This is truly the end of the world...a historical treasure trove of some of our first coastal guardians/life savers and artifacts. Excellent venue for a fantastic Art Show. A must visit any time of year. One of my favorite places.

I was wondering around Hull waiting for a wedding to start when I stumbled upon this hidden gem. I had been in museums all throughout eastern Massachusetts for far more famous and more significant historical events and places, and not one of them held a candle to this museum. Jam packed with fascinating stories, exhibits, and artifacts, and the enthusiasm of the staff was infectious. Ask for DJ when you get there.

Cute, tiny little museum housed in the former center for 19th century water rescues. Joshua James and his crew were the first team of North American life savers. What they did with simple boats and equipment --- in the winter, in the dark --- is amazing!!!!!

Stopped in and had a great tour by the young man working there. He was very passionate and had a great knowledge of the museum and the local area giving a nice history lesson along the way. Even got to go up to the third level lookout. Check out this great little museum when youre in the area.

We had a great visit today! DJ Simon gave us a tour, and his passion and knowledge really brought to life the exhibits inside the museum. Our small kids loved the room upstairs, and the lookout up top has heat views.

We visited on Free Fun Friday. The museum is small, but very interesting. The views from the very top floor are terrific! The employees and volunteers all seemed very knowledgeable and were quite enthusiastic.
