I enjoy buying fireworks for the family to help have a good time. Im giving for stars and not a perfect 5 for the simple fact that when I go in to look for something I dont like to feel pressured into buying other items. I simply wanted to get a few more orders and some bottle rockets but I forgot the bottle rockets because the lady wanted me to buy a big giant pack for a contest that has nothing to do with me. I asked how much it was and she said $600! I said well what about the contest what does it have to do with and it has nothing to do with customers only employees. So it was really a pride thing she had going on and threw me completely off and made me forget to get bottle rockets. I thought for spending $600 on something which I didnt but there would be some kind of incentive for the customer other than just the purchased item and there was nothing. Im giving them 4 stars I would have to say one for cleanliness of the store, two for such a vast selection, 3 for the communication and 4 for wishing me a happy Fathers Day but I do not and nobody enjoys being pressured into buying things we did not intend to buy. However, I would suggest going there to get fireworks because they have some very nice fireworks and a good atmosphere.

Love this place! They always have an awesome selection and the prices are great. Love the atmosphere, and the workers are super helpful. You can scan any firework and watch it on their big screen TVs so you know what youre getting before you buy it; very cool! Gorilla Warfare was by far my favorite this year.

No employees wearing masks while they loud talk at customers. Rude when respectfully asked why no masks.

Bought ~$100 worth of fireworks for the 4th, 50% of the fireworks were duds, did not go off at all or if they did they just fell over and shot towards the house/guests, even when adequately secured and placed.Put a damper on the family event for the kids. Store had poor customer service and couldnt help at all. I wouldnt recommend them in the future.

Jake’s fireworks in Holland on Washington is the bomb. Max helped me out tonight picking a display for my Memorial Day weekend. He helped me based on budget and I got to review everything I purchased on the big screen!

Huge verity of fireworks and friendly staff

A huge selection of fireworks with a knowledgeable staff who is there to help answer questions. I also like how they have scanners that show what certain fireworks do. They always have great deals too. You can get coupons texted to your phone as well as from flyers in store.

From foutains to massive 500g cakes they have everything you can want. Plus they have a neat system to let you see a video of what each fireworks on a screen. Jakes wont steer you wrong for a great home show.
