I love it here because its private and you can take three different trails... Very beautiful
I believe it is one of the nicer parks in Henderson lots of beautiful shade trees and it is just kept nice it has a little bit for all ages basket ball tennis picnic area play area and just all around a peaceful park
I love how close it is to the Lake and how theres multiple bike trails all over the place. Its a nice little park.
Nice park, quiet. No playground equipment
Cute little park, awesome views of Lake Mead.In fact best just to view the lake from up here, it just gets disgusting the closer you get.
Its nice clean park in a safe area. The walking is easy. It is basically a sidewalk but you can get off and walk a little and that walk is easy. The staff there are helpful and friendly. Nice walk for small children. There is some confusion on if you can walk your dog on a leash there. The correct answer is not at the wildlife persevere buy stop in that the information center and they will provide you with a map of places you can walk your dog.
Amazing!!!. If you want to be outside of the city and walk the trails or enjoy a bike ride, this is the place to go. Grassy landscapes to relax and get a yoga move or two in. Mountian views are beautiful. Very quite and laid back. Well kept and a great spot for the kids to hop around on.
This is a small park that is right on the highway. The speed limit through here is 55 so, the vehicles are traveling by very fast. Most of them lake bound or returning. The facility does have great bathrooms, real nice grass and a few picnic benches. Also, its nice to know where there is a potty available.
Free parking. Playground with giant lizard sculptures. Very safe neighborhood. Connects to a large paved walking trail.
The bike loop trail was great, but challenging. I rode counterclockwise, but most cyclists were riding clockwise. Loved the segment next to the lake best.
It’s hot and underneath buzzing power lines - very surreal “park” but it does work for a quick stop walk around and bathroom break
Mountain Lake Park is a nice, small park that is a gateway to many trails. Bike and walking/ running trails that lead to Lake Mead and the Boulder City loop, Lake Las Vegas and the Wetlands park and Sunrise Mountain trail. Henderson has done a fantastic job with their parks and trail system!
Its another spot to give you access to the entire river loop trail. Its a small park. Has a dog park. I use it to gain another trailhead to the trail. Very safe. Real nice area
A very cool Park to go to at least once.
This is a cool little park! The enormous stone sculptures make it interesting. I like that there are very clean rest rooms so I dont have to leave to go. The paths around and thru the park allows for a short walk on a firm surface walking with a small child or dog.
The best, its fun and beautiful. Cant wait until it gets warmer
Beautiful park really enjoyed the soft buzzing of the power lines

Nice park & trail for walking()
It was an amazing view.⛼
Its more like a trailhead than a park although it has picnic tables and restrooms. Also there is no lake, no pond, or no stream. The park name is totally misleading.
Nice clean park
This park near the Calico Ridge has a fenced dog area, some climbing areas for children, and a bocce ball court, along with easy parking and restrooms. However its greatest value to me is that it is a trail head park with beautiful paved and lit trails leading out into the desert toward multiple destinations. My favorite for walking leads to the Wetlands and Lake Las Vegas. Bikers often choose the more challenging trails (with steeper elevation changes) that go to Lake Mead or Boulder City. Ive seen roadrunners, a tarantula (minding his own business), lots of flowers, plants, and lizards. Coyotes are in the area, as are desert turtles (dont bother them). Its normal to meet an occasional biker or walker as you go who will wave or say a brief greeting. Its interesting exercise for an older person like me, but also for more serious athletes.
Good for a relaxing moment while traveling
I loved this park
Nothing for kids to do here....good if you just want a walk I guess. Other than that pretty boring and also no grass.
Great neighborhood park with:*Horse park with gates and tie off post*Grass / Dog area enclosed*Soft playground*BBQ, Shade, Rest Rooms & Water*Covered picnic area*Bocce ball court
Nice little park with a couple of picnic tables and restrooms
No ACTUAL playground.
Scenic park with a nice picnic area, play area for the kids, and a bocce court.
Nice park to take the kids.
Great for a nice walk
Beautiful view of Vegas skyline.
Not a bad place to see Lake Las Vegas Fireworks
