Largest, cleanest, and best place for this sorta thing in South Florida. Not the cheapest, but best. I prefer the tradition movie theater feel, but have to admit they’re two theater rooms with comfy recliner type chairs and big screen TVs are worth the trip. The private video booths are just as modern and clean. Looks like the whole back room area was built a month ago.

Poor customer service. Manager and associate denied a even exchange of a defective product they sold to me. I had my receipt and it was from 3 days ago. The manager said he cannot do anything when a product already left the store.

I absolutely love this store! It is a bit overpriced, but its good for avoiding shipping and so on. Of course, my fingers are always free and I use them readily (TMI much), but this store is great! So far, Ive gotten the Fredericks of Hollywood rabbit bullet vibrator, as well as another tiny bullet vibrator. They have a wonderful selection, staff is absolutely helpful and polite and professional. It is simply a great store!

I went in with my girlfriend they asked for our IDs even though we are in our 40s tagged her purse made me feel like a thief never going back place was empty too wonder why

Very clean and well maintained place, right down to the restrooms. Customer service is friendly and will not judge customers. Discreet location, plenty of parking.Also, with regards to the review by Miguel Jones, admission to the video booths or theaters is valid for the entire business day with your receipt, so you can leave and return as you wish until they close.

Very unsafe place for gay people, the police has been doing undercover operations, exposing gay man at this location, its definetly a homophobic rant. If you go there be aware of this as it is not safe for gay man. Do not go there if you want to avoid issues and public exposure

Over priced. Stuff tagged at 75% off was not honored at desk. And they have the most ridiculous pricing Ive seen at any adult store. But they have lots of eye gouging prices .

Nice arcade and theater.7 to goto booths 20 for theater. When watching movies in the theater light flashes before someone comes in. Only thing that sucks is you cant leave and come back. They tend to leave you alone. Staff has never been rude to me. Tends to be busy at lunch and around 5pm?

Dont go there. Its under Hollywood Police surveillance. Been raided twice. People got arrested.

Cashier was beyond rude and had a horrible attitude. My very time going in there. i went to check out the video booths (dont go inside or use the tvs) just went to go look, when I walked out the chaser is demanding money from me. He also assumed Ive been there before and I know the rules. His attitude was horrible and disgusting and Im shocked anyone would hire a man like that. Beyond rude, unprofessional and a total rip off.

Awesome place to hangout. Not to many people trolling around and the staff is great.

Had a problem with a peeping tom during a private show but besides that, super nice and well regulated with carding. Will come agian.

I purchased a $160 pair of shoes from them on Wednesday and the heel fell off Thursday! I tried to take them back to see if they could fix them or exchange them and all i got was we dont do exchanges or refunds!!!! This place is a rip off!! Horrible customer service!!!
