The place was clean the employees were kind. The food was good. The only thing that bugs me is that Chuck-E-Cheese came out for half a second. Okay, maybe a little longer than that, but you know what, I mean to play with a couple kids but didnt walk around play area. To see the other kids I just thought that was kind of strange. Thats what Chucky is supposed to do. Right?

Went there early they opened the doors for the day so I was their first customer for the day...I ordered a simple medium supreme pizza and the lady taking the order said oh this should only take about 10 minutes I said okay cool thanks I was waiting for that pizza for almost 35 minutes. There was nobody there I was their first and only customer. I just thought that was ridiculous.

My kids love this place we had a good time!! This is a good place to have fun with the kids

Pizza was good, kids played for 3 hours but prizes are cheaper at Walmart.

Went post COVID shut down. Not quite the same. Its tough when theres so many measures in place to keep us safe, but at the same time trying to be, free? Bless the C. E. C. staff tho, they tried their best to convey fun, behind the masks..

My Kids Enjoyed It Was Very SAFE Followed Covid Guidelines Just Had To Buy Toys because you dont get much with the tickets you WIN.

The manager and staff are awesome! The pizza has also had a crust upgrade and it is really good.

Half The Games Didnt Work Smh The Best Ones but The service Was GREAT

Just left, waited for ten minutes for a cashier to come to the register so I could order dinner. Host called three times but nobody showed up to help us.

Even with covid was an amazing experience missed the playground but she still loved every moment

The pizza was good for the price. The package deal 1 large pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 minutes of play for $38. Chucky dud stay out long enough to take your photo with him.

Went around 2:30pm during the week. The place was not crowded and it took 45 minutes for our food to come, and when we received it the pizza was warm and our order of wings were wrong. I informed the manager and he offered to bring us the wings we ordered and when we received those, they were warm too. All the tables and booth seats were dirty so I had to clean where my family and I were sitting. The soda fountain was not clean. Like any other restaurant it should be cleaned often.

As far as entertainment for children... All seemed well. I will however have to say... I ordered cheese sticks and wow... How could they deliver such a disaster...? Not even cooked... And almost green in color.... Only order salad bar.. Or pizza....

My first time here. The kids had a good time, but it was very crowded...games were running out of tickets. Not a great place if you want the kids to do lots of physical activity - mostly arcade games, but like I said the kids had a good time, so well be returning. Will amend my review if Im blown away on future visits.

Havent been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid, went for an adult friends birthday and had a blast. Food was good. Was great fun when the mouse came out and danced with the birthday adult.

First time going there it was the worst, tables were dirty took long to get them clean. The machines were broken down, i order food and i never got it had to ask for my money back. I would definitely not recommend this places

Kids enjoyed themselves... There was a lot of people and most of the kids working looked lost and overwhelmed. However the Manager I believe his name was Ronnie was everywhere saving the day... the night shift crew did an excellent job where Ronnie left off!! Small not many games but I would go back!

Everything was clean, staff was helpful. The beer machine was down, but we had a good time. I miss the coins that you put in games.

Management is quick to repair broken games. The pizza here is by far the most delicious Ive had at a chain restaurant. The birthday parties are great with my only issue being that I cannot pause the game cards when the meal is ready to eat.

Total chaos on a Saturday, but what else would you expect. My kids had a blast, thats all that matters!

Great place to do a fundraiser for your school woohoo Chuck-E-Cheese the salad bar was out-of-this-world phenomenal. You can stop being and tried out the games that are really cool too

A little on the pricey side, but kids had a great time. Pizza and salad bar was good. Employees very friendly and helpful.

My family and I visited this location last week for some good quality time. Prior to checking in I visited their website and Groupon to see if they had any deals or specials for game play, food or drinks but they did not. I spent $65 dollars for a large 1 topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 2 game cards. During our time here most of the games were broken and did not work along with none of the photos rides or photos booth. My kids were disappointed. I definitely would not recommend this location. So please dont waste your time or hard earned money here.

Manager spent over twenty minutes selling a birthday package and ignoring everyone else. No other employees came to assist and I watched as three full pizzas sat out at the buffet uneaten. Free fun for everyone, cause theres none at the counter to sell anything.

Had a good time with my kids here just wish they had some better combo deals like Shakeys Pizza in California

My daughter always has fun here playing games. Food has gotten better since I remember going as a kid. We waited 45 mins for one pizza our last time there, and it wasnt busy at all. People who ordered 20 mins after us got their food before we did. Not sure if they forgot our order, or had to remake it, but something wasnt right. Would have been nice of them to acknowledge it while we sat there waiting for so long.

I grew up on Chuck E cheese and toys r us. It would be too sad if Chuck E cheese closed. What a great place to take your little ones. So much to do and see. Rides for the smallest to the bigger tykes. Super place to celebrate their birthday. Pizza isnt the best and prices are too high but if you can find a coupon it will help with the cost of the tokens that they need to ride and play. Everything is inside in a controlled environment. Security is good. They have a system with bracelets that seems to work to ke4p them safe.

The play as much as you can is awesome! Ticket counting at the end is so much fun!! Only issue is that the ticket cost for prizes has gone up to compensate for the new program.Other than that, it is still so much fun for the kids and us parents! I love playing the games too!!

Very clean establishment, nice staff, and didnt have to worry about my kids dissappearing because everything is in view... great layout. Not a huge fan of the food prices though... would be great to see lower pricing.

My son had the best birthday celebration today with the help of Amy, she always made sure we were okay. I recommend to have Amy as their party coordinator, she’s the best!

Tons of fun for the whole family. We attended a birthday party and it was well coordinated.

Pizza good. Games good. Very exciting for the kids to get tickets. We got one hour unlimited use cards for the kids. They had the most fun! Priceless fun with the family. Definitely will come back in the future.

The management here was fantastic. My daughter tried to crash a party someone else was having, shes three, and it was so cute. The manager was so sweet and gave her a balloon and led her away. Super great staff!

Extremely disappointed in my visit. I went there with my 2 daughters and while i was tending to my youngest child someone stole my oldest (4 years old) card out of her hand. When I went to place her on the ride and asked her where was her card she informed that some kid took it. Instead of confronting the kid because I was very upset I went to the counter and waited a little over 10 minutes until a worker, Shelley, came to assist me. I told them the situation and asked them to transfer the points from her card to a new one and provided them with receipt. By the time they checked the card the person who stole the card out of my daughters hand had used all the points up, around 34 points. I’m assuming just paying one game continuously to collect tickets. I always purchase the points because we NEVER finish using them in one day and the card doesn’t expire unlike the minute play. When talking to the manager Paulette she seemed not bothered by the situation and informed that there was nothing she could do. Which is upsetting because if i was attended by a worker sooner it would not have given time for that person who stole the card to use up the points. I paid money to go there and have a good time with my kids and to see my daughter get bullied and these people act like it was just another day at Chuck E. Cheese doesn’t sit well me at all. My daughter was on the verge of tears which hurts my heart. I went to the staff to avoid any confrontation with parents/kids. I want to know in these situations how does Chuck E. Cheese expect the parent of the child being bullied to react? How often does this happen?

We had our sons 4th birthday party here. Amina did an AMAZING JOB. She was super nice and attentive. The kids loved playing and had a great time. Best way to spend a kids birthday!

Everything worked great but the place was filthy. The bathrooms were super gross and we caught a really horrible flu.

I love Chuck E Cheese! I wish the food had a better selection. We go for the games and dinning elsewhere

We havent been to Chuckies in a very long time, I enjoyed taking our grandson there. We had a fabulous time at a decent price. Yes we will be going again.

Wasnt that bad of an experience. Kids are playing and having fun to be expected it was loud. Food was good. Some staff was nice and others were whatever. Some rides/games did not work. They ran out of certain foods. But overall my child had fun so it wasnt so bad.

I only go to Chuck E Cheese on Sensory Sunday as my kids are on the spectrum, so i cant speak for how they are during peak hours. But during this particular time staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. One guy, he might be the supervisor, is always there and is the nicest person to all the guests. Always smiling and happy to help in any way. Great experience.

Very clean. Didnt smell funky like other locations Ive been to. We dont usually eat there due to bad experiences. We went for a Birthday party and surprisingly The food was very delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

This place has really stepped up their game!! The salad bar and other adult menu items are awesome. The minutes/token option is awesome as well. I can take two children to play on one 30min card plus myself. You have the option to pause your play card when the kids are eating so that your time does not run out,however whatever time you purchase for the day still expires at the end of the night. Tokens do not expire.

The food is good and it is a family friendly environment.

Child rat casino has very poor hygiene and the robo rat has the ability to give children nightmares. Also, its impossible to earn enough tickets to earn a top shelf toy for the kids in one outing. Wouldnt surprise me if theyve been up there for years. CDC needs a 50 ft quarantine around every child rat casino in America, only allowed entrance if wearing a hazmat suit, or under the age of 10.

Fun other than the fact they charge 8.99 for a personal pan pizza, 14.99 for a medium and 23.99 for a large pizza toppings are 99. Cents per topping, and the salad bar was very average but edible. Overall the atmosphere was great. Game prices are fair, one thing is you will be there at least 2-3 hours to try to win enough tickets to buy gifts from the toy shop. 60 tickets for 1 fun size air head candy. 15 tickets for a mini 1 bite lollipop. Games put out on average 4-8 tickets per card swipe.

I love this Chuck E. Cheese for the environment and staff. The only issue is I paid over $3 for what would amount to a small fry any place else. So disappointed with the small serving for that price. Overall a GREAT Place for the little ones to have fun. Staff is VERY pleasant and totally customer based.

This location is great for kids and it stays mostly clean. The food is decent but a bit overpriced. If you have young ones that like to hop around I would recommend getting the play pass for 45 minutes. They can hop from machine to machine without worrying about credits being used.

Food was great. Friday night super busy. The all you can play pass was definitely worth it.

The kids love it here. Its expensive. The staff seems to be teenagers so there not helpful or friendly. The pizza is okay. Its so expensive for the quality. I wish I could get the kids to eat before we go, but they want the entire expensive, mediocre food experience.

Grandsons Birthday party went off without a hitch!! Well organized and safe as long as the parents that are there can control their alcohol consumption!! Lose the alcohol and it would actually be a great place for OUR CHILDREN!!!

Although it was clean. Our table smelled like rotten onions. Seems like the staff likes to play hide and seek. The person who is the cashier also handles the redemption of tickets. Took forever to get the kids stuff. The pause card didnt work. So not only did I OVERPAY for frozen pizza I paid $18.00 to eat it!!!!!

Its a below average kids place. I went for a birthday and some of the games didnt work well or at all. Its also way too crammed in the game area. If you bring a stroller beware of trying to navigate it anywhere in there. Pizza was average too, I have had worse but it wasnt spectacular.

Its clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Downside, a lot of games/machines do not work.

Friendly staff, went for a birthday party. A little unorganized but over all we had fun.

The service was good. Pizza was really good. The only thing is that its not that great for kids under 4. I came with my 2.5yr old and she only went on 3 rides. The one where you sit in a car and it moves. All other games and activities were for older kids. Wish they had more things for 4 and under kids like mini playground or games.

The young man who was at the door was very helpful in opening the doors for the handy cap.It was about 4 to 6 PM then I found out it was his first day . He was very helpful and polite, and the staff was helpful all so, thank you.

Okay one you have to stand in line for at least 5 minutes to ask for a plate. the lady who checks us out treated us like we were inmates in jail I would never go back to that place again
