Enjoyed the luncheon! It was awesome! Met some new friends there.

Went for a baby shower and it was lovely. The space is a decent size and I loved their bathrooms and kitchen area. They had security but real security like HPD not top flight

Facility is very nice. Customer service was lacking from the start. He was rude from the start. When we were not impressed with his past and current aspirations he took our money and dismissed us. We never heard or saw from him again. The two stars are for the beauty of the facility and the nice guard.

Received a notice that we would be receiving an extra trash pickup on Saturday due to the holiday on Monday. Guess what happened? No one showed up to pick up the trash! Go figure.

My cousin had her sons graduation party here. It was really nice inside and spacious. Very nice set up a lil pricey but I guess it was last minute.

Worst Customer Service ever... Ask for a Supervisor & the lady lies & says she is the Supervisor! They make their own rules as they go!

The place was very nice and was great for our party...but after reading the reviews, I have to agree that the man I spoke with each time was very short and rude and hung up on me while I was talking...I guess as long as you dont have to see him you are good ...they definitely need someone else answering questions cause customer service is lacking badly...but party was a huge success and we had plenty of room.
