Huge store, wide variety and appears to be very clean! The pricing is a little high which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars but the customer service made up for the high price tags! Adriana helped us, she was so patient, knowledgeable and funny! She definitely us feel comfortable and I’ll be visiting again soon! Ask for Adriana

I happened upon this store on my way to my boyfriends place. Have been here numerous times, I leave my bag in my car and have my ID ready as I walk in. It is unfortunate they have this policy, but people do steal. Every person that has helped me has been pleasant, helpful and great. Finally got my boyfriend in there and even he was happy with the staff. I have recommended this place to others. Store is clean, nice selection, prices are not bad compared to other stores I have been in. I can even go back so they can lace up the corsets that were purchased there.

This place is amazing! I walked in there very nervous and shy but immediately an extremely nice woman named Amy came up and asked me if I needed any help. I decided to be bluntly honest with her about exactly what I was looking for and she made me feel 100% comfortable, not judged at all and took mre over to the exact product I wanted and needed. She talked me through everything, explained anything I needed to know and before I left, we were sharing personal stories lol. This place is great! Went in with a friend this weekend and absolutely loved it. I see that most of the bad reviews are because of the ID check and the no bag/purse policy. It did catch me off guard but I didnt mind. It is a huge store and I understand that its a measure to avoid theft. Most adult stores ID so Im okay with that. Service was good, questions were answered quite nicely. Prices were decent, of course you could buy most of the stuff online cheaper but you pay a bit more for the store experience which I think is worth it, I saw a lot of things I actually dont see in a site unless I browse multiple ones. Its fun and a enjoyable experience to have with a friend or partner. Only thing I do find a bit annoying is constantly being stalked by an employee around the store and being asked if I need help every couple of minutes. We were helped and the suggestions actually were informative and helped us in making our picks, I appreciate that but please just back off a bit. We had turned in our bags when we walked in, and items have a sensor thatll go off at the door if we were trying to steal something. Itd be nice to shop for a toy without having someone almost breathing down my neck, watching my every move to make sure Im not stealing.

My husband and I have been coming to this for about a year and a half. They have always been super helpful and informative. However, I was a little upset I had to drive back home for my ID because I forgot it and a picture on my phone wasn’t acceptable. But we ran home and got my ID and came back and Patricia was great. I would consider accepting pictures on the phone in the future, the manager and one of the supervisors would have recognized my husband I but unfortunately weren’t there last night. Overall though one of the best sex shops we have ever experienced! My husband had prostate cancer and we needed different ways to be intimate after his surgery and they were AWESOME, they don’t make you feel uncomfortable at all, I always compare my experience there to shopping at the supermarket lol it truly is enjoyable. Prices are a little high but their products are worth it and if you buy cheap you get what you pay for so hubby and I have always gone there with the mindset of spending at least $100 lol. One suggestion I have is maybe ordering some inventory for the plus size variety in make and female. I think that would really open up the clientele and by plus size I do mean 3x,4x,5x,6x. Should have stuck with pleasure emporium!!!As a 35 yr old couple we were turned away by a kid who looked 19 for id. Never in our history have we been turned away as adults from an adult store. We came to browse and purchase a few new items but were cut off at the door. I see someone commented and the business replied its Florida law, it isnt. Rather it is a business policy they practice and it will do more harm than good.Not only were we shopping for ourselves but we host a large lifestyle group that wanted our opinions on the new store... I can say we choose to never return and rather direct everyone to pleasure emporium. It was rude and an inconvenience as we drove out of our way to get there and are obviously older than 18. I can understand spot checking those who appear to be minors but to turn away obvious adults who took the time to drive almost 30 minutes to be there, never again!!!

So I came in with my friend as we like to visit many of these types of stores every now and again. As I came in I was informed that I was not allowed to have my purse in the store. How am i supposed to buy anything? Carry around my wallet, I dont think so. Thank you guilty pleasure for assuming I am already guilty enough not to be trusted with my own purse in the store. Last time I was here this was not the case. No other shop does this or treats its customers this way. Glad there are many more closer to my house. Definitely wont make the trip out here again.

I was in the store this past weekend. First very big selection, no movies but that wasnt really what I was there for. Had some excellent customer service from a young lady who came over just to see how I was doing. I found 3 or 4 things in my basket and that was all I was thinking of getting. Then she started recommending things, based on what I told her I used to have and what I like. By the time I knew it I had 2 and half baskets full. Everything she showed me was exactly what I needed and wanted for my new transition to FL due to my job. I am posting anonymously, because well I dont want my employer knowing too much of what I do at home. That is the only thing I think they should think of, they ask people to write reviews but seem to forget what kind of store this is. Yes people are open and not nervous about shopping there, but it is not like advertising I shopped there. I will definitely be recommending this store, and the young lady that helped me. She was amazing. The other thing I appreciated she wasnt the typical sales person. You know the kind, the used car dealer that makes your skin crawl and makes you want to run out the door with nothing even when they have exactly what you want. I am so glad I decided to go in. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Best toy store so far. Be ready to spend some money. My boyfriend and I were surprised by the variety and size of their inventory. They even had a modest but good size books section with an interesting variety of humorous, relevant and very informative books.We were helped out by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not aggressive nor disinterested or tuned out. They made it easy for us to get over our shyness and we we’re given a tour of their toys and whatever we saw that was new to us. The young woman that helped us just got back from an industry convention, so her enthusiasm was infectious. It felt like a Disney land of adult fun.My complaints about this place is they could play some background music (preferably not cool and the gang like we heard at pleasure emporium- or loud ass hip hop like at playthings on bird road). It’s hard to pick the right music, everyone tastes varies so i get it.And they could improve their temporary tatoo’s section- they have mostly body art / crystals types. Would have loved to find some variety here.They card you when you walk in, but that not their fault and they apologized for that awkwardness.Also, A self service “Standard Coffee” station to start off the shopping experience with energy and/or cool beverage machine to encourage more browsing. All in all go here it is worth it.

What a horrible experience! They wouldnt let us in the store until I gave them my purse because of the risk of theft. I said absolutely not and told them that they can inspect it when we leave and they declined so we are taking our business elsewhere. I dont trust them just as much as they dont trust me.

Worst adult store I have ever been too, will not be returning. As soon as we entered we were approached by a woman to check our ID, may I add i am almost 40 years of age. Then I was advised that purses were not allowed in the store, they can be stored at the front of the store behind a wall or in the car. I have never been to any retail store and was told I could not enter with a purse. Now we enter the store it is large and a lot of inventory it can’t enjoy browsing area without a sale person up my rear the entire time . The lady must have asked at least 10 if we needed help or suggesting different items. Give me some space was only there for like 30 minutes. I would not suggest going to this adult store if you are looking for a pleasant experience to enhance your sexual endeavors.

I had such a GREAT experiecne my first visit. As soon as I walked in the Desiray asked me if I needed help. I told her exactly what I needed and she stayed with me and helped me pick out everything. Found a couple of items wanted to buy average item about a hundred and fifty the downside to the store is they have a staff there the woman is very pleasant in her offerings the relaxed and laid-back professional sales theres a young kid that works there that follows you around tries to show you something every 20 seconds and youre trying to have a conversation with your girl about something totally different and they keep in threw up to you makes it very difficult to shop especially in a situation is very personal kids got a lot of enthusiasm but would do a better job on a used car lot also discussed with him while walking in the store the discounts that I receive in the other adult stores in the neighborhood as I am a very large Shopper and all of them and did not want to match the discount from Toys For Lovers but you would not take my company credit card I dont know why I gave him ID and yes that where we asked for so I even went and picked up more cash to come back and pay and he still didnt think it was necessary to give me the discount so basically I only spent around 300 which is the cheapest Ive ever gotten out of one of these stores usually on a Friday night its at least a thousand what store is very clean very nice I will not be shopping there anymore because I feel like I was treated wrong

I came into Guilty Pleasures last Saturday night.I was greeted at the door and they asked for my Id,which didnt bother me I was actually flattered.The store was super clean and organized and they had a huge selection of toys and some really cute lingerie,which I ended up buying.The staff are very nice,professional,and knowledgable.Ive never been in a store that makes you feel comfortable and safe while shopping,and no weird men watching what your purchasing.So I will have to say Guilty Pleasures is my new favorite store.

Very customer oriented, price fair

After reading the reviews. Most of these 5 stars I notices have to be fake. Especially since one of the reviews was written by the manager and I only know that because I asked for the managers name to complain about the sassy mouthed young lady I wanted to report. After seeing that they are basically lying to customers online by making fake reviews it is clear what kind of establishment this is and I will NEVER go back. I got the owners name; however conveniently no one had his nunber or email so i could go over the managers head. The managers name is Mr. love and you can clearly see he made a fake review and then pretended to answer himself to make it seem like he was a customer giving a great review. Take my advice steer clear because the REAL comments are the TRUTHFUL ONES AND THEY ARE NOT FLATTERING

I was on my way to find a local grocery store and ran across Guilty Pleasures so I figured what the hell, lets check it out.I was amazed at the store and particularly amazed with the staff!I walked in and was immediately greeted by all as I walked through the store. Mind you, I was just browsing. I was paroozing (sorry, I like that word...) the furniture and slings and one of the sales people came over and started chatting about the products. Have you ever met somebody and felt totally at ease with them???!!! Well, this was that lady.After talking for a while, I continued looking around and landed upon the fleshlights...yes guys there are toys for us is too!!!!We started talking about the fleshlights and other stuff and this lady was just awesome. I mede a selection and she showed me some other items.Bottom line...amazing service, pleasant people and to be honest, if I met this lady in another setting, i would have so enjoyed talking with her and having a couple of adult beverages!!!When was the last time YOU felt like that after walking out of a store.Do stop in!!! You wont be disappointed!!!

I am giving a 2 star only because of the ease of shopping as the store is incredibly well layed out and with a massive selection. Also the customer service I received from Nicky and Jes was 5star. Both very knowledgeable and friendly.That is where it ends for me. Im in an industry that requires buying much they offer however I felt the stopping me at the front door asking for ID was a bit intrusive and the overall ambience was.....well there was none.The merchandise was 30%+ higher than even their nearest competition. This saddens me as I was hoping to have found my truly one stop shop I frequent all the adult stores from Deerfield to Miami and note there are mega stores just like Guilty pleasures...perhaps not as well organized or stocked with much variety but Ive never felt the uncomfortable vibe I did tonight visiting here.I am a local and there is a huge local market for such as they offer...but with the high prices and initial negative vibe I think they will not see the fruits of labors spent at guilty pleasures. I also noticed that not one cperson other than myself was even in the store and having been in others just like this in the area especially the after5 crowd I would have expected more shoppers...many more. That also gives a fire to the experience when others like myself are there to shop and have fun.All this being said I hope the powers that be take note and recognize the vast that they are missing and realize there are competitors equal to there standing superseding them in business without really any reason to be.Guilty Pleasure s you have it all SO DONT LOSE IT ALL....WAKE UP...A WOULD BE LOYAL PATRON
