Stayed in this hotel one year ago and decided to stay again now. First thing we found was broken pillowcase! Its awful, how can it be in hotel at all?? Looks like room was not clean properly. Ive messaged manager through booking app about that. We put red tag dont disturb, despite that housekeeping woke us up at 9 am (we came to hotel at 2am,very tired and wanted sleep!) by knocking constantly on doors! Then weve put green tag make up room, but nobody did it that day. Weve said that on reception, but nothing changed. Next day also nobody cleaned up the room! So we slept in room without cleaning for 3 nights! Its awful and unacceptable for any hotel in the world! If hotel cant offer cleaning as hotels usually do it should warn about it!

Yeah, the place looks run down, but the inside is actually really nice and cozy. The room next to mine had a fire place and that was really cool! Ive never seen one in a hotel room before.

Great food and hasnt changed in fifty years. I really think the pandemic has hurt it just as much as any other business on Boulder Highway but, they have such a loyal community I know it will make through this!.

Went to the casino at the Skyline. Midweek crowd at 9pm was lite and the gaming floor was very nice. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic you are required to wear a mask and the management has taken every other slot or video poker machine offline. There were still plenty of available machines and seats at the card tables. Staff wear attentive and super friendly. The only thing that was an irritation was the State mandate that you have the facemask fully covering nose and mouth, even in-between sips of drinks or drags on a cigarette. Of course thats not the fault of the casino, just the way of the world for the time being.

In 5 yrs of being in Vegas, I have only won 1 time in this Casino...to say I came out ahead. I enjoy going win or lose because they treat you good. The waitresses are always courteous and friendly. The restaurant has good food and service. Nice local place!!

I had a very nice evening of gambling and dinner! The food was very good, unfortunately I,didnt do well at gambling; could say I gave the house my $100 and went home!!

My friend and I came to the Skyline Casino for a late breakfast after church. There was plenty of parking and we were seated immediately in the coffee shop. the adequate space between customer was observed. The waiter was alert and helpful. He brought everything we needed to the table since they were adhering to keeping up with the Covid restrictions,. the selection was appropriate, the food was served in a timely manner and tasted great. I would definitely recommend it and it was worth the trip.

Very smokey, cheap food quality, marginal coffee quality. Its a favorite of my parents and i understand why. Its not flashy, has its regulars, is comfortable, and has an older Vegas feel which is refreshing. Has a barbershop in the lobby and a sign out front advertising hot dogs on Mondays, i think its Monday.

Clean large room. safe, gated parking lot. Its a decent place to stay, without a high price tag. Rather than posting obnoxious signs EVERYWHERE warning guests not to smoke cannabis in rooms, perhaps you could just make a nice, inviting adults only outdoor smoking lounge....

We booked this hotel online and we made sure that it accepts dogs. Only restriction was that “Restrictions may apply”. I even mentioned, under special requests, that we have service dogs (plural) and received an additional email that they can provide a pet friendly room. Arriving there, our check in got denied because they are “only accepting one dog per room”. Regardless of my dogs being service dogs, they still rejected to check us in. Besides the discrimination per ADA (I reported this hotel to the Department of Justice) and denying us to check in, customer service was non-existent. Can definitely not recommend this hotel. Not even trying to support after being on the road for hours. They also still tried to charge me for the first night although they didn’t let us check in.

The food in the restaurant is preheated in the microwave no professional person in the background cooking the stuff like it should be just heating it up in the microwave will not go there went to other casinos had better food than this this is really a dive restaurant just for the heads up so nobody else has to waste their hard-earned money for food like this McDonalds has food better than this had breakfast and a casino up in Henderson thats been there forever was better than this

Wow, what a jewel Clean, friendly, updated and eclecticly decorated with Nevada and other western history. Breakfast was delicious and service was friendly and quick. Overall, the place just felt and looked clean. Hightly recommend if you are looking for a clean, quiet and inexpensive nights rest.

Very clean, stylish hotel with excellent friendly staff! Only glitch was our TV didnt work. Offered us a different room when it couldnt be fixed.

Its a small lil casino and more of a locals place. Not to expensive to eat or to drink.. Also a live entertainment to join.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Worst costumer experience I have ever seen and both my husband and I are managers!!! We booked our vacation for us and our children at this hotel for 8 days specifically for the price and that it was pet friendly for two dogs. When booking our stay no where on the website did it allow an option for pets nor a cost for them. After driving 14+ hours with kids and dogs we checked in. At that time we were told there was a $35 per dog per night fee. Thats $560 for our dogs for 8 nights which is more than what we were paying for adults and children to stay at the hotel. Our stay has doubled in price the day we arrived, which was not budgeted when we booked our vacation. At this point the only option was to stay or try very last minute to book another hotel. We stayed due to being exhausted with kids and dogs. Woke up this morning went about our day came back to our hotel room to find our cards deactivated. We had no access to our room and our stuff. We wasted 45 minutes trying to find hotel staff as no one was at the counter. We were given a piss poor apology and two free breakfasts (valued at $3.99) for our troubles by the AGM of the hotel. We havent even been here 24 hours into our 8 day stay. This is not my idea of a great start to our family vacation.

What a great place! Dont let the location or landscape fool you. This hotel is the best. The staff is friendly. The rooms are SUPER clean. We felt like we were at home.

Skyline casinos a bit of an older casino in town mostly consisted of older retired folks in the establishment I went there for breakfast my friend had the French toast said it was amazing and I had a ham and cheese omelette with home fries that were really good and the whole meal cost us I think $16 Id recommend going for a cheap breakfast

The waiter ok, the busperson is excellent, but the hostess is not friendly, I dont think she likes her job.

A smaller casino in Henderson, NV that offers nice overnight accommodations. It’s located close to the freeway and shopping centers. The casino has the old local country lounge feel. Miss hearing coins dropping into the metal pockets, well the casino still has QUARTER SLOTS along with the new modern gambling machines. Beverage service is lacking while playing the slot machines. They offer a short game of one card Bingo for free at 10am through the work week if you are gambling. They have live bands and karaoke on weekends. The restaurant has a special rated breakfast during morning hours for $1.79 plus the cost of a beverage that includes 2 eggs, toast, country hash browns, and choice of bacon or sausage OR you can get pancakes. The food is servedI fast, hot, and it’s tasty!

Nice hotel 3 years old attached to an old casino. Management needs to focus more on cleanliness. Room was clean but the rest of the hotel needed more attention.

I went in for the prime rib special. It was certainly well worth it. The restaurant is pretty casual looking. Staff is very professional. Great service.

And the fact is skyline has been a big part of my life when I go in that place everyone knows who I am and and most of the people there have been there for 20 plus years and I have never had a bad experience at skyline infact its one of the best places in henderson to play thank you

Stubbornly hanging on to the old Vegas feeling this kitschy, campy old-timey joint is just plain cool. You miss your fingers blackened by coin slot grease? Come on by.The female black jack dealers wear dresses that, um, reveal a bit more.The bar is a long one. Just the right size. Say hi to Betty Boop playing sax in a corner of the dance floor. Cmon, stop by and look around. Its a fun place!

My fiance and I stayed at the skyline hotel & casino, we had a great time in the casino we even won a substantial amount of money. its not everyday you can find a hotel casino establishment where do you do when to the extent that we won. You have a cocktail waitress that Im sure wasnt hired from her college degree but her charisma and her bubbliness and willingness to satisfy her customers request are awesome.

Its a cool lil casino with a really good restaurant and everyone is nice, they also have a awsome vintage barbershop and at the sports book there is a girl that works there thats really helpful and nice

The tiny hotel is new. If you like classic country youll always find it here on the weekends. Nice staff, good food old school Vegas style.

My major grip is when you play at the bar-they want you to play max bet to get drinks. 1st drink when you sit down, they check to see what your playing. If its not max, they say one drink, and bump it it! 2nd time, its a warning, your last drink drink. I was playing 1.00, lost a lot of money. It wasnt good enough, and there rude. Klondike casino -25 cents, Jokers Wild is 15 cents. They are within 1min from this casino. Service is much better at these casinos. Security constantly watches you, not friendly. I live in Henderson.

The restraunt food its rediculouely WAYYYYY over priced!! And not worth the money I prefer the unlimited shrimp and it was horribly cooked about burned taste ....They are the only casino I know of besides mesquite that still have Quarter machines to play...I Love this about them plus loose slots on weekends or at night....

Save your money and time. I really wanted to like Skyline. It’s a small neighborhood casino with a few rooms and a cute little diner. Your points don’t count for much on a players card, most of the machines are old and can’t read your card or your ticket from another machine, and they frequently reject your money. All pettiness aside, the servers are rude when you’re lucky enough to find one, with one exception of an older gentleman who, I believe, is actually a maintenance worker. With Dottys, Jokers and Sam’s just down the street it’s not worth your time.

Positive: Staff was friendly. Place is old school, classy, and very clean. (pretty much all we care is clean and quietness) Since its in Henderson, plenty parking and relatively quiet. We had a nice sleep. Hotel probably a fancy/high end retreat at one point. Negative: Our room was right next to highway so we can hear cars, but nothing too bad. You can smoke in the restaurant (not exactly sure I should put it there for the hotel rating) Food was cheap but nothing impressive. But again, you dont need to eat there. lol

Everything about our stay at Skyline Hotel & Casino was 5 star. We were greeted by Elena, the terrific hotel manager. She checked us in early as our flight arrival was before noon and we ended up getting to the hotel around 2. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was among the best we have had. All of the front desk staff, maid service and restaurant staff we interacted with were great. We were visiting family and stayed for a week. We had a non smoking room that didnt smell like smoke. We really enjoyed breakfast every day and with the specials they ran were a real bargain. We ate supper there one time it was ok. We also were able to catch a Bob Lucas performance. Good time. We are not gamblers so no review on that part but the wait staff at the bar also seemed friendly. We chose the hotel because of the reasonable and straight forward rates and the pleasant interaction with Elena on the phone. All in all a great week. Thank you Skyline!!

Only been to Skyline twice the first time I enjoyed myself the second time not so much they did a countdown because they closed at 1 and it was like they were just trying to get rid of everyone. Also only was asked one time if I wanted a drink in 4 hours and it wasnt busy so that was bad too.

Beautiful decor. Very nice rooms. Some even have fireplace. They provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion and make up remover wipes. Soft water is part of every room. They are in the process of building a pool and spa.

This review is long overdue. Stayed here for EDC last year. Most hotels were all booked by the time I was looking for a place to stay. Found this hotel about 25/30 minutes away from the event. Not too far from the strip either. My friends and I enjoyed it. We drove from Cali and arrived hours before check-in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They asked if we were going to EDC and suggested a room on the top floor so we aren’t distracted by noise above us when we come back from 3 long nights. Bed was comfy and room was clean. No microwave but you can ask the front desk to heat your food. Good price. Would stay here again.

Skyline hotel rooms are brand new and very clean. The casino section is older and dated, but well-maintained and clean (casino just full of the older local crowd). A decent restaurant, with dinner specials. If youre looking for a reasonably priced hotel rooms, I would definitely recommend Skyline. This is not the Las Vegas Strip but the hotel rooms are very clean and brand new and up-to-date, and the front desk staff is very friendly. Love the bathroom layout and shower. Definitely a place to stay if youre looking for off the Strip on Boulder Highway.

56 room boutique hotel. Non-smoking and pet friendly. The rooms are spacious with abundant wall and USB ports. The lighting in both the room and bath are bright. Each room has a mini fridge. There is also laundry facilities.

Great value. When my husband and I travel we usually stay at casinos because of the convenience and all the food places that you can eat all in one spot. This place was very clean and the employees were all great. The beds were comfortable the bathrooms above size from what Im used to which is great. It has a very quaint old-fashioned feel about it which I really really like. Ill stay there again if I travel through there.

This property had very clean and nice rooms. The hallways to your rooms are well lit and very wide. My room was perfect and clean. Bathroom is updated too, ice machine on the same floor, in room (simple) coffee maker. Access to the restaurant, bar, with gambling. I would stay here agan!

I have been going to the Skyline almost every Sunday for just about ten years now. During that time, it has become a very modern casino with many of the latest slot machines being installed. Of course, there are still plenty of old favorites as well, and one can hear various-sized jackpots announced throughout the afternoon. About two years ago, the casino added a three story hotel, also with contemporary amenities. I have had many occasions to stay at the hotel. I just have a standard room, but once found myself upgraded to a larger one with armchairs and a fireplace. Really nice! The hotel is booked solid on weekends, so call ahead for reservations. The large dining room is open from six a.m. to eleven and serves a good variety of tasty food. There is live entertainment every night and two dance bands on Sunday, ballroom dancing in the afternoon and country dancing in the evening. During the week, country dancing every night except Mondays during football season. As the saying goes, Try it, youll like it!

This is a hidden gem of Vegas over off of Boulder Highway. This place is one of the few that has true coin operated machines. They also ya e a small poker room, some blackjack tables and a great showroom.I really enjoyed the ambiance here. The restaurant is great and they have a large bar. Everyone here has great customer service.The dealers are great in the party pit. They’re all having fun and providing a good gaming experience.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Very little traffic noise and location was close enough for quick access to the freeway. Staff were attentive with a good attitude. Had a fabulous rib of beef which you could cut with a fork! Non smoking only in the entry and rooms but not in the casino. Could smell the smoke near the restaurant entrance.

I stopped for breakfast I had the skyline scramble which was absolutely delicious and I even managed to win my money back for breakfast so you cant beat that the service was great in the restaurant they never left my coffee get below half a cup which is amazing because I drink coffee very fast I would highly recommend this place.

Loved the train! It was an old casino and very smokey. Our waitress wasnt very studious. We had to hunt down out ticket and the cashier basically ran the table. We felt very abandoned by the service. The place is so old.
