Great theater even after re-opening. Seating in the theater is AMAZING theres less seats the usual but its so spacious and comfortable. Cant recommend this place enough

This my favorite theater to catch a movie at.. I drive all the way from Nashville to come up to Hendersonville to catch a movie... The other theater are cool dont get me wrong Ive been to them all but I prefer this one..

Awesome is an understated word for this place. Love the reclining seats. We have been several times and always a great experience. Our favorite movie theater. Also wish they had refills on smaller sizes. On a tight budget sometimes have to skip the goodies cant always afford the largest size.Staff is always very helpful and pleasant.

I would have given 5 stars if the soda machines were working. The place was nice, seating was great and staff was very helpful. Great IMAX theatre and sound.

This is an Amazing theater. We went on a Thursday afternoon (1pm) no line for tickets/food. The popcorn was great & the seats were SO comfortable. The restrooms were very clean. Everything was perfect! Well be back!

I’m kinda torn about this review. It’s a very comfortable theater and we really like the recliner seating. It looks clean and new on the surface. However, I think a star needs to come off because the concessions folks are usually very slow. No hurry or rush to clear the lines, just moseying along at the speed of not caring.Two stars are coming off though due to pests. One of my kids picked up lice a year or so ago and the only place different we had been was this theater. I thought maybe it was a coincidence. Tonight I picked a bedbug off my coat after a movie. We all had to go home, strip off our outfits and put them in the wash and check for more bugs. As much as we enjoy an occasional visit to see a movie at the theater, I’m grossed out and not really wanting to return.

Seats are super comfortable. Even in full theater you get lots of space. Parking is plenty and convenient. Concession stand is just as expensive as any other movie theater. I would drive extra miles to watch a movie there.

Hey hello. Only here to complain, otherwise this is a great theater and generally very clean and friendly staffed. I enjoy the seats. I like to go here. Im a juicing Unlimited member. With that being said I am sat here sprawled out like a wounded buffalo with a bleeding thumb that I just cut on the family restroom door lock. The edge of it, shes sharp, but not as painful as the thoughts Im currently having of the germs and pathogens leaking into my bloodstream. Why was I using the family restroom? I like my privacy. I was not camping out. I was in and out. Just thought you might like to know so it doesnt happen to someone else.

Went to see Onward. Despite families and kids talking the entire time it was an enjoyable experience. The theatre was clean and you gotta love the reclining seats!

Super great seats, plenty of privacy wirh recliners and barriers so we knew our kids werent distracting other movie goers! Our daughter loves to dance to kids movie soundtracks and she could do so safely with the half walls. Most cinemas I fear that she will slip and twist an ankle or something! so in summary: very comfortable reclining chairs, plenty of room, very relaxed.

Relaxing recliners and lots of space to watch the movie. If you ask nicely they will divide up your popcorn so you can munch in peace. Clean restrooms and friendly staff too. :)

Love it here!!! Electric leather recliners, with cup holders above and below the fold up arms!! Hand dryers at every sink in the restrooms, show schedules posted ahead of time and pick your seat at ticket purchase! Buy your tickets ahead of time! Vast selection of food choices!

This theater is also a very good theater to visit.Very clean all throughout the theater, very qualified, nice staff!I would definitely return again and recommend this theater.

Love this movie theater!! The only downfall, is the speed of the employees at the concessions counter. I would love to see them act with a better sense of urgency, so that we can get to our movie on time.

Went to see Gretel and Hansel yesterday. They had some issues with a corrupted movie file and new software glitches. I want to thank Toby and his staff for the professionalism in which they handled the matter and to say that I greatly appreciate the two passes and free concessions he offered for my inconvenience. Top notch service at it best.

Enjoyed seeing Star Wars in the IMAX. Nice and clean. Leann waited on me and she was excellent! Nice and polite and made my drink and popcorn just as I requested.

Watched the true story/movie Richard Jewell. Inspiring movie. The reclining seats were wonderful. It was like watching a movie at home in your living room. Best theater around!!

Always fast and friendly service at the box office and concession stand. The theaters are always clean, and the reclining leather seats are so roomy and comfortable. I also love that you pick your seats as soon as you pay for your tickets so you dont have to go around searching.

Great theater with great seating. I drive from an hour away to enjoy the recliner seats and for the convenience of reserved seating. We have 2 theaters in my city and they could use a similar renovation very badly.

Only complaint I have is the refreshment lines need to move quicker. Otherwise great theatre! Clean, great seating and courteous staff all around!

This place is awesome. I love the reclining seats and space between the rows. Dont have to worry about people kicking your seat or disturbing people if you have to leave. The concession prices are way too high, but thats any movie place. Will be coming here for all my movies!

Really have to appreciate the new regal unlimited pass program. Much better than movie pass which makes me think it wont last, but hop on this train while you can. The recliners are great here, now if they only came with water balloons to pelt at people on their phones.

Its a nice theater, but Im giving it 3 stars bc they dont have any combos for popcorn and drinks and their prices are ridiculous for that stuff, just like other theaters, but other places at least have combos. Also, the popcorn is NASTY!! Not good to me at all! No flavor at all.

This is the only movie theater I will go to. I love the customer service and its very clean. The seats are very comfortable and its easy to relax here and watch a movie.

Love the new seats! There’s so much room and having seats that recliner really make for an entirely different experience.My only problem was that my 8 year old could not see over the wall that decided the rows now that it’s been remodeled and they no longer have the booster seats so he was kinda disappointed at not being able see the whole screen when he sat down and most of the movie was watched on his knees or standing up.

Great theater, easy to get to, and has lots of good places to eat and shop around. Reclining stadium seating makes all the difference in a good movie experience and a great one!

Nice theater. When my 2 year old decided enough was enough, he and I left my husband and other 2 children to finish the movie. The manager recognized the situation, as Im sure he has seen it 100 times, and thanked me for my consideration of other patrons watching the movie. He gave me a free pass and wished is a pleasant day. Great customer service is rare any more but this theater is doing it right!

The recliner seating is great just dont get a front row seat. Great popcorn and icees

The staff is completely rude. I little kids spilled his drink at the concession stand. Instead of the staff getting a mop to clean it up they start throwing piles of paper towels on the floor. I said to one of the staff members, You should get a mop. He said, No, I need to stand here its our policy. The female standing behind the counter was rude and acted like she was irritated. She kept chomping her gum and rolling her eyes at me. As I was hand my kids their drinks I almost fell walking over all the spilled soda and paper towels on the floor.I will most likely not return to this theater as it is run arrogant teenagers with no customer service skills and chips on the shoulders.

Great theater, always offers all you expect! Good movie snacks, generally short lines. Awesome seating options; very comfy. The only thing is- theyre ALWAYS sold out! Dont plan on going here last minute, especially on a date. You better plan your trip days in advance & purchase your tickets that way as well. This is not a good place to go on a whim or same day plan because it wont happen. They sell out so fast. For everything. Not just big ticket motion pictures. Everything. Must plan in advance.

I was awe struck by the cleanliness of this theatre. The lobby,restrooms,the theater were very clean and well lit. The reclining seats,were a very welcome surprise!!!!

I love this theater, it has the automated recliners, it usually very clean there are tons of bathroom stalls for the after movie rush, the employees are nice and its an easy fun time with lots of places to eat right next door

This is usually our favorite theatre. And ordinarily I would rate them five stars, but this last visit was a real disappointment. The screen we visited and food was good, the ticket taker just stood there like he didn’t know what to do with the ticket. Usually they say enjoy the show the screen is this way. I had to ask where it was this time and he rolled his eyes “yeah it’s down there”. The restrooms were trashed with wet junk and toilet paper on floor, even though I saw at least two guys walking around swinging dustpans like they had nothing to do. The owner should hurry to rectify these issues as it can truly destroy a reputation quickly.

We love this movie theater. Reclinable chairs. Extra wide seating. Be sure to try the Regal unlimited pass for $18 a month. We must now watch over 20 movies a month.

Clean bathrooms and polite employees. The food is expensive, but movie food often is. The seats are comfortable and recline. They have a Wide selection of movies. Overall nice atmosphere.

I normally dont write bad reviews however I was very disappointed after standing in line to pay for bad boys for life when a customer rep was first in line to serve me then was immediately replaced once it was our turn to pay by Mark wright. once I told him I needed two tickets for bad boys for life he asked me how old was our grandchild. When I told him three he stated there was a policy in place which I didnt see posted on on the website or in the building stating kids 6 and younger cannot see r-rated movies. When I told him my grandson would be sleeping he repeated the policy was in place. We drove from Gallatin to see the movie only to be turned away.If this is in fact a policy it should be in plain view for customers to read!

Regal takes the movie experience to a whole new level! The employeesthere are always very efficient and quick at their jobs. The concession stand lines are never long, and the facility is always very very clean.

I feel like you should have free refills with all sizes of the drinks & popcorn! The thing I do like about it is they have the recliner seats that way you and set back with your toes pointing towards the ceiling and sit back to enjoy your movie

Favorite theater in and around Nashville. Clean, comfortable reclining chairs, great projection and sound. Concession line can be pretty slow at times. Are sometimes understaffed compounding the slowness.

Great theaters great movies great seats high prices it cost for two people that are seniors to get in its about $22 and to get one large popcorn in one large drink is $25 I think their prices are outrageous and they should be adjusted however theyre in a very wealthy area and they are always crowded so I guess Im more or less alone in thinking that their prices are so high for the popcorn and a drink its $25 for a large popcorn and a large soda I think that is ridiculous and it needs to be changed! Gem of Streets of Indian Lake, updated theaters are nice. IMax seating needs updating, but overall enjoyable experience.

Its not a terrible theater. The location is convenient but this place is usually packed. They also dont like to turn on the air conditioning in the theaters. If you doubt me pay attention to what it feels like after you exit the viewing room.They do seem to set the noise levels just right in the rooms and the place is kept clean. The people running the concession counter take forever so youre better off getting something before or after coming here.

Thin walls. We were watching a quiet film and the action adventure in the next theater could be heard very clearly.

Nice theater. Definitely expensive, but what isnt now a days... also stood in line for a good 5-10 minutes along with 3 other groups waiting for pop corn before someone came over, walked in the back & then out came 3 workers looking like they hated their life... then took another 5 10 minutes to help the couple in front of us... i guess at least we missed some commercials.. lol... but THEN they double sold our seats when it was busy. Kinda shocking it happened & not sure how.. Didnt set off a good vibe for the night, but the people ended up moving.

The movie was good. But the theatre waa so hot, I sweated through the movie. Made it hard to watchPaying 18 for IMAX and then distracted from the heat. Made this a poor experience

We’re from out of town visiting family and took the kids to see a movie here. The theater has comfy reclining seats and it’s clean and cool. The tickets were reasonably priced, I recommend purchasing online before you go so you can chose your seats ahead of time.

I absolutely love going to the movies here its comfortable, clean & great atmosphere. Employees are really nice. The prices at the concession are a bit pricey. I paid $5 for a bottle of Dasani water. Thats price gouging. Other than that I highly recommend this place

Very nice facility. Pricey though, Two adult tickets, one bucket of popcorn and two drinks...$50. The recliners are very comfortable. Be mindful of seating, youre assigned seats. Sit elsewhere, and youll be asked to move.

This theater is always clean! My family loves it!

Love that you can pick your seat ahead of time and all the chairs recline. Also don’t have to worry about people behind you kicking your chair! Only reason for the 4/5 is parking but they are expanding so hopefully better soon!

You cant help but like this place, reserved seats, extra large electric recliners, large cup holders, extra wide isles, stadium style seating, large clean restrooms. Movie prices are good, lots of concession stand choices, but popcorn and drinks are pricey.

Service is always extremely slow and prices too high. Other lo al theaters are cheaper.

I like that you choose your seats when purchasing the tickets and the reclining seats and wide aisles are great. Ticket prices are below what you normally pay for stadium seating. Concessions are about what you pay anywhere else. Picture and sound are also good

It was a very good mood. . Cold Pursuit was very action field a very good. There was not much talking but a lot of action. I recommend it to whoever wants to see it.
