This was one of the worst escape rooms I have ever done. We did the military room experience. The quality of the puzzle materials was OK, not great. The hints given simply solved the puzzle for you, took away any degree of subtlety. We have done maybe 20 rooms before, and this was by far the lowest quality room overall. Rated hard but finished with 25+ minutes remaining, we are not particularly great. There are maybe 8 total puzzles that needed to be solved to complete the room. The single staff member was very disinterested and rushed us into and out of room. Would not visit another Paniq room again.

We really enjoyed ourselves I came in town to visit my fam been missing them we originally booked one ended up playing all 3 rooms. It was really fun and your second visit you get 30% off. The staff is very friendly.

We couldnt take pictures, but I can tell you my daughter cheated with a part of the puzzle and saved us a lot of work. She had just started learning how to use chopsticks with dim sum the day before so she was practicing her mad chopstick skills.

Very fun and extremely accommodating! We were running late due to traffic and they were very understanding and communicate very well.

This place is awesome. They have three rooms, with different levels of difficulty. If you like escape rooms with multiple rooms I highly recommend this place. Shout-out to our game master Denise, who was friendly and helpful. Huge fan of anime.

I totally loved it here! The staff was great! There’s in a employee named Trayvia that was extremely kind, helpful and answered any questions we had. The group I was with decided to do the Wild West room it was a bit of a challenge but we got it done (so fun)! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be going back soon.

Great room! We did the Chainsaw Massacre escape and the props are real! Denise was fun and set the theme perfectly with a story to start us off. Just a note, some puzzles make an alarm sound to let you know you solved it, not to scare you. We would definitely come back and try another room.

My fiancè and I did the chainsaw massacre room and it was incredible!! Ibwas really worried about how scary it would be, but it wasnt scary at all! We had so much fun and our guide was fantastic. Well be back!

Lia helped make my birthday special! Our group was a little nervous because it was all of our first times doing an escape room. She gave clear directions and was patient with all our questions (which were a lot lol). at the end and at our requests, she took the time to take our group’s picture on a couple different phones. Everyone in my group was impressed with the customer service.I’m currently planning a team building event here w my company because I had so much fun!

Ive been to this panic room & completed all rooms. It is very fun to bring friends & family here. It has a very friendly staff. Especially the host: Lia. Shes very friendly & respectful. Really encourage you guys to come & check the place out.

Had an amazing time, such a fun experience. For a family of 5 we finished in just a hour. It took some time but we completed the chainsaw massacre escape room. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. Enjoyed my time! I recommend.

The experience was good, we couldnt finishbthe challenge and got rescued by the commander it was a bit difficult than expected. If you want to activite you brain neurons please visit.

Have done Wild West and Military Bunker Rooms. They are well designed and have puzzles I havent seen in other rooms around the country. If you like escape rooms check them out.

My family and friends had a lot of fun escaping the Wild West room! I really liked how clever some of the puzzles were. Cant wait to do it again. The waiting/lobby area is quite bare; would be cool to have a photo area.

Escape the Bunker was a really fun room to do! Full of fun puzzles that actually had us stumped. If you come, you’ll love Lia! She’s really sweet.

We did not enjoy ourself. The room wasn’t very fun, clues didn’t lead to other clues, it was pretty boring. The game keeper wasn’t very personable and it was just an altogether bad experience. This wasn’t our first escape room but it was our first time in Houston and if this would have been my first escape room i would never do one again...

We had a really good time at the military bunker escape room! Highly recommend for groups of 2 or higher. You can walk in and make a reservation especially between 5:30-10:30. Joe was super helpful during the game.

An avid escape room player here! (Have done around 50+ rooms around the US). This was a great place to visit and do rooms with! I did the Wild West, and Chainsaw massacre rooms and they were pretty great! The props and layouts were very detailed and immersive, the puzzles were easy to understand but still brought challenge!This is one of the better places to visit in the Houston area by far. Not to mention how much cheaper it is compared to other places, its worth every cent! I would recommend atleast playing Wild West as it was my favorite one here!Thank you to both Denise and Braylon for being great hosts and game masters. You can tell they are both passionate about their job and made the experience much more enjoyable. Having hosts that are friendly and are passionate about the rooms, really makes such a big difference in enjoyment, and they both did amazing jobs!If youre looking for a great escape room place to visit in the area, being an avid escape room player, I would recommend trying this place out! Ill be back to do the next room next weekend! Cheers!

This was my second time doing an escape room and it was definitely better than the first one I did- this was my first time with Paniq Room and I will definitely come back! Denise was super awesome and sweet and made us all feel welcome. The electronic portions worked well and the puzzles were tough. Also, the multiple rooms for the escape room we booked were also really cool!

We went to Paniq Room Houston and had a blast. Red (our host) explained what we were and were not allowed to do to solve the puzzle and we nailed it. We escaped from the chainsaw massacre with 18 minutes left—which was a much better than our photo finish in the Wild West escape room. Paniq is a lot of fun every time we come.

Stopped here today in our way through town. Totally loved the puzzles, Lia was a great game master. Would love to do them all!!

This was awesome!!!! Did the chainsaw massacre theme. Creepy, anxiety inducing. The puzzles and clues were challenging but not impossible to figure out. Im amazed at the detail and thought put into it. Figured it out with only 9 minutes to spare.

Have done both the Wild West room and the Military Bunker now, both were equally challenging and tons of fun!! I like that they do not limit you on hints and were very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a fun night out with friends or a party!

Great staff super friendly and always go above and beyond too do there job the kid with glasses is a fantastic game host and the shorter gal has a great sense of humor and is super sweet had a great time here will absolutely do it again.

We have done many escape games in the past and this would definitely be our worst experience. The staff was very rude, she wasnt showing any interest in our game and in putting context before the game. She even came inside the room to give us a clue which completely destroyed the atmosphere. The different games have no logic altogether and the rooms are badly insulated (we spent one hour hearing people in the room next to us screaming). Would definitely not recommend this place for an escape game as there are many more nice escape rooms in Houston.

I went with a group of three others who have collectively been to many different escape rooms. This was by far our favorite! We did the Chainsaw room. It was difficult but a ton of fun! I accidentally scheduled our appointment for 11:30 PM thinking I had scheduled it for 11:30 AM and Joe was incredibly accommodating. He offered us another room when we arrived at the same time as another group, which ended up being amazing and was so kind of him. Great experience!

We did the western theme and our group were first time escape room goers, it was a lot of fun! Challenging but not too hard and Joe was a great host. Friendly and fun. Would definitely go again.

As a horror fan, the chainsaw massacre was such a great and FLESHED out concept. Denise was an excellent guide and made us feel welcomed. The atmosphere had creepy sounds, unique puzzles and great gore effects. I would definitely come back again to do the other rooms.

It was a great challenge! A lot of different puzzles using different skills than in other escape rooms. Some other rooms weve done before felt kind of easy, but this definitely required some thinking. Would definitely come back!

My family wanted to do something different one weekend and decided to try our luck at an escape room. Seeing as though I love escape rooms, but had never done one in Houston, I knew this would be a fun experience. I’m so glad that we ended up choosing this place because it went above and beyond our expectations. Joe was an excellent host, who was also very attentive, hospitable, and a great storyteller. The Wild West theme was well thought out and unique. The Chainsaw Massacre theme.....HOLY F*(k! Very exciting and by far my favorite escape room that I’ve ever done. The difficulty and accurate portrayal of this room was impressive. I don’t like when a room is too easy to solve, so this room was perfect. If you want to have a great experience with family and friends, this place is definitely a must.

Very interesting room and friendly staff. Lia explained the rules rather elegantly and helped us along in a pinch with detailed hints. Bunker was a very immersive room with a very nice feel. Yeet.

I cannot believe this place gets such good reviews. We had a 10AM reservation and were told to arrive 15 minutes early. When we arrived at 9:45AM, we proceeded to wait outside for the next 45 MINUTES with no one answering the doorbell or answering our phone calls. This is a sketchy part of town to wait outside on the street, plus it was August in Texas, so not the most pleasant temperature. When we finally were about to give up and go home, the kid who was supposed to be opening up finally shows up, no apologies, just an excuse that he forgot his key. We did the Wild West room. The group agreed that it had potential, but the facility was poorly managed. Two puzzles were broken in the room. The kid who was supposed to be on the other line of the radio to give us a clue was not responding. We will not return. To add insult to injury, the manager called my friend back and basically said the kid probably overslept, but did not offer to make anything right. Dont waste your time or money. There are plenty of other escape rooms in Houston that are better.

I have been to several escape rooms, and I thought this was one of the most enjoyable. Clever puzzles, and a mix of physical and mental challenges. The smaller group sizes (6 as opposed to 10 elsewhere) also allow each guest to contribute and feel included. The environment is also well designed. The employee (Joe) was great. I look forward to returning!My only cautions are: There is only street parking available outside, and the neighborhood isnt the most upscale part of town. The Lobby is also sparsely decorated, but the actual room was great, so dont worry about it!

Purchased a Groupon deal for the Wild West room and it did not disappoint! We attempted to escape with just 4 of us and it was tough but so much fun! We opted for the 10am slot so that we did not have to wait and we were about to get in and out very quickly! Joe was also very helpful and demonstrated the last step that would have beat the game. We will definitely be back. Age range 12-36.

Did the Wild West room on Saturday. We had an awesome time! The puzzles were challenging but fun. I would definitely recommend. We plan to do the Chainsaw room next time.

Our group had a blast here; Wild West themed room was thorough and rewarding to work through. Even with just 2 hints from the staff member Joe, the room(s) were cleverly put together. Got this deal on groupon. Worth it imo. The location may feel a little sketchy, but the place was easy to find. I came with 5 other players, we played the bunker room and the game master Denise was awesome. Very helpful. We had a great time. Although I wish some clues were quicker, also if you have a height advantage, would have helped in my opinion. Overall while the room was a 4/5 in my opinion, Denise made this experience a 5/5.

Our Guide person was the best. Very helpful. It was a fun and exciting experience to put the brain to the test of problem solving, all while having fun. We will try it again because it was awesome.

First time coming and had a blast with the family. Found out we work great together as a team and didn’t kill each other in the hour. Definitely going to come back and do other rooms. I can’t leave Joe out he was very friendly, welcoming, patient, and helpful (no he’s not holding the gun from the evidence drawer to our head).

We tried our first escape room (Wild West theme) for our daughters birthday and it was sooo fun! There were 2 adults and two 11 year olds. We made it out with 8 seconds to spare and lots of tips! I would definitely recommend this place, but keep in mind that only certain rooms are kid appropriate.

Joe was very kind and helpful! He went the extra mile and has great customer service skills. The activity was a challenge that was super fun! It was definitely a unique escape room!

The location was clean. Our bridal party had the best guide, Joe. We went through the Wild Wild West room that I bought from Groupon. It was challenging but we had a great time.

The 4 of us tried to escape out of the Wild West room with our game master Redd (who gave us a few hints). It is a series of 3 rooms which you have to complete to find the final piece and thus win the game. Although we didnt finish in an hour, we had A BLAST and are 100% coming back for the other rooms. So much fun!!!

Brand 3 of different escape rooms weve visited. This was not fun for 6 people because the initial room was very cramped, and there was zero context for clue solving. Wont be visiting again.
