Awesome place to have my granddaughters birthday party. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend.

Terribly unorganized and super unprofessional. Weve had so-so experiences with Airborne before, but booked a birthday party here anyway because, well, its cheap. I figured it would be good enough for a birthday party, though I would never sign up for classes or send my kids there for anything else.I booked the party well in advance, probably at least 4-6 weeks before the date. Everything seemed fine and we were ready to go -- until 2 days before the party when I called to see if I needed to sign anything or do anything else and they told me they had booked it for someone else because they had called me and I hadnt returned the call (which is not true, I never received a phone call from them at all). So Im left scrambling at the last minute for a birthday party that is happening less than 48 hours from now.I knew that Airborne was junky, unorganized, and unprofessional, but I didnt think they would be so bad as to cancel a birthday party, rebook with someone else, and never even try to get in touch with me.

So un-organized and unprofessional! I can’t believe I paid for that. I have a huge following and will definitely be letting people know what a mess this business is. Don’t waste your money people!!!!!

This place is just ok. Not very nice facilities. The new recreational gym is pretty bad. Went to the Showcase event and it was a disaster. Most unorganized thing Ive ever seen.
