Fonde Recreational Center volunteer staff members were approachable hospitable to visitors and other colleagues. I observed staff members smiling and engaged in guest experience. I had multiple guests coming at different times and I was able to be recognized by staff member to have a smooth transition for all guests who attended. Case commissioner of NEX ProAm League was approachable, attentive, and easy to communicate with. He was willing to give history of the Fonde Recreational Center to gain awareness of organization. I am looking forward to coming here more often to events in the upcoming year. Thank you, volunteers, staff, and commissioner for a wonderful greeting to make everyone inclusive to this family environment event.

Great Place To Play Some Volleyball. Competition is Pretty Good and the People There are Very Friendly. New Comers Enjoy. (Hours Vary!)

The Fonde Community Rec Center is currently the Fonde Mens Shelter being run by The Salvation Army. They are doing a good thing and helping us get the resources and training to get jobs and improve our lives. They give so much of their time that I want to recognize them and thank them.

I come here after work sometimes feels a bit shady wish they had lockers in front of weight room with employees watching over our stuff and we can bring our own locks etc Id pay 10 dollars a months to have a locker but overall I like the gym.

They are so nice there. They have a great many different things going on they have wheelchair basketball it was really awesome to see that . they are helpful to the homeless too. Thanks Fonde

Great place to come and watch, or if your skills are up to par, play a game of pick up basketball. A lot of the guys are former D-1/ pro players, so dont be surprised if you see a few faces you know. Weight room is well maintained, facilities could use a little updating but are still very serviceable.

Im an old schooler. I use to go there, everyday. I havent been there since my accident 3yrs ago. Today was my first time back.! It may as had a facelift, but, its STILL fonde to me.!!

Fonde is a place where casual basket ballers dwell...... 3 on 3 starts at 2... sit on a #... Saturdays are for full court... you can go to Judson Jr. 9 to 1 Monday to Fridays..... 6 pm on Tuesdays... or 8 to 1 on Saturday morning...

Wonderful facility owned by the City. Every summer they have a pretty successful camp for the kids. The Nike Proam, is held here every summer in July. They have a weight room that could be better but it serves its purpose mostly. If you go at right times you will see stars like Moses Malone, Gerald Green, Tj Ford, Otto, Rashard Lewis, Byron Smith and many more! This is a historical site for basketball. This place is always cold too!

They often have other stuff going on if you want to.play basketball .... like badminton. Dont wear anything that does not look like a basketball shoes even if it says non marking outsole they will tell you not to play. If you need to break up a fight there just yell WWJESUSDo
