We voted at Honolulu City Hall (Honolulu Hale) this morning. The volunteers couldnt have been better. It was so easy, so quick, and I left with a feeling that my vote would actually be counted vs dropping it in the mail. My picture ID was checked and I had to sign my paperwork twice. I recommend Hawaii - and America - never change to all mail-in voting.
First time visitor. Although, I seen Honolulu Hale from the outside, it was nice. The parking structure, in my opinion, wasnt well put together for directions to the voting area. This was a very important venue. Needs to be better plan for voters who never visited this structure. Especially Nov. 3, when you have last minute voters trying to make the deadline time
City & county City was helpful and efficient in my business transactions. I would again solicit the help from this attendant. The security was clearly visible but cordial.
For a huge beautiful place it was empty as hell. The city could have used spaces like that to home people in need. Even for a work area its extravagant.
Best public toilet on the island! In downstairs level. Toilet paper is a bit thin. As are the paper towels. Management could use some improvement.
Voting was easy, no issues, staff was very friendly.
Great that I have a place to vote!
We saw the dictator (Caldwell) himself! He drives a black SUV!!
Mango Jam was a blast! Well planned and coordinated; no chaos, very laid back. The highlight of the event was probably the activites, especially the one about coloring and making bookmarks and mangos and the live entertainment. Good venders, but I didnt see what I really came for; pickled mango. Either I didnt look hard enough, or It just wasnt here. But, the dollar mango pudding from the Mango Munchies vender made up for it.
I travel the world searching for the best City Halls and this easily one of the best.
Busy as always, make an appointment, it will reduce your wait time significantly.
Beautiful buildings and well laid-out areas.
Good place to visit during holiday season! People of all ages could enjoy Honolulu City Lights and Honolulu City Hall. Great decorations with colorful lights.
As an early voting venue it is supposed to be open from 8am-4pm through November 5th, yet is showing that its closed both today, Friday, November 4 and, tomorrow, November 5. Also there is no telephone number listed to contact them other than a fax number. Thats not very professional in my opinion especially with whats at stake in the upcoming Presidential election!
Pretty building to see on the way to other sites
Nice building, too bad a bunch of socialist losers work there.
Where are you?
Picturesque area.
