Cool staff.Cheap tickets. Matinee prices for adults go for $5.50.There is assigned seating, thankfully.They have “Luxury Loungers”, and they’re comfy. And as of January 2020 in good shape. They almost appear brand new.If you want a quiet movie experience I highly suggest you go during the middle of the day during the work week while everyone else is at work or school.A bonus, there are some restaurant options in the adjoining shopping center.I recommend you give this theater a try, and like always, enjoy.

I have come here a couple of times with friends. This is a really nice theatre with very comfortable HEATED seats that recline for a REALLY REALLY good price. I love that they offer hot Cheetos with melted cheese (drool) so delicious! Sound and video quality is great!

Its my second visit back since the reopening. I have to give the staff a five star for enforcing clean safe guidelines to the tee. I have one less concern about my health being at risk. I seen Unhinged, boy I left feeling scared. The man was m- a- d Mad.

Well, what is there to say. This was the first time Since the pandemic started that Ive been to the movies. Saw the Honest Thief. It was alright. It just felt good, got the feeling like everything is getting back 2 normal. But deep down I know is not. Had a good experience, what little staff there was, were really professional. I kept comparing it to the before time though. The game room was close, which was disappointing. Not alot of people in there. They still scared I suppose. Every thing was clean. Which is nice. I just hate that theres no barriers between the urinals though. I aint trying to see another vatos privates

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Came out with my family to watch a movie and while we were seated watching the movie a flying roach flew on my little girl so we went to speak to the manager and all he said to us was “ what is that you want me to do” Never coming here again.

Very clean...Large popcorn, 3 large pieces and 3 bogo candy for total 24 and change. Very affordable. Sanitizer wipes everywhere.

Carpet smells kinda funky. But they have a starbucks, which is pretty cool. But the staff here, not so friendly. (Not rude, but don’t give the most welcoming attitude.). The seats have temperature control, and leg rest

This an awesome theater. You cant beat the prices. The older man who takes the tickets at the front is always so nice and cheerful. The staff was on point at the concession stand. I love the assigned seating. The seats are very comfortable and they recline nicely.It is a very clean theater.My son took me for my Birthday Movie today to see Harley Quinn . He got me a large fresh popcorn, Cherry Coke + Rasinettes, my absolute favorites!!It doesnt get any better than that. It was fabulous!!Highly recommend for all.

Isnt the absolute best in terms of luxury but the overall prices of the tickets and the remodeling definitely make it a go to if youre nearby.

Always a decent place to go watch a movie. Food is overpriced but for a theater it’s in the regular ballpark. Although you get small portions when you get the nachos. Make sure and ask for a couple of nacho cheese packs or you won’t have enough. Everything else was good. Enjoyed the seats much!

Love!! Love to new changes!! I had avoided going there for a few years, until a friend invited me to a movie. I was reluctant, but agreed. Surprise! I thought what the heck. Its so nice, reclining seats, freshly painted walls etc. Go you wont be disappointed. What a hidden jewel. Please if you do go, dont destroy it, keep it nice so everyone can enjoy our neighborhood theater.

It says that they are taking the covid precautions but trust me, there are no cleanliness precautions being taken there. All Hand Sanitizers are empty, no temperature taken and the seats did not look clean at all.

I feel like it’s a pretty run-of-mill theater. The seats are nice and recline, and it is kept clean. It is older but renovated. If you get the large drink and/or popcorn you can get a free refill. All of the arcade games are a dollar a piece, which feels very expensive.

We love Tinseltown!! I’ve been watching movies here since I was a little girl and now my boys love coming here too! The upgrades are great, the new seats with seat warmers and new food + drink options make it a much nicer experience. I highly recommend Tinseltown!

It was Amazing!!! I loved the fact that you could order your tickets online and reserve seats as well as its not as expensive, The reclining seats in Xd were awesome and the overall visit was great. I just saw The Birds of Prey movie there today. It was so worth seeing.

I had an amazing experience at Tinseltown yesterday. I left my business phone on Christmas Day. As I arrived home I noticed I left it at the theater. I asked my wife to call to inform them of the situation. The phone was found and and ready for me to pick it up. Every employee were very friendly showed integrity, very helpful, with gratitude, I wasn’t even worried. Thank you Tinseltown for years of amazing service.

If your not looking to spend alot this is the movie place for you this place came a long way and they got better and doing a good job keep up with the times

It was surprisingly good. I was initially skeptic. They made good upgrades and now that 290 construction is over, this is be a nice place to watch movies. Its close to downtown so its an advantage

The people at the stand didnt bother to check a rather overly large bag through, despite the sign of not being allowed. Though the clear floor, the spacious entrance and the strangely warm feel. I do enjoy coming here and there for the coming movie.

Great location easy to access from major freeway and metro area. The theater offers various different screens and the seating is powered. The concessions were made fresh and the are a variety of different popcorn flavors available. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions about the menu items. The theater has plenty of parking and the is clean and well maintained I would recommend this location for a great movie experience.

Pure disgusting. Food made me sick. Not clean. Also website wasnt user friendly. I brought tickets for nov 1 only for them to tell me my tickets expired. So I had to buy more tickets. Website didnt disclose that buying ticktes the day before are for that day... This place need alot of assistance. Im extremely disappointed. Dont eat the food at the cafe..

This place is clean and big. Movies theater is good and clean. They have playing are, pizzas and all the necessary stuff one might need in theater. Parking is plenty and honestly this place is not too expensive either.

Love that the seats were upgraded to heated seats. You can control the heat settings, plus you can recline the seats too. Snacks are great. Just realized they have Valentina hot sauce that goes great with my popcorn, for those who like some spice to your snacks

Still one of the best prices tickets. They have heated recliners, reserved seats, adult beverages. Sometimes, you will have people in the theaters talking and texting during the movie. Depending on the movie and your seat, this may not matter to you.

Theyve upgraded!! Finally have reclined seating! This is our go to movie theater now. The price for the tickets are pretty affordable. The snack section price is also reasonable. The new recliner seats feel soft. They keep the theater room pretty clean. 5/5 :)

Inexpensive movie tickets compared to other places. They have comfortable, warming, lounge chairs that are easy to operate. Concessions are the usual in price and quality. The only reason Im giving this a 3 star is because the popcorn salt for everyone was on the counter just in a plain dixie cup. And the second reason is because they need desperately to step up their restroom game. Im talking tear the whole restrooms down and rebuild them. The restrooms were so old and dirty. After watching a movie and holding my bladder, Im not looking to need to pop a squat. One of the toilets didnt flush so their was a buildup of tissue. Other than that, the movie going experience was quite pleasant.

I love the new lounge chairs and bar service, which made the movie experience much better. My wife and I have a reason to start back going to the movies, absolutely loved it!!

I like the fact that it is right off of the highway and the parking lot is well lit around the building. The prices for concessions are a bit over the top, but that is standard fare for most movie theaters these days. Wide selection of current titles.

I always enjoy going to the movies here, especially when its the first showing if the day. Fresh popcorn and 2 large coke iced. Thank you for always having the air on in each theater room and having heated seats.

All new heated recliners. They now have a bar for drinks. Always kept clean.

Comfortable seats, but the crowd is rowdy and the theater doesnt have rules about disruptive patrons. There were lots of young children playing games on electronics during the movie, some with the sound on. Some adults even use flashlights multiple times during the show. Wont be coming back.

Location, comfortable to see movies since remodel. Admission fee great for seniors.

Liking the newly renovated place. They have loungers now that are really comfortable. The only thing is now all movies, all showings, doesnt matter how long its been out, are reserved seating. Its not too bad. If there is a certain spot you like to sit, I suggest getting there earlier so you can grab those spots.

As long as you go during the day its cheap and never a bad experience.

Not including that Im a cinemark movie club member lol (that app comes in handy)Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that you guys need to keep your arcade working lol 2 machines took my money cause the controllers didnt work. Love this place. We moved back to Cypress a while back and i havent been here since 2003. They have upgraded EVERYTHING. They know sell Beer and Wine here. They also have Starbucks and apart from the normal food and snacks, they sell pizza and other entrees in the same area that they sell the starbucks. They also have another area in the Theater that sells Merchandise from movies like Joker, IT, Avengers and more. So, thats 3 different areas that sell different things! The 4th area is the Arcade area and its nice too. To top it all off the seats in the Theater can recline and are adjustable. We also just joined the Cinemark Members App. Gives you discounts and more. I could write a short story about this place. I dont want to forget about the good customer service they have here. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!!

This place literally makes no sense at all. In with my brother who is literally 23 and Im 15 and they dont let me go see IT Chapter Two because of their stupid policy. Do not go here at all it it the worst place ever.

$5 per movie is a price that other movie theater cant compete with, minus the Dollar Movies. Some may have better quality seats or service, but Tinseltown overall has better pricing by ticket standards.

I been going here for years. Im really glad they finally upgraded place looks great. Staff is always nice, high food prices are to be expected but still cheaper than other theaters. I have the cinemark rewards which gives me a discount on my food purchase and the reasonable ticket prices will have me coming back!

Good ticket prices. However, the steps to go up to your seat inside the theater are so loud. We were in a sad, quiet moment in a movie and all you could hear was the people walking up and down the stairs. They added more comfortable seats to the theater with electric foot rest and heated seats. My husband and and I spend $11 on two tickets. It is worth it over all.

They made really good updates here! The seats recline and also warm up. They also have Pizza Hut menu options. Definitely reccomend!
