Zero professionalism from coaches, managers and ownership. Male coaches are way too close, extremely close with underage athletes male and female. Pulled my daughters from here and recommend scouting gyms and gym employees before making your decision. It is a large business in a growing metropolis and the coaching hires may not be thoroughly background checked. I was only privy to the Hendersonville location so that is what this review is based on. Every experience is different for certain individuals and I just ask you to be careful about decisions you make for your child .MG

CheerVille Athletics is a second home for my daughter, as well as myself! After walking into the gym 6 years ago, and having a personal conversation and tour from Katie, I knew this was the place that we should have been at (after leaving another gym), and a place we would be for the duration of my daughters cheer career. My daughter attended numerous open gyms and fell in love with the facilities, athletes, and coaches, which helped the transition. I fell in love with program when I realized how accessible, tough, loving, knowledgeable, concerned, friendly, honest, trustworthy, goal oriented, and driven EVERY coach was(is)! It was just the type of program that was worth the investment. Today, I love it even more! Now its family! And its the kind of village that you want to have in your corner. The success of the program speaks for itself, but it is the personnel behind it and the athletes and families that make the brand! It is a business that is growing and rules and values are in place for a reason. Its not for everyone, and thats okay. Classes are fun and engaging while teaching high levels of technique. Teams are extremely talented and competitive against the best teams in the country, no matter what division they are in. We started CheerVille Athletics 5 years ago. I signed my daughter up for a tumble class and instantly loved the coaches, gym and staff. We were asked to tryout for the Allstar program and have remained in the program since. Fast forward 2 years and my second daughter was old enough to join a team. My daughters love their teams and coaches. My husband and I could not ask for a better program to encourage our girls to be the best they can be, push them to reach goals and learn team building skills. When our youngest daughter became ill, management reached out to us to make sure we had what we needed and has supported us through our journey. CheerVille Athletics has become a second family to us and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We have been a part of this program for 4 years and continue to be amazed at how our daughters skills have developed not only on the floor, but their life skills. Cheerville is the leading Cheerleading Training Center in TN, western KY and northern AL. The best training coming from the some of the best coaches in the industry. The coaches strive to teach technical aspects of cheer to prolong the longevity of an athlete’s future in cheerleading. Many gyms focus on the skill that is needed at that moment which may cause mental blocks for future skills or even cause bad habits that will cause back tracking on skill progression. It is by far the most successful program for teaching athletes hard work, self discipline and over all how to be a good person on and off the mat.

Cheerville is an amazing gym to send your kids to! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and have strong backgrounds in high school, all-star & college level cheerleading. The staff work diligently to push kids to do their best while building strong relationships with the kids and their families. Cheerville offers a variety of classes for kids to participate in aside from, or in addition to their teams. Check it out!

Cheerville Athletics has 4 locations and all are as equally GREAT! I truly enjoy the family atmosphere of not only our All Star program but our recreational and school program as well. I read the negative reviews below and it sure sounds like sour grapes from bitter parents.Furthermore, BOTH seem to have been written from the same person since it was Andrea Jones who wanted the receipt My daughter has been at CheerVille since it began.The owner runs a tight ship and has little tolerance for entitled parents and/or students or constant whiners.A rule is a rule. The staff has repeatedly asked parents in the viewing area of a competition to refrain from recording because it affects a team’s score.So. In reality, the owner was protecting the children and parents were too stupid to understand that. So . . . I agree with the $50 fine.As far as a fundraiser goes,, really? It’s a struggle for to have empathy for a mistake?People are so petty.Not everything is perfect at any gym, but CheerVille tries hard to train every athlete well and to be competitive at every event.

Doesn’t care to hear a parents concerns out instead just acts in a totally unprofessional way!!! I had my sons birthday party here Im December. The price is so reasonable! You get the whole space plus inflatables for 2 hours. Its is one price for up to 75 kids (maybe 100) I cant remember exactly. Most places you can only have 10 kids and the cost is ridiculous. You can bring in your own food/drinks for the party. The have a fridge/freezer. We did the Nerf gun add on. Highly recommend this for boys party. My son and his friends had a blast.

I left an in depth review of my experience with this gym and its owner on yelp. I hope the owner gets the help she so badly needs. She is sick in the head. She condones and encourages bullying in her gym and will kick out athletes and parents who speak out against it and refuse to tolerate it. There are no words to accurately describe just how unstable, hateful, manipulative and unprofessional the owner is. Every parent I met at Cheerville had atleast one negative thing to say about the way she conducts herself and the way she treats people. She has a great staff and that is the only reason her gym is successful and still operating. The program and division my daughter was in costs half the price of other gyms in our area but you truly get what you pay for. Customer service is non existent. They have over crowded the gym with new athletes and dont have enough staff to accommodate them all. Its all about quantity over quality now.

Big place on the inside, kinda decptive from the front. Went to a birthday party here and my kids had a blast! Now my little girl wants to be a cheerleader! Interior was a tad worn and dirty, but not to the point of being gross or anything

After seeing all the fuss online about this place i was inspired to make my own review... I am a mechanic and i dont know nothing about cheer or dance or none of that... I only know how rude these people are. I was test driving a customer car and it broke down.... I pulled into the closest parking lot and it happened to be cheer ville athletics. They threatened to call the cops on me bc i broke down in the parking lot and couldnt move

Read this owners email to the paying customer, and you can make your own decisions...see the direct attachment:Here is how I want to handle this going forward: If you decide to ignore the rule and choose to record instead of cheering there will be consequences. Im not going to babysit the VIP area. If you see someone videoing please take a picture or it and text it to me. Ill put a $50 credit on your account for helping me monitor our fan section. The person in the picture will receive a $50 charge to their account that must be paid prior to their athlete returning to practice. Their athlete will also receive extra conditioning as punishment for their family members actions. Not fair...youre right! So dont do that to your kid and there wont be an issue. If you have family and friends attending that do not get these emails it will be your responsibility to let them know this rule

I love this place and all the parents and staff!! Definitely changed my daughters life in a very positive way. Motivated her to get good grades to compete and work on cheer skills to improve. She has made alot of new friends and the gym feels like out 2nd home.As for the email below regarding videotaping performances...I agree with the owners policy 100%.We have all been warned many times and have a professional videographer. Why watch your child through a phone screen...when you can watch it live and then watch it over...again and again...if you want from a professional videographer?? More places should follow suit and ban phones from the parent VIP area so we can all enjoy the memories in the moment with our athletes...live.

The owner of this company sent an email to all of her parents in the ALL Star Travel Progam stating she would pay a parent $50 to take a picture of another parent videoing at any competitions, and when the parent sent that picture to her she would charge the other parent $50. She also stated she would make their child do extra conditioning for their family member videoing. There was also a shirt ordered and paid for that was never received. It took emailing a complaint. The owner THEN refunded the money. There were mums paid for in cash for a fundraiser that took emailing three times to get a receipt for a business expense report. These statements are not opinion. These statements are facts, with documentation to support them.

The coaches are very advanced and helpful!!I have been at Cheerville for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with them!!

Recently hosted my nephews party at Cheerville. They provided nerf guns and plenty of ammo. Great time for both boys and girls. Even the adults had fun! Staff is super helpful as well. Great way to host a lot of kids for an affordable price! Thanks Cheerville!
