Had a quick after work lunch. Beer selection was good and the angry burger was great. Bartender was also very helpful

Service was a little slower then Id like but the bartender was awesome. As always PTs have great happy hour specials on drinks and food. The bourbon chicken fingers are excellent and the PTs Stout is great to pair with.

We have been to this location several times. Its has good food and EXCELLENT service. Skyler took care of us last night and we absolutely love him. He has the best attitude and just rocks in general. After the last couple days of heartbreak, he was able to bring a smile to our faces. He is one of our new heroes.

Big venue with fast, friendly service. Outdoor seating with fireplaces and a small arcade. The chicken wings were delicious!

Ive been to this location several times. Normally the staff and service are great, but on my last visit (and it will be the last time I go here), I had Stacy as a bartender. She had a terrible attitude and was very rude specifically to me for no reason. She would ask if I wanted another beer, then not bring it to me, but still charge me for it. I gambled 100 dollars and had only 2 beers. She charged me for 3 beers, and when I asked why my drinks werent covered by the players comp, she said I wasnt betting enough per hand, then comped the guy sitting right next to me that was literally playing the same game with the same bet as me. She made my experience purely unenjoyable and is the entire reason I will not give patronage to this establishment again.

Pretty nice place for locals. Decent size, seating available outside, good food, and pool tables to play on.

Get the ribs! Their bbq sauce is smokey and not sweet or tangy. Just how I like it!

This bar is really nice. They have pool and other games. They have many TVs, tables and booths but the best part was the outside lounge with the fire pits. That definitely makes this stand out. Worth going to with a group of friends. Food was decent. The only thing was the sofas outside need better cushions as got sore being there after a while.

Went in today to grab food before a movie. Ordered a simple breakfast. After waiting for 45 minutes we finally tracked someone down to ask about our food. Thats when we were told the order got lost in the kitchen. Yep, lost. We were then told it could be made if we waited even longer. We had no more time because the movie we already had tickets for was starting. Waste of an hour. Sucks becsuse we live so close. Easy to find other places that will actually serve us. Do not recommend.

I love the food here. The atmosphere is always great. Every time Ive been here in the morning its been amazing.This evening however Ive had a different experience. Everything was great but the service was sub-par. There are two bartenders for a half-full bar and a cocktail waitress with 3-4 tables. Ive spent far more time without a drink than Ive spent with a drink. When I first got here it took ten minutes and I finally flagged one down for my first drink because she was on her phone.I still love this place. Just disappointed today.

As always great happy hour deals! Bar tender was super attentive and shared all the information and specials they run during the Golden Knights games as I’m looking for a perfect place to frequent during the games. I will def be returning on Saturday to see how the atmosphere is during the hockey games!!!!

While it is nice that the happy hour goes to 7 it would be nice if it started at 4.

Went to pats for a co-workers celebration, just 1 server for the whole lot, seemed really unfair and the lady was running around doing her work but was rude.. the place is good, food was good .. good place to have a quality time.. be prepared to wait for a longer time .. for your food !!

Joined some Chicago friends for a Bears game. Great home crowd, they sing Bear Down for scores.Very good service, not inexpensive.

Im not completely sure how this place stays open. For starters, I think that its pretentious and overpriced. The food is terrible and they dont really take care of their players. Gamble your money somewhere else. PTs is the 7-11 of bars with zero personality.

We will go back. Food was very good & priced right. The only negative was that no one greeted us & we sat at our table for a time before the waitress appeared with menus. However she was very nice & what at first was a potential bad experience ended up being good.

Love this place. Some people may complain because it smells like smoke but I dont even notice. Maybe Im use to it. Still my favorite bar in the city.

Good place to come with groups, or (if you are like me) to come and get some wings for lunch. Ha haThere are some games like foosball, pool, Golden Tee, and HotShot basketball to occupy you while you have some drinks if there is nothing else going on too.I definitely recommend the wings at ant PTs. I go with Extra Hot usually, but you can get any of the 15 or so flavors and most are pretty good.

Great brew selections. Adult grilled cheese is great. The VGK shuttle picks up from here so we always eat before the game.

I waited for server to refill my drink after she asked my husband if he wanted another beer. Server ignored me. Never refill my drink. We decided to play some pool. A group was playing next to us. Server asked them multiple times if they needed anything, completely ignoring us. This is on a Friday night place not 2 busy almost empty when we got there. Really bad service. Some of the servers there talking to tables of people they knew ignoring new customers. Bad business.

Im new to this part of town. At 4:30 PM on a Thursday I stopped into PTs Ranch to have a couple beers after work. The place was next to empty so I tried to sit at the bar. I was told the remaining 10+ empty spaces were reserved for players. I also like to order 2 beers so i can quickly finish one then have the other available to drink at my leisure. I was told i can only order one beer. So i took my business elsewhere. I will never attempt to eat or drink at this PTs Ranch again.

Be going there for the menu. But I cant stand that they will pour a 23 oz bear and charge you for 25 oz. Its a great place to get robed. Maybe get some bar staff that can pour a beer. Like.

The pizza was good! Happy Hour was half off pizza and all alcohol (excluding special mixed drinks). The waitress was very friendly and accommodating, if not a little over worked (the place was pretty crowded during happy hour).

Friendly place with fun, attractive, jovial staff. Large food portions so under-order or plan to share. I really like their semi-covered outdoor patio section where cigar smokers and others can enjoy the gas firepits or watch TV or chat off to the side with a bit of privacy. They have two pool tables inside.

Happy hour around midnight seems to go well, but Ive had nothing but trouble when trying to get breakfast. Was locked out of the building for 20 minutes despite it being 24 hours. Even tried calling the phone and no one answered. Had to get a cook who was taking out the trash to tell the people inside to pay attention

Very very slow service when the bar is dead. Girl bartender on Saturday tries to multi-task and not to good. Bartender girl was always looking at the cash register. And it took another 10 minutes in get change. To top it off, she asked to keep the change($20) Didnt deserve $2
