Great location. Parking fills up quickly on sunny days, so head there early in the morning! Water can be cold (spring water comes up), but so beautiful! Turtles frequently swim here.

There is a set of stairs into the ocean on the far Hilo side one of my fave swimming spots nice mix of fresh water spring and ocean water aloha

Beautiful park with a ramp to water and a shower.

Beautiful park location. This parks ocean has many turtle ponds with easy water for swimming in the beautiful Jade colored ponds. Especially behind Mauna Loa Shores condominium complex.

If you want to swim with a turtle this is a great place.
