking about layers of sticky who knows what gunk ALL OVER! I wish I could post pics. The slides and tubes area nets that are just filled with old trash and dust. It really is disgusting. I understand that a place like this isnt going to be perfectly clean but it looks like nothing has been cleaned or sanitized in months. No exaggeration here I just really wanted the owner to see this and do something about it because it is a shame. I am not even sure how it passes health department codes.

Urban Air Sugar Land location have way more activities like zipline, foam pit, etc... the party at this location was not well attended too nor did they receive the same gifts and treatment as the Sugar Land location. Had this been my first time to Urban Air would have ruined my experience, but I know Sugar Land location is awesome!

Visited for the first time tonight and the kids had fun. The food was pretty good and the areas were clean. Staff seemed to be correcting the kids throughout the building and were happy to answer any question I had.

The facility was very dirty. There was gum and drinks spilled on the floor that look to have been there for awhile. The equipment did not look clean either. When my family arrived, the facility was empty. (We arrived at 5:00p and left at 7:00p and there were no other patrons there the entire time.) There were 5 adults that were no jumpers and 6 kids that were ultimate jumpers in our group. We brought a cookie cake to celebrate my child’s birthday and we were told that it was not allowed because we did not book a party. Sorta understand that, but when I tried to buy a party package just so my child could have her cake, we were told that we could only book it online in advance. So I paid the $100 something for the kids to jump and also bout a couple of pizzas and so forth. The female at the counter was very rude, the female working concession and the male assisting in the wall climb were very helpful. After being there for an hour, we went to the front to ask about ordering another pizza. The lady that was rude to us was sound asleep on the counter. (We took a pic of this) at 7:00 we were told that our jump time was over. We explained that we read where it was a 2.5 hour jump and the female stated that it was 2 hours. Again, I do not understand why they would not allow s to bring in the cookie cake when we still spent almost $200 for the kids to jump. Again, we were the ONLY patrons in the facility the entire time! The facility definitely needs a lot of cleaning and sanitizing and friendly staff.

Awesome place to spend the weekend we loved it so much we got a membershipfor the whole family. Super affordable with the membership and great way to work out and perfect those moves! We will be coming here all year.

A tall skinny AA girl with a high bun employee was seen taking liquor from the snack bar into her bag. She stared me down as I saw her do so. She’s lucky I didn’t tell management. Place is run down and dirty.

My kids love coming here. I typically bring them in on Friday nights. They have a deal so they can jump all evening. They have recently added Rockwalls and my kids love those. I always see staff walking around and cleaning and everyone is very friendly.

We had my nephews birthday party here this weekend. He is 11, but my daughter is 3. I was worried that she would not be able to do much. She LOVED it. The facility was busy, so I just played with her. She loves to slide, so she wanted to stay mainly in the play ground area. We will return.

Our experience was horrible we had a birthday party but glow in the dark but they wouldnt let us they said only on Friday but we booked it as a glow party and the website didnt tell us anything about a glow party only on Fridaysand we bought the most expensive offer there was and we didnt even get an all day pass with kinda sucked

Beyond impressed with the staff in this facility. They truly enjoying being at work. They are constantly moving ensure safety and keeping the building clean. All of the workers were delightful to be around!

This was my first time going to this place. And it will NOT be my last. My wife, kids, and I loved every moment we spent in there. We had our daughters birthday up there today and it was a 5 star success. Jesus was the man who hosted our party and gave us top of the line service. Our guests loved it and we WILL be planning future parties there. 5 stars...no 10 stars.

Visited this weekend with my two kids and my two nieces. The kids had a great time and I was able to sit back and relax. A staff member helped my younger child through the obstacles. We will visit again!

I took my kids back in December and they had a lot of fun. We went as soon as they opened and during the week. There was hardly anyone there so they were able to play comfortably. When we went, there were no lockers to safeguard your shoes/purse so I just carried their shoes around because I has heard things were getting stolen from the open cubbies. I dont know if theyve fixed that since then. It wasnt a big deal to carry their shoes around. We spent a couple of hours there and they did expend a lot of energy so it was worth it. They had a Christmas break special at that time, so it wasnt expensive; but theyre always advertising specials.

This place is eh. Do not recommend for younger children as staff is not interested in keeping older/bigger kids in line. This place is not party friendly because they don’t give option to bring outside food to feed adults. Largest party size is 15. Invest in Jumping World instead-they allow outside food to be brought in, it’s bigger, accommodates bigger parties, cleaner, and more organized.

Good place for birthday parties and for the kids to play. It’s a bit worn and dirty. It needs a refresh. Weekends are crazy busy.

Usually a great place to take the kiddos but too strict on the weekends. Consistently bothering people and even the little kids about types of socks and we were given the wrong wristbands so people kept coming up to us asking about how long we’ve been there. These are things that they don’t even bother asking when the children play during the week. I must say they completely took the fun out of jumping and I regret taking my kids here. I will definitely not be returning on the weekends and maybe not at all.

This venue is the definition of the perfect family establishment. Staff is beyond friendly. These kids working here seems to truly enjoy their jobs. The staff mixed with the activities makes this place perfect for parents and kids.
