My kids had a blast. Fun place. The staff was SO KIND with my son who has autism. I really appreciate that.

Andrew was so friendly and attentive to our needs with the arcade. We had some issues with some of the machines and he made things right for us and treated my husband and I with the most respect. We will be back at this hotel because of his good service and our kids had a total blast in the arcade!

Jonathan, Andrew, and Kim gave great service. They we’re so helpful with cards and the games plus their really cool people. Also the layout of the place, was really clean and awesome!!! I would totally come here again and suggest this to my friends. The second time I went was on Jan 23rd, I was helped by Nathan, he was so helpful in regards to refillIng my cyber quest card and points. All the workers there always give us great service so I love to come back to this arcade.

Cyber Quest arcade has to be one of my favorite arcades that I have ever been to. The employees are very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and make this arcade feel like a great place for everyone of all ages. With a great variety in games and prizes, there are so much positives I can say about this place. 10 out of 10, I highly Recommend!

Cyber Quest is without a doubt the best Arcade in Vegas. I go to arcades all over town, Im a regular at Dave & Busters, Gameworks, Namco, etc. Ive only recently discovered Cyber Quest, but Im so blown away by my experiences.What makes this arcade so awesome is the prizes they offer. Other arcades have decent prizes, but youre always limited by whatever they offer at the time. Cyber Quest is the ONLY arcade that will actually order you any prize you can think of. Seriously NO OTHER ARCADE does this. Everything from a new TV to a McDonalds gift card, these guys can get you any prize you want! I just won myself an Xbox One X that they ordered for me!The prizes are also super reasonably priced too! A Nintendo Switch at Dave & Busters costs 100,000 tickets. At Cyber Quest its 45,000 tickets! And its not like they cut corners on the games either. If you stop by the arcade a few times a month, before you know it youll have enough for some really cool prizes. You dont even need to save up a ridiculous amount of tickets to get a prize you want like in other arcades, even if you manage to get just a few thousand tickets you can always order in a smaller prize too!The employees are also all super nice. I see Nathan and Andrew in here all the time, and theyre always super friendly and helpful. They explained to me all the stuff that Cyber Quest does that other arcades havent even thought of. They have a daily game challenge that lets you win prizes even on non-redemption games, weekend tournaments, upgraded player cards you earn when you play a bunch of games, and other fun events. Cyber Quest does alot to make it more then just a casino arcade you dump the kids off at, there are alot of incentives to come back every week and see whats new!Cyber Quest has only been on my radar for a little while, but its quickly becoming my favorite arcade. Great Prizes, Great Games, Great People. If youre thinking of coming down here to try it out, I highly recommend it. Make Cyber Quest a weekly night out with the family and take advantage of all the new challenges and events theyre constantly coming out with!

Absolutely phenomenal service! I have never tipped an arcade worker but I couldnt help but give money to Nathan (assistant manager) because he was so helpful and a delightful human being. He was so patient with my kids!

After I got out from the movies I decided to go into Cyber Quest to play a few games. I notice that one staff member there was a bit to quiet and could barely hear her due to the loud noises of the arcade making me repeat myself and things became confusing but I can hear the other staff member that works their just fine. However, this energetic young man named Nathan who was very straightforward, very polite, loud and has amazing customer service, was able to save my experience from being an odd one to a “I’ll be back to enjoy a few more games of Air Hockey!” one.

Was fun to bring my nephew here. Fun games, great prizes and very friendly staff. Kudos to Jonathan for providing such a great service!!!

Nathan went above and beyond to help me and my group tonight. The bowling alley arcade are our money so we headed over to cyber quest and Nathan not only refunded us but helped through the arcade. Will definitely come back

Im extremely impressed. Specifically with an employee named Piper. She went above & beyond to make sure my son and his friend were more than happy! When it came to spending their tickets, the boys were 100 short. Piper then suggested that if Id be willing to submit my email address it would earn them that last 100. My son just lit up. Which means the world to me. His happiness is my hapiness. Id recommend this arcade to anyone! Piper is definitely not your typical arcade attendant. 10/10

Great fun gaming here also had great recommendations from a worker named piper she had such a great smile made me and my nephew feel welcomed she’s was so great with him I don’t even get this kind of great treatment at game works I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
