Super rude, when you are looking to spend $$$ look somewhere else, the attitude in this store was unreal. What are the pictures for - use your brainFollowup - No, you said What are the pictures for and acted like a huge douche which is why I took the time out of my trip to write this initial review. Maybe we caught each other on a bad day, Submit pictures of your no pictures please signs to google reviews and yelp etc so people know what they are getting into, Taking the virtual tour of your shop it doesnt appear that youve got any signage regarding this.

Went into the on-site store and had really nice service and pleasant conversations.Had THE best service and could even re-order something from the mainland with personal modifications. Great store.

I was impressed by the workmanship and balance on a rather modestly priced $45 koa wood pen, nicely presented in its case that I ordered as a gift. Prompt Internet service.
