Amazing place. The ingenuity and detail the designer puts in to these rooms are insanely intricate. All around a great experience. My wife and I did two of their rooms and had a blast the morning after our nuptuals. They also have battle robots! And great espresso! This is a must visit place for a good experience!

This was my favorite escape room experience I have had. I’ve been to great Escape rooms and the ones that are just clues and padlocks. Between the special effects, clever use of computers and creative story lines, our group laughed and screamed. The Battling Robots, really good ice cream and hospitality from owner and employees made this a first rate experience! We will be back!

We traveled to Degray lake resort with our singles group. Saturday night we went into downtown Hot Springs and had reserved the Murder Mystery room. The owner and his employee were amazing!! They even have ice cream, specialty coffee, and life size robot fighting!! We had the best time and we made it out!!

Our group had a great time at A Narrow Escape. My group did the Murder Mystery & our other group did Wonderland. We all had a great time. The coffee & ice cream were great too. Wonderful customer service from reservation through escape experience. Shane is a hard working young man.

Had an absolute blast! The game master and his wife are wonderful people. And their little girl is so precious and friendly. Our little one had so much fun playing with her, it was the cutest!We were able to escape from the murder mystery in time WITH a 2 year old accompanying us. The puzzles are unique, engaging, and fun. Really impressive that he built everything in his own. We are already planning on doing the Bionic one next before we head home (tourists).

Our experience at A Narrow Escape was perfect. Shane and Dorian are great; they were very patient with us and explained the whole process to those that had never played before. Shane was so knowledgeable and eager to help; we really enjoyed visiting with him while we ate our Loblolly ice cream. All facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room we played was fun and full of surprises. Highly recommend. Well be back for sure!

A Narrow Escape was our first escape room we have ever been to! There were 8 of us and we split into two groups to complete two different puzzles to race to the finish! The owner was absolutely amazing! He explained and gave us tips and tricks that really helped us first timers. His rooms were well thought out and the story lines will engulf you with how much he paid attention to the small details! He designs all of the rooms himself and it is absolutely impressive to see the art he has created in these puzzles. The prices were the best I have ever found in an escape room! If you need an hour out of the hot sun and dont know what to do, this should be your first pick! It was definitely the highlight to our trip to hot springs!

Absolutely loved it! We did the clinical game which takes place in 1953. The game room and props were very authentic. The staff was very friendly & in character. The room was challenging but super fun! I loved the old music playing in the background. Cant wait to go back!

Our family has done two escape rooms with A Narrow Escape and they have been wonderful every time. The rooms are ranked by difficulty so you know what you’re getting into! Our most recent room, Bionic Dilemma was incredibly unique and such a clever escape room (I have done 5 escape rooms). Shane, the owner, was such a pleasure to interact with and he’s so genuine and ambitious about A Narrow Escape. I know he will continue doing great things in the future, and I can’t wait to keep coming back to see how it grows!!

This place was amazing and the owner is absolutely fantastic!!! We also did some robot battles after escaping the room. All around a great time.

Came in town for memorial day and due to the virus a lot of places were closed. Came across A Narrow Escape and hands down has been the best part of the trip. Very family driven, fun and inviting environment. The rooms were very creative and will stay with you days after participating. Cant rave enough about the couple that own it. Better rooms than the typical escape rooms that you get at basically every city across the country. Ended up trying every room they had. Cant wait to come back and try the next room they create. If youre in Hot Springs do yourself a favor and go to A Narrow Escape.

Visited the escape room while on vacation with my family. We were personally greeted by the owner when we arrived, he was very proud of his business and rightfully so. Very clean, great atmosphere, and the room we picked was fun but not so tough that my ten year old couldn’t help. Super pleased and will visit again!

My wife and I did one escape room experience here. The people were very nice and fun. The room was super interesting, although several of the clues and puzzle elements were out of place. Which was disappointing, because the overall design of the puzzles were really interesting, and posed just the right amount of challenge. In the end, the out of order clues made things confusing, but the hints from the attentive gamemaster allowed us to carry on and escape just in the nick of time. Id still call this a very positive experience, especially compared to other escape rooms Ive done. Would definitely do another room here.

The guy that owns and runs the coffee shop and escape rooms is amazing!First off, I’m not even a fan of latte’s but it was DELICIOUS, changed my whole outlook on latte’s.Second off, we did the easiest escape room and escaped with one 1 minute to spare! We had so much fun, the owner was so energetic and very descriptive when giving us our backstory.

This was our first escape room adventure. We gave the pod room a go. It was very immersive and had an interesting space ship feel. The puzzles were moderately challenging, which led to a good experience. I would recommend trying any of the other rooms based on my experience.My significant other felt iffy about giving it a go, but ended up having a great time.The workers were very helpful & thoughtful.My only complaint would be that there was no hand soap in either of the bathroom facilities.Update: the owner replied and mentioned that the bathroom facilities were shared and someone from the other business keeps hijacking the hand soap!

We ended up doing multiple escape rooms while in hot springs. Three different companies have escape rooms in the downtown area. This was definitely our favorite set of rooms we did, and they were also the nicest establishment. The types of challenges used in their rooms are unique and a nice break from some of the rooms encountered that you can see the same things over and over.

A first time for all three of us! We had a blast. It was challenging, but not frustrating. We will definitely do this again!

My husband and I went and we loved it! He’s done escape rooms in Europe and this was my first one- it was a lot of fun and reasonably priced. It was awesome and highly recommend. We did the Pod room yesterday- it was super cool. They definitely do great with the technical portions and the story was captivating. Going back today for the Wonderland room!

We did the Pod escape room and it was a lot of fun. The puzzles are unique and complex; a lot better than some of the repetitive find the numbers, unlock a box escape rooms.They seem to really care about making the rooms a worthwhile experience and keeping things fresh. Apparently theyre always trying to improve the rooms and test new designs.The best part is that they wont book you with a bunch of strangers. We had a party of 2 and they assured us that if we booked a time, even if the room could fit 6 people they wouldnt fill our time slot with other people.Best escape room Ive been to so far.

My family and I stopped in this place on a whim. We were walking through downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas, and stepped into another world. Or as the company may call it, we had an out of this world experience. The escape room we were in was on an alien spaceship, and we had to find a way to get home to earth before we turned into aliens ourselves. It was fun, and I would definitely recommend this place to other families in the area or visiting.

We did the “POD” room and absolutely loved it! All the themes are super original and the room was so detailed and well-made! The owner/operator was so friendly and we really enjoyed getting to talk with him! The atmosphere is so nice and it is very reasonably priced! If you’re looking for an escape room in this area, A Narrow Escape is definitely the best choice! Can’t wait to return!

Decent price and an okay room. Our group did the pod. It was quite fun and we had a few in our group new to puzzles. However even the least experienced members found it a bit too easy. There was quite a lot of hints both sent to us as well as in the room. It felt like one of those apps that exists just to have ads every level. Too easy to play again.

This was my first experience with an escape room. We were a party of four and had a great time. I gave it five stars because It met all my expectations and I had no complaints. The puzzle was challenging without being overwhelming. Good story and scenario. It was owned by a husband and wife who were very friendly and patient answering all our questions prior to starting. I would recommend it to anyone regardless of age or skill level.

We went here for my friend’s birthday. It was just the two of us but that was perfect for the more intimate setup of this escape room experience. Definitely one to come back to, it is affordable and good fun!

Group of 5 of us did the POD room and it was a great time! Puzzles were challenging, but not in a stressful way. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the room interactive. Game master was friendly and tolerated our group’s antics. Definitely would do again!

We did the Clinical Trial room. It was a good linear puzzle, that didnt have any arbitrary feeling puzzles.

Freaking amazing! Most fun ive had in years! The staff is just as awesome and was superb at explaining everything to you and making you and your family comfortable. 3 hours after we left my family was still taking about it with excitement and is already wanting to go back for more. I cant wait to come back this summer(out of town visitor). You all with love it and its worth every red cent.

We have done two of the rooms and both were over the top. The energy in the explanation of the room just starts the excitement. This entertainment is great for tourists in beautiful downtown Hot Springs.

It was fun. Not the best escape room weve tried, but definitely not the worst. The staff was friendly. Prices were reasonable compared to other escape rooms. We did the Alice in Wonderland room. The room was well decorated to go with the theme. It wasnt a very difficult room, though we got stumped on a very simple thing. The goal wasnt to escape the room, but to find a necklace, not quite as much fun as actually needing to escape.Side note, the bathroom is a separate suite and is hot, stinky, and gross.

Fantastic from start to finish. The stories are creative and the puzzles are excellent. We live out of state but if we ever return to the area, we will definitely be back.

My family has gone to A Narrow Escape twice in the last two years, both times around St Patrick’s day. The escapes are great fun but I really appreciate that they have fun with us and make it special. For instance I bought a ring for my daughter and they hid the birthday present among the clues. I really appreciated that they went out of their way like that, and my daughter loved it! The business is situated near the St Patty’s parade route and is an excellent place to see the bands play during the celebration. We love the town and will go back as often as we can. You should too!

We chose the Bionic Delema and really enjoyed it. The room was challenging and really made our party of 7 work together. The instructions were explained well and we had a great time.

My fiancee and I are in town on vacation and scheduled our first ever escape room here. We did the Wonderland theme and had an absolute blast! I loved how intricate the puzzles were, and the Easter eggs were fun too.The owner is a really funny guy who really cares about his work. I can assure you well be returning any time were in town, and maybe again before we leave.

I used this activity kick off a Bachelor party. Only one of our six had done an escape room before. We chose to do the Clinical Trial room and found it very enjoyable. The backstory was fun and the puzzles were clever and entertaining to figure out. We ended up escaping with 15 minutes to spare, but Id chalk that up to having a relatively smart group. This was definitely the highlight of the night.And a big shout-out to the staff here, who were awesome. You can tell they really love challenging people while making sure they have a great time.

We did this for my husbands birthday. There were 5 of us. 2 parents, 3 kids (ages 15, 13, 10). Had a blast. Everybody in the family got to show their strengths in solving all the different clue types. The robot in the story gave up a few helpful hints to steer us in the right direction. The guy was super nice . We were impressed that he built the whole theme from scratch. Very fun . I highly recommend this!

Absolutely awesome! My husband and I were visiting Hot Spring and thought we would give an escape room a try. Was totally worth it! Loved the story line of each rooms and was really impressed with the ingenuity and skill of all of the props (which are all handmade/created by the owners). The owners Shane and Kirstie are really friendly and welcoming. Also, if you are a pet lover make sure to ask for Maggie - The Marketing Director, she is a real pro at greetings! Would recommend this place 110% to anyone wanting to give it a try. But, just know you may get hooked. :-)

We had a ball spending Easter Sunday with friends at a Narrow Escape! The room themes are super fun and the puzzles are challenging but not impossible to solve. Well definitely plan another trip to the area when a new room opens!

Honestly had no idea what to expect but it was totally amazing. Owners were very encouraging and helpful throughout the puzzle! Such great team building exercises that push you to think and work together. Definitely plan on going back very soon!!!

Had a blast with a group of 11 year olds for a birthday adventure. They helped us just enough to not get stuck but also allowed us to work the puzzles. Management was very accommodating as child birthday parties are not the norm. Its not the easiest venue to find. My advice is to find subway and then go up the stairs beside. It is on the second floor.
