The Clark County Museum is a must see. Especially if you have kids..there is alot to explore here. They open up at 9a to 430p Admission is $2 for Adults $1 for kids and seniors. Plentyof room for your kids to run around and check out all the cool things. If your lucky you just might catch a glimpse of bunny rabbits running around.

Came here to do family photos which many were there to do the same thing. Jodi Rocco, maybe the lady in charge ended up kicking us out. We had a family friend doing our photos for us. We had no props. Immediately after paying Jodi told us we only got 20 minutes. We paid to get in. Jodi handed us a paper with the rules on it. Nothing in the rules talked about a time limit, so there’s no reason they should have kicked us out. There were at least 4 other photographers there taking pictures. Very disappointed in Jodis lack of customer service. You will never see me at the museum again. You would think a company like this would welcome anyone and everyone, especially since you’re paying there again. It’s too bad because this place is beautiful and I would’ve encouraged others to take advantage of this place for photos when they asked me where I got. Mine done. Now I will have to tell others not to bother coming here for pictures or anything.

The Clark County Museum was such a great place to explore. We got there a little late in the day but the staff were all very kind and courteous and made sure we knew how to see as much as possible in the little time we had left. So much information and a little town to walk through. Love learning the history of places and even better when I get to walk through some of it. Definitely worth a stop for a few hours.

This was an awesome place to visit. So much to see and the price is right. The staff was very nice and accommodating. And everything was nice and clean. You can spend hours here. It was a great museum with lots of historic homes. Gives you an accurate picture on how things were many many years ago. They also have some haunted houses and iron from mining days out in the yard which is a nice walk. Would definitely come back again!

The Clark County Museum is a great place to go for a few hours in your in the area. Its only $2 for adults and $1 for kids and 55+. Its half indoors and half out doors. A lot of the little homes you can go in have AC. The little gift shop has great prices plus the staff is real friendly. There is a lot of wild life to see rabbits, lizard, bird, and insects.

This is such an amazing place to spend a couple of hours with your family. There is a small indoor museum that features stuff about Nevada and a weekly exhibit. The outdoor portion of the museum features old structures such as antique houses, a chapel, barn, train station, and more. There is also a small nature trail with desert plants, a man-made pond, and a couple more antique structures. The indoor museum and the majority of the outdoor structures are air-conditioned but it would be best to go here on a cooler day because the majority of the outdoor museum is not shaded. The museum docents are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the things I liked most about the museum is the price! Parking is free and admision is free for kids under 3, $2 for adults ages 3-54, and $1 for those 54 years and up. This museum is truly a hidden gem and worth the drive.

We attended a field trip with my 3 rd grader. There tour guide was amazing! They are volunteers and make this place exciting for adults and children. Theres a small street they have set up with old homes doing back to the 1930s. The history is fascinating theres trains, an old jail account with a plethora of other items. Inside, theres a display for the October 1st massacre that is tear inducing. Admission is inexpensive and its perfect for the family. Bring walking shoes and a jacket during the winter and sunscreen during the summer.

A museum that makes learning fun! Alot to see. Inside the museum youll find all kinds of fun things about Clark county, which is where Las Vegas is. Walk around, and go inside homes, from different decades. Then there is about a 1/2 mile walk to see a preserved ghost town. We didnt go down there because I use a scooter, and its a dirt trail, so my scooter cant get through it. But I was able to see everything else. I even found a doll my sister used to have, and its considered an antique! Lol!

Like really! I took my daughters 14 bday party there.... Like we just showed up, we got awesome pics!!! Then a scavenger hunt, that the museum provided. The history starts back in Dirt times. Out of the way, but worth the trip, if you are interested in the history of the area, and to see furnishings, clothes and other artifacts from different decades. There are a number of actual homes that you can enter to see what it was like to live in at the time they were built. Also in the property are train cars, a station, wagons etc. It is a lovely gem, away from the strip. Also the admission is so small, it is quite a deal. 1 critique you cannot buy beverages in the gift shop.
