Very clean park. No hobos or crack pipes anywhere. Lots of different family activities like volleyball, baseball, horseshoe pits, a bridge, handball, tennis courts. Really a great place to make out.~A

Great, large park with LOTS of open space, walking paths and plenty of mature trees. Shade is plentiful and multiple gazebo areas close to the kids playground area for group gatherings are a nice addition.

Cute park.Did not use the bathrooms so cant comment on them.Dog parks were great. Small dog area and large dog area. Nice green open layout for dogs to run. A few agility pieces. Working water fountain low on the ground for dogs. Doggie bags available and lots of trash cans.Lots of benches and picnic tables available under covered spots.Huge open area full of grass to run, play, fly kites, have a picnic, etc.Sidewalk throughout the whole park so you can get a good walk, etc. in. Kids liked the little bridge and how the park wasnt flat/level so you can get good speed going on a scooter/razor.Enough lights along the sidewalk.Wish there was lights on at the 2 playground areas for kids playing after dusk. Probably only reason I did not give this park 5 stars. Plus knocked a star for lack of sun coverage over playground...though we did go at night so dont know how much the trees provide shadeWill go back again if the kids request it

About half the park, or more is under construction without access right now. The area we were in was very nice. Nice play structure, covered areas for the tables, handy grills, lots of grass to run around on.

An older park set back off road. This is smaller then some of the newer places in Henderson. Still a beautifully shaped park. Theres mature trees so LOTS of shade. Take in a little league game. There are also BBQs. Fun park great for walks, picnics and relaxation.

Good place to stop with your dog, and mcdonalds just down the road.We use this as a rest stop good, fuel and dog walk...then on to phoenix.

I am very happy that I found a very nice park in this zone of my work and travel plans. Dry area like this definitely need more green to create more of good air. Go green... thats for sure!

OCallaghan Park is the perfect place for everything: walking your dog(s) - spacious areas, two dog parks, and dog water fountains, having a BBQ or birthday - many recreational areas, two playgrounds for children, and grills, want to play sports - a baseball field, a basketball court, a tennis court, a wall l-ball court, and a giant grass field centerpiece for soccer. The park is *relatively* clean, has convenient accommodations such as motion-activated light poles and filtered water fountains. Its an overall great park but could use a bit of work. The trashcans smell horrible, bits of litter occasionally show up on the sidewalk, and initiative to fix problems like these take quite a lot of time. For example, it took the park six months to fix a flooded water fountain.

Its very nice. Currently, the big side of the park is closed for maintenance. The entrance at Horizon is still open. 11/21/19.

Growing up Ive come to this park for so many family birthdays. Its so big multiple families can have great table locations and not fuss over what the party is at!Great equipment and lush grass fields for pets and sports. Volleyball pit and multiple places. Plenty of parking.

Grew up going to this park. Its big with lots of different areas for different activities. It has a dog park, wall ball court, basketball court, volleyball court... etc.

The park is STILL mostly closed with whatever work they are doing there. It has been at least 6 months.

My daughter loved this park and its right down the street from us. There was dog poop that no one picked up in the volleyball courts...

Its great, its a large park that has lots of space to roam. It has swing sets for kids, two play ground things for kids to play on, sand volleyball courts, picnic tables, shade, and nice sidewalks. I recommend going.

Grew up down the road2 large playgrounds, tons of grass space and shade cover. Great place for morning jogs.

Beautiful park to take kids and dogs too. Love the new dog park addition and I have always loved how green and grassy the park is. Very quiet, fun park to go. Also includes basketball and volleyball courts along with a softball/kickball stadium and 2 playgrounds. Great place.

Beautiful park ...but the dog park i would advise against (big dog) they have owners that dont know how to raise nice dogs...dont go in the dog park theres a black aggressive dog that was kind of furry and had a chain around its neck that when pulled to get away from my dog it came off of him, very bad experience.

Has a great walking loop. Has a wall ball wall and has great and well cared for tennis courts.

Its not usually crowded when I go to meet up with the family to play sports. Plus they have a valley ball court. Cant beat that.

The baseball field is a little rough. The base paths roll up and down, and there is a huge berm wherever dirt meets grass. Great place for kids to hit home runs though.

Loved the size and the way the areas were set up and spread out so people werent all bunched together. The kids had plenty of room to run and play no matter what area they went to play in. Also they had plenty of covered areas with picnic tables and bbq grills. The trees and grass were absolutely gorgeous well maintained by ground keepers.

Very nice park for kids and dogs! For the dog park they have obstacles and fire hydrants for the dogs, and for the kids they have two playgrounds, baseball, and tennis courts, and public bathrooms, and plenty of grass!

This longtime favorite of Henderson residents both mature trees, tennis courts, baseball field, basketball courts, and sand volleyball. There are two play areas for kiddos and the park is very dog friendly. Theres a brand new agility course for your pooches. Make a note that its not very well lit at night and many of the long time visitors to the park to bring their dogs off-leash in the evening and in the mornings.

Nice little neighborhood park where you can go for a walk or have a family gathering or picnic or play tennis if you like. Plenty of room to play frisbee or catch or play touch football or kick a ball around. Enjoy these cool winter and spring days. Get out and soak up some sunshine.

This park is always a blast! There is so much to do here for fun for all ages. There are two play places and two covered eating/picnic areas. The volley ball pit is great fun to play in the sand for the kids or to play a real game of volleyball. There is a trail all the way around the park for good walking/jogging excersize. And tons of hills covered in beautiful green grass to roll down with your family and watch the kids go crazy! We always have a great time here and meet lots of other parents with their little ones that are a lot of fun to play with.

I live right next to this park, so I guess Im kind of biased. As of today, the dog park is finished, but not yet open. Theyre waiting for the turf to take. There are nice tennis courts, sand volleyball, and a couple of different play areas for kids. Huge open grass area. Great for walks.

We were heading home to Reno and wanted to stop and stretch our legs and walk our dog Nugget. This is a very nice park and we will stop here again whenever we drive through town.

This park is perfect size. Plenty of room for little league games, birthday parties, and dogs playing. I grew up at this park so I may be a little biased, but when it comes to upkeep and maintenance, this park comes through. Ive played base ball, wall ball, tennis as a kid. As a teen it was a place to escape and listen to music. I also enjoy a little outside fun with friends at the 420 tables. Most of all its a personal playground for me and my puppy Randi.

Beautiful Huge lush green grass Trees every where so many different things to do, Beautiful Lush Green Grass, big beautiful trees to sit under with the shade, 2 section dog park with obstacle course in both, 1 for small dogs and 1 for bigger dogs, poop bags through out the park so you can always pick up after your animal. With a drinking fountain outside the dog park so after playing get that drink they need.1 thing about the dog park is no shade for the people or dogs inside the gates.Sidewalks to walk or jog on.You will love this park.Even a baseball park I believe.Enjoy.
