DONT move here. They increase the rent every year by $50 to $100. Its ridiculous. And the staff are rude. They dont care about the people, they only care about Money!!! And it definitely floods.

I lived there for a good 12 years never had a problem but the last year i was living some new neighbors moved in n their kid kept coming to our property n teas our pets

The office I really bad... the receptionist doesn’t like her boss and she tells all about it. She was rude sometimes. They are very strict, you can’t have more than two vehicles, no pets, the trailer homes HAVE to have a skirt, they NEED to have stairs on every available door, strict on visitors.

The neighborhood is kind and quiet. There is little to no criminal activity and everyone is familiar with one another.

The staff here is just plain damn rude, nosey and the neighborhood is just not all that.
