A great spot for kids birthday parties and for a few hours of letting your child get their energy out. Owners and management do an excellent job of keeping everything Clean, stocked and are very professional. The Pizza is really good too for the birthday parties! Highly recommend.. A+

This place was great. My grand daughter wanted to have her birthday party here. I normally dont care for places like this but this place was cool. These children had a blast. There were games to play an jumping areas an a desperate area for partys. It was very well organized. It didnt have all that loud dang music. You could hear the conversation you were having with someone. We booked a party an the staff took care of everything. The only outside thing you bring is your cake. It was just so easy an not annoying like some places. Im not sure about prices. I do know all the kids got a super cool pair of socks an thats what they wore the whole time. They even had massage chairs for adults. WHAT? Yep they did. You had to pay for it but who cares. OMG the pizza was delicious. They had other food people could buy too. Did ya see the Skittles machine? That was fun. Yes I bought some an they were fresh an really good. This is a very good place for a party or just some fun.

Would probably have deserved a 5 if we hadn’t tried it during the pandemic. Good service and a few different activities to choose from. Could definitely use more space to expand.

My 8 yo loves this place so much and I do as well. Nice, clean and fun experience. Literally watched court monitors sanitizing as we were there to insure cleanliness. Not only is it a safe environment but its loads of fun and wears my boy out. Definitely money well spent. Love coming here as the staff are always so friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend to bring your little ones here to burn off some extra energy! Will be back

We spent our Birthday Sunday at All Air Extreme and could not have had a better time! We love the friendly teens that watch the kids jump, its clean and roomy, and the pizza is super good. Our entire family aged 5 months to 86 years old enjoyed 2 full hours of nice family fun! Glad you guys are here.... youre the best! DaR & family

Hands down the BEST AND EASIEST birthday party I have ever hosted! The staff (Megan specifically), were so helpful and accommodating. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes before the party, which I was worried would not be enough time, but it was perfect. Our party hostess (Megan) took our cake, all of the decorations, and presents. From there, we were free to play and enjoy the party with our guests, while our hostess set up and decorated our party room! Our hostess even assisted with cutting and handing out cake. As soon as the party was over, they also did all clean up. Best experience ever!

What a fun time was had by the kids! And the adults did okay too. :-) this is a fairly new place in Hendersonville and while there were lots of people there, it didnt seem too crowded because it is a really huge Airpark. There were many stations to go to, and you could simply move from one to the next. Theyre even areas reserved just for the smaller kids so they wouldnt get hurt by the big kids. The staff was friendly, there lots of games and food options besides just jumping on the trampolines. We will definitely be back.

Pretty pricey if you dont have socks, but once you purchase them, theyre yours to keep. Pretty cheap and not crowded during weekday.

I love all of the workers. They were active with my kids and were so respectful. 10/10 anytime. The prices of jumping is respectable and the food is amazing. The pizza is the best.

We took my daughter here yesterday and we all loved it! I jumped with her and had just as much fun. The place was very clean there was so much to do. My daughter did get sick from getting too hot and ended up throwing up in middle of the area when you first walk in. The people were super cool and helpful about it and the guy who had to clean it up was very nice about the whole thing. We are definitely going back soon!:)

This place is one of a kind. Employees played with my kids in the dodgeball courts and made sure they were safe on all the other courts. This is a wonderful place to let your kids play and be safe while playing because of the attentive workers and willingness to help the kids have fun

My 6 year old loves this place. Great place to burn off some energy. Very clean and well staffed. On a slow night, staffers all joined my son so he would have someone to play dodgeball with.

And my kids went there today the day before Thanksgiving 2019. We spent $100 on two hours worth of jumping food for all of us and drinks plus a game card. The girl when we went to redeem our tickets had an attitude because she just didnt want to deal with it and wanted to get out of there so we had to put up with that and we had 30 minutes left of jumping time and she just turned the automatic machine where it was like the place where you could jump over things she turned it off my child wanted to jump so she lied to him and told him that it wasnt working anymore because she refused to walk 30 feet to turn it back on. So we ended up leaving early out of our jump time after spending actually $125 but taxes were included and I will never go back. If youre going to run a business that is family owned make sure that theyre not lazy and have a repulsive attitude. I do not recommend this place please drive further and go somewhere that is going to get the bang for your buck!

This business is a great addition to our community! We had my sons birthday party here and it was a huge success. The staff was very helpful and professional. They took care of all the set up for the cake and drink portion of the party so I didnt have to worry about it and could tend to the other things the kids might need. Everyone had a great time jumping in all the different parts of the park! We have been back a couple times sense the party just to jump and have experienced the same high quality of professionalism from the staff as we did at the birthday party! I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you havent yet!

The party rooms were all booked so I asked if we could bring a cake and they said ofcourse. The day of the party the manager said NO...I told the manager that I was paying for 10 kids to jump and pizza and drinks could they please just bend the rules since I would be spending close to 300 dollars the answer remained NO. This is why buisnesss in hendersonville dont last long. You have to take care of ur good customers. By the way the pizza was over priced and horrible. The drinks were flat the bathrooms filthy no paper towels . Do yourself a favor dont go!!!!!!

This place was fun. My child enjoyed it which is what matters. The only few complaints that I have are: the bathroom are not clearly marked. There is nothing that says Restrooms...just a door that says Boys/Girls. The sign in waiver center is all electronic. You sign in on a tablet. Sometimes those tablets get stuck and you cant exit out of the system to start fresh. There should be someone there that helps out if the technology gliches. I ordered a personal pizza and they never called my name over the intercom. I finally went up there and the pizza was sitting there the whole time. The guy just threw it down at me. No reason on why my name was never called or an enjoy....nothing at all. He didnt serve me with smile. It looked like it was one of the owners too, which wasnt a good first impression. The intercom speaker is hard to hear....when they call wristbands that have reached the end of their hour...you cant make out what they are saying. Its all mumbled. They need to either not speak so close to the intercom or get a different type of service. For the food, I would recommend a vibrator light up device like you get a restaurants when your food is ready. That place is loud and hectic inside as is, that you cant hear anything. These are my suggestions. Id be curious to see if anyone reaches out from the company about my feedback. Update.... They did respond and thank you so much...that means a lot.

We had my daughters birthday party here yesterday, and it was so perfect! The staff handled everything, including even filling our balloons with helium and cutting the cake. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and most importantly, the kids had a blast. Highly recommend this place as a birthday party venue!

We love this place! We came 3 days in one week because I would much rather have my kids being active when school is out or cancelled instead of sitting on a couch. My kids played the whole time we were there. There is so much to do. Great prices! Also they have only been open to the public for 7 days so I don’t understand how some of these reviews 2 and 3 weeks ago could be accurate. They only held a few private Birthday parties during the month of January.

Awesome place to wear the kids down before they go to bed plus they have good specials for each day of the week and the owner is the coolest dude .

Pretty good first experience. (Seems like the place opened)I never realized how empty the old Kroger was, glad that space can be used. I hope yall could purchase out the rest of the old store in the future to expand.The socks provided are cool but my recommendation is to allow people to use their own socks.

Fun high action place for adults and kids. A bit too pricey though. They have people watching to make sure everyone is safe however someone broke the rule and bounced straight across the trampoline and hurt my son. The people watching werent even paying attention. They were too busy talking to each other. Other than that theres a lot of fun to be had!

My daughter and her friends have been three times and really had a blast every time. I am so excited not to have to drive to Nashville anymore for a trampoline park. The prices are reasonable considering that price includes everything. I also love the fact that it is a local family owned business. I hope our community will support it!

Super fun place!!! Weve been to Jumpsteet recently for my sons birthday party which it was fun also. All Air has different layouts and a few other obstacle courses with swings, a balance beam. Huge arcade area with lots of games, very nice ticket booth for kids to turn in for prizes!!! Staff was very friendly. Their gripper socks they sell are super cute as well.

Being an employee here must be baller cause all you have to do is sit around on your phone im tryna be one

My kids absolutely had a blast here! (Ages 3 & 6) I do wish they had more things for my 3 year old to enjoy but she was content just jumping on the trampoline for the most part. Would love to see them add a ball pit and an obstacle course for smaller kids. Signing the waiver when you came in on the ipads was easy and quick. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Concessions were great. The intercom for concessions could be better. The bathroom did need more attention and that is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. (We went on a saturday afternoon)

Place is great! Some of you with 1 stars must have never been to a trampoline park before. They have the lowest prices around for trampoline parks all others start at 15 just for weekdays, And a lot more for weekends. It’s same price no matter what day it is here. Also there isn’t one trampoline park in the area that doesn’t make you wear their socks. They won’t let you wear another companies. So that is the norm as well. Except Jumpstreet but who would want to jump without people wearing socks that’s disgusting! This place is amazing and tons of fun!

Booked a party. Kids had a great time! The hostess we got was awful, she didnt pour drinks, couldnt cut the cake, never talked or smiled and didnt hand out pizza or anything. The were out of socks so it was use your own or barefooted. Our pitchers of Sierra mist was carbonated water and the replacement was as well so then asked for different flavor and was brought 1 pitcher of fruit punch to replace 3 bad Sierra mist. The kids loved the trampolines but it is impossible to hear intercoms. I never found a water fountain and didnt know there was water for very hot,thirsty kids till reading another review. I was very disappointed about no socks then to find out one of my guests did receive grip socks. I dont know what was wrong with our hostess and I am a very easy and understanding person to get along with. When I say she never smiled, not one time did she crack a grin or really anything. I kinda felt bad for her we only have 30min. Of party room time and I swear it took her 15min. to attempt to cut the cake then one of my guest took over to get the kids cake cut. Never plated one piece of pizza or poured a single drink. I paid alot of money to book this party and expected quite a bit more from my hostess. My guest became my helpers. It could have been great if I would have been lucky enough to get a descent hostess.

My kids had a great time bouncing around. There is a decent variety of play spaces but the attendants are extremely disengaged and not paying attention to the kids.

Kids had fun. Theyll have fun anywhere though. My complaint is the socks. We have jump socks, that are actually higher quality from an already established jump park in TN. We were not allowed to use them bc of an insurance policy I was told. True or not its a deterrent. It wasnt an issue at the other place if we brought our own socks. Just seems like another way to nickel and dime. if it is insurance you would think they would prefer higher quality socks. Anyways its petty but thats how i am. Lost 4 hours of jump $ bc of it and a doubtful return. Also game prices were astronomical.

Overall the kids enjoyed it, but the space was smaller than i expected, given the price. There was ample seating for parents, snacks and drinks for purchase. A small game center, but most of them are ticket win games, which doesnt reward much.

My kids had a blast here! Its nice to have this kind of entertainment so close to home and at a fairly reasonable cost. We will definitely be back.

It was ok!! Not a lot to do a few arcade games and pretty simple trampolines my kids were ready to go after about 30 minutes they ran through the few things to jump on. You will only need an hour at the most! We want come back there’s better indoor trampoline places to enjoy. Also, I’ll have to agree with one of the other reviewers this responding to people’s review on there personal experience is not professional at all quite annoying and childish.

We were so excited to jump at the “newly opended” All Air Extreme. Once we were inside where my 4 year old, who was celebrating his birthday, saw all the games, prizes, and cool trampolines, we were told they were not open to the public, only to parties. Perfectly fine, but it would be nice to state that online or better yet the front door. Now we will drive back across town to our normal jump place to save the day!

Dont believe the negative nancys leaving their 1 star reviews and go check this place out for yourself. This place is really cool and something Hendersonville really needs. Sure you have to buy a pair of grip socks but every trampoline park Ive been to requires you to wear their socks and as long as you bring them back, you dont have to buy another pair. Local family owned and contributing to the good of the hood. Seems like we need more of that around here. Go check it out!

Normally I would have written a good review about this place considering I Love hippy hop and it’s the same owners. But I will say I do not think they have it all together there. I get it, it’s a new learning experience, but come on. The prices are high especially compared to other places that are bigger, nicer, and have the same equipment and more. I also have to agree with the sock part on this one. Grip socks are grip socks, no matter where they are from. Whomever is responding to these negative reviews needs to be fired.Business 101: you always respond with respect and are extremely nice to negative reviews, you don’t feed into it or try to defend yourself for any reason. Especially when you have a member of the press and a social media influencer there. Unless you want to put yourself out of business. The way I was spoken to was as if I had already written a bad review, or an article about it for parents magazine. This is hendersonville, not Nashville, or anywhere else, but again anywhere else wouldn’t have people on staff who have no idea what they are doing and would speak down to people in person or online!

We first came here for a birthday party about a month ago and LOVED it so we went back last week with just my kids: ages 3, 5 and 7 and they are hooked!!! Super friendly staff, clean, safe....so glad we have place like this in Hendersonville now!

Went there opening weekend for a birthday party for a friend of my 8 year old son. There were iPads in the vestibule to sign waivers (if you didnt already fill one out online) and the process to sign him in for the birthday was separate from the pay as you enter customers. All convenient. My son got his special jump socks and was off! There is one ramp to enter and exit so if you want to let them go in and play as they like, you may sit in the main area and have full view of the ramp. There were games that you can earn tickets and a full ticket redemption counter. There was a water station where kids can get a quick drink of water too. If they could have the staff wear brighter shirts to tell them apart from the patrons, that would be helpful along with a separate line to buy snacks/drinks so you dont have to wait in the pay to jump line. My son had a blast with his friends. The jousting beam was his favorite and the wipe out arm that goes around was a huge hit too! Over all great experience, totally will be back. Glad to finally have one here in Hendersonville.

Great place to go on the weekends and free water

We booked a birthday party for my twin 8yrs old boys,the cost was 310.00 $ for 2 hours, they allowed us to bring in a cake but refused to let ice cream through the door bc someone may get sick however offered to sell us their ice cream...so I felt lied to about the reason...its all about how much money they can stick in their pockets...my family and I will never be back ..my advice is to have your birthday party at home much cheaper and you make the rules

The one in Rivergate is far more child friendly. Way too many kids that are far too old to be at a trampoline park. It would be nice to have a smaller child area.

Went for a birthday party, bought wings and a funnel cake, the wings were not done and the funnel cake was over cooked in the microwave.

The space was small and cramped. The design was more accommodating for small children than tweens and teens or adults for that matter. Staff half listened.

Awesome experience!!! Our family frequents trampoline parks ... our three boys have said over and over again that this is by far their favorite and they have only been once!!! Love that the little ones aren’t confined to a small section as my 6 year old is extremely active and hates that he is not able to play with his friends/siblings at Jumpstreet. We had been going to Sky Jump in clarksville, one in Nashville, and Jumpstreet but we will def be sticking to this one from now on!! Thank you to whoever for all the hard work in making another great place to go in Hendersonville!

I wanted to order some food from the concession stand but I noticed the girl who was preparing my food didnt wash her hands and put on gloves. This is my last time coming....

Prices for food were overpriced and the park is really small for the price it is only a fourth the size of kroger!

My girls had a good time and I thoroughly enjoyed watching all the kids get crushed by the meltdown. Price seemed fair and it wasnt too crowded on a Sunday.

This place could have potential if they work with the owner in Pigeon Forge TN. They had a bigger place and an area specific for smaller kids they also have climbing rock walls and more to do for what we paid at this one its not as much as the one there. Ill keep my Hopes alive that they extend this one and make it like Pigeon Forge...
