This museum is full of information and a abundance of artifacts. The guy thats works there said they are also expanding.Museums like this give me a bigger appreciation for military then I already have. Thanks to our brave men and women who serve our country!

Amazing collection of WWI, WWII, Korean and Vietnam War artifacts, documents, photos and vehicles. The sheer volume of the collection is impressive. Well worth the stop in.

Very friendly and helpful staff.So many hands on exhibits!!!Theres a Huey helicopter that flew in Vietnam during the war (my very good friend, Tony Palumbo, was a Huey pilot during that war).I was able to sit in the aircraft and touch the controls, switches, etc, while he explained things to me.

This was an amazing museum and a highlight of our trip to Houma. Everyone who worked there was incredibly kind, and made the visit a pleasure. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting, but most importantly he made the tour fun! The amount of items on display was surprising, and being able to hold so many of these historic items was a treat Ive experienced at no other museum. I would highly recommend stopping by to anyone in the area (whether you live there or are visiting), it is easily worth the (very) reasonable admission!

It was good seeing history.

Very impressed. They had some really nice artifacts and great potential for growth. If in Houma be sure to stop in and spend a few hours. Staff is great.

Houma should be proud of this great museum. Many artifacts and vehicles to view. The volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they would bend over backwards to help me when my sons were in Cub Scouts welcoming us to tour the museum year after year. Im amazed at their growth and knowledge!

Really enjoyed. The staff was so helpful in explaining things to the kids! Plan to go back again.

Very cool place. They keep all their vehicles in working order and took us for a ride in a tank. Afterwards we got a tour of the whole place. They’ve some interesting things there and I recommend checking the place out.

Lots of authentic items to view. Very nice people to talk to.

A personal tour was given in English (French is available) of the entire museum from WWI to Afghanistan. many facts and artifacts are shared, including the wall of honor (pics of those that served any arm of the service). Pictures are allowed. gift shop also here.

For such small square footage whoever took their time am did a great layout.it covers and has something to say for just about every conflict we were involved in.and some great donations..

The musium is amazing! I recommend it to anyone interested in military history. Lots of local military history that many people dont know about.

Its got a lot of net stuff from all over all Wars & IF I was too go back down to Louisiana to visit I would say I would have to go back to the Regional Military Museum again it was really neat & cool so if youre in Louisiana go check the place out you want be disappointed
