Great venue. Intimate space. Acoustic’s were great and the staff and crew (from actors to door greeters and check in personnel) were very professional and friendly. I saw “The Realistic Joneses” and I thought it was fantastic. I will absolutely return to see more shows there.

Small, intimate theater presents wonderful work. The programming is a great balance of interesting and challenging theater thats still accessible and entertaining. The productions are top quality, as is the acting. Any serious theater-lover should make this a regular stop.

Excellent little theater in an excellent art gallery. Maybe my favorite hidden gem of Houston. We saw pride and prejudice here and were thoroughly entertained from start to finish. 4th Wall productions are some.of the best, most authentic, thought provoking you will ever experience. It is a intimate, black box theater where you are drawn into as if you were a fly on the wall. Aboslutel fantastic!

My boyfriend and I went to see the production of Ho Ho Humbug on Saturday night. The play was fantastic and the cast was amazing! The ushers were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make the audience feel at home. We will absolutely be back!

Top tier amongst the small professional theatre companies in Houston. Presents mostly realistic new work, with the occasional Shakespeare or Broadway classic. Inhabits a three-sided black box in a converted warehouse just outside of downtown. I dont think you can possibly sit further than about 20ft from the stage, and if youre adventurous (and get there early) the front row commonly has your toes on the set.4th Wall is at least the equal of any company in town for quality of performance and direction. Dont expect giant crazy sets or other sorts of expensive spectacle (thats what the Alleys for) but do come for the acting and the chance to see it up close.

Love this place! We always try and make it to a show when we are in town. Sometimes the show’s the whole reason we come to Houston!

Fantastic performance, intimate theater

4th Walls Lobby Hero weds a brilliant play with memorable performances by the four actors, excellent staging and direction. This is an Alley-worthy production (and its time to get season tickets for 17-18 ).
