Great little town area to get some ice cream, read some history, ride a bike......

This great little museum has hundreds of artifacts and historic photos from the last thousand years of Herndon history, housed in the original mid-1800s railroad depot that was the seed of the towns settlement. If youre a local you should definitely come by. It has very limited hours, though, so check to make sure when its open before you plan your visit.
