I LIVE THERE THEY HAVE PARK AND KIDS ENJOY IT

If I could give 0 starts I would. Staff is racist and rude, and the maintenance guy and his wife think they were on top of everybody; they live there. We lived there for 5 years and the rent would go up so much every year, and too many rules! We couldn’t even celebrate my brothers birthday in peace because they kept going to our house to complain about every single thing. They told us to leave because of my dog who was NEVER outside, literally only for his business. Supposedly because he’s considered “dangerous” but there’s a guy there who has a pit bull who hasn’t left and I’m sure they haven’t bothered him. Not just him but there’s other people that have “dangerous” dogs. If you search up on Google Top dangerous dogs, that pit bull will come up! And they haven’t done nothing about him, but they had the guts to kick us out of there!

Been here for 29 years and we have had a bit over 20 managers and rent always goes up when new managers come, also they always ask for changes like decks & porches renovations like if residents have the money each and every single time theirs a management change.

Paola Tato I recommend you read these comments instead of ignoring them !! And do something to fix these problems !

Worst place to live at . They are so strict with any little thing . They want to put rules for everything, no matter how small . Where I couldn’t even live peacefully . Bumps are SO BAD, to the point where I messed up my car . Y’all should fire the maintenance guy and get someone that actually fits to the position . Instead of talking and riding around he’s little car 90 % of the time . If y’all looking into a place to live and y’all thinking this is the spot might as well go live besides a dump of trash . It will be much better then living at this place .
