Cottonwood is only a block away from us so we go there often. The park is typically free of litter and the playground equipment is in good shape. The only downside is that the restrooms are locked year round. Most parks have public restrooms and I don’t understand why this one doesn’t. It is a very small park but it’s also, overall, a fantastic park to take your kids to.

Large open space, toys, outhouses. Not too bad for the city.

Stay far, far away from the port a potty. They dropped it off and never empty it. It is so nasty, you can smell it from 20 feet away.

Science In the park

Baseball fields are horribly or just not cared for. Nothing but weeds and mud.

Kids played t ball here fields are good but bring a chair as only benches are for players.
