I noticed the head of my driver had separated slightly, since I dropped my bag a couple of times. I knew there is a high risk of breaking the graphite shaft had I attempted to repair it at home, so even though it is an older and relatively inexpensive club, I decided to bring it to Pro-Am hoping it would be cost effective compared to buying another driver. After seeing the issue, Yuko took it to the tool room without hesitation and emerged minutes later with the gap already gone. She advised me it may require completely removing the head and re-attaching, but for a temporary fix it is free. That was so nice I was tempted to buy a new driver then and there but the visit was supposed to be a drop and run so I did not have the time to choose. I will definitely be back to purchase from Yuko.
They are garbage service sold me a broken bag and literally the next day I came with receipt they wouldn’t exchange it. Garbage terrible
