Staff should rethink to doing reservation-only for all parties. We came midday Saturday during the heatwave and waited 40 minutes to be seated. Staff did not communicate at all to those of us waiting an approximate time when we would expect to be seated. The menu is shortened, very few food offerings. As for the wine slushies (what theyre known for) it was sour patch kids weekend but when we ordered our drinks, our waitress did not tell us they were out of sour patch kids. Instead they just served us our drinks with Skittles without notifying us.Had there been more communication between us and staff I would have been more forgiving, but looking as how they are now during a peak time, they should do reservation only to better serve their customers.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient staff. I had a wonderful tasting paired with delicious food, the place was super busy and fast paced. The staff kept up and I never saw them once get annoyed. The wine club thats offered is extremely worth it, but besides that the prices were inexpensive on top of that. Chateau Diana had beautiful grounds and I could have taken photos for days.... One of the many things I loved was the parking spaces due to phrases/words. Will definitely be recommending this winery
Two words, WINE SLUSHIES!! Also Sasha is the cutest! With all the restrictions put in place because of COVID19, it cant be easy to accommodate everyone. But they crushed it! Every one was nice and wonderful. The patio is stunning. This is my favorite winery, cant wait for all the upcoming events.
Delicious wine slushies ... what a great time at Chateau Diana... Aimee was more than helpful and what a great server... she Rocks
It was fair, a different experience and now I dont have to do that again.
We had the best time here enjoying unique blends like the silky Forbidden and an incredibly welcoming, relaxing and beautiful setting. Molly took great care of us. Don’t miss this treasure!
It definitely appeals to my type of demographic
Awesome place! Highly recommended!
Great place to spend an afternoon with a significant other or a group of friends. Games outside such as Jenga or bean bag toss that made a great excuse for IG pics on my page @chantalfemme. Overall great customer service, and you can find the famous wine slushies here. Just one glass can get you buzzed. $11 dollars for a glass, varying flavors by week, and using the same cup for a second glass gets you $1 off. Flavors include those as Dragonfruit, White Apricot, Peach Pear, Apple, Grape, Peach, etc. This wine also has a small bar, tastings available, and a menu for tappas. Outside there is a full furnished patio and deck, with sunbrellas, a big seating area, and surrounding by plants with flowers and fruits. Great impression overall, third time visiting, so I felt empowered to write this review!
I have been to Chateau Diana several times before and have enjoyed myself but this time was an embarrassing nightmare. We came as a small group trying to enjoy a friend’s birthday and were treated like second hand citizens. It was quite shocking to all of us. We were harassed every time we tried to purchase a slushee- the staff kept questioning the size of our group (10) They weren’t even that busy so the question just seemed absurd to all of us. Why would they harass their patrons? We were a nice group of people ( not a sloppy group of wine tasters rolling in at the end of the day) we all felt like we were in trouble for not knowing their“ group policy” . Their group policy is $150 that includes holding a place for you to be seated on their patio . This $150 reservation fee was supposed to give us a red carpet service but does not include anything other than occupying the space we were sitting or standing. So we all quietly left and went to Coppola for our lunch where we were treated with respect and class. The “ new group policy” at Chateau Diana, we all agreed, just made it so we don’t want to go there ever again. Red carpet service? Yikes! There are too many other wineries that would be thrilled to have us!! Very disappointing!
I bought this “Cab” at a grocer near Times Square. After taking a sip my first thought was, “This is the worst cab I’ve ever tasted.” Tasted watered down. After looking more closely at the bottle it shows 6% alcohol, which is more than half watered down. Even the cheapest of the cheap wines are better than this.
This winerys trademark is sweet wine, which appeals to our southern and midwest friends. The wine slushy is some kind of wonderful, which is fine, but not my idea of wine. Their pinot is drinkable, but is it worth $30, plus the $15 tasting fee? No. Very nice staff, however.
Love this place! I highly recommend it super chill environment with awesome staff. Great wines too.
The grounds were beautiful and the wine slushies were a real treat! We were there on a weekday afternoon and there was hardly anyone else there.
Some of the nicest people we ran into in the valley. They have a beautiful property and delicious wine. They are a little over-the-top on their Zombie and other macabre themes (unicorn blood, etc.) Other than that, they are a lot of fun. We had a good time visiting them.
Lovely place. Slushies are amazing. Good offers in wine.
Atmosphere is relaxed and not snotty or snotty, however, you pronounce it. They had themed the little tasting for the season and it was amazing and inviting.Their frozen wine slushies are to die for as was their charcuterie board. Staff were welcoming and happy to assist in any way they could.Check out the bathrooms, 10/10 would recommend for the bathrooms alone.
My favorite winery. Great prices for some great wine! I always have fun at the wine tasting room. I feel right at home. The employees are very humble. Love their events too!
Great winery. Lots of fun. They have wine slushies.
This is definitely a fun place to hang out. The wine is tasty and not expensive, plus they make wine slushies. You can buy food and sit outside in the sun or inside visiting with friends. There are games on the lawn plus games and coloring inside. Be sure to visit their bathrooms.
My new favorite winery with sparkling mascato - so easy and fun to drink. Extra bonus with Tesla destination chargers!
Amazingly friendly staff with prices set for locals, this place really makes you feel like a neighbor.
While Ive never been to the winery, I do buy your Merlot and Chardonnay and I really do love them. Theres always a couple of bottles in my home at any given moment. Nice price point too. Thank you!!
Excellent. Friendly. Great atmosphere.
Favorite stop on day 1 of 2014 Sonoma Barrel Tasting - Teri Manning made the day with her amazing service, knowledge, and friendly spirit. We look forward to seeing her at all the Chateau Diana events - especially the [wine] pick-up event in March. Thank you Teri for adding to the fun - see you soon - Todd & Jen Smith
Wonderful, love the wine slushies!!
Great wine and really comfortable place
Unusual spot that deserves a visit! I was here with 12 friends for a bachelorette party and they treated us so well--- with lots of delicious wine slushies! We hung on their patio outside and it was not crowded on a Saturday in July. I cant speak for the mens, but the ladies room is SO cute! Seriously. Theres a legit guest book there
Dont come here if you are going with over 8 people they will kick you and your friends out if you dont make a reservation.....me and my group of friends went to the other winery down the street where we were warmly welcomed......chateau Diana winery is not a good place to go with friends...they profile and stereotype hispanics who come to drink wine...
...This place deserves to be called a good winery, some wines do taste worse than others, however overall good experience.
They have a little trouble handling crowds of people, but have excellent wines and are very friendly. I recommend visiting.
KC and Midori are Rock Stars of personality and customer service! Wine slushies are fun too! Fun environment and winery games with great views and property. Wine is ok...just a fun place with the option for a few bites of food to order...pizza, hot pretzels and charcuterie...good to find in Dry Creek Valley.
Super cute place! I love the wine and the engergy that the people who work here have!
Great wine selection and beautiful bike trails
Had a blast with Susie and some great wines!
Amazing winery
Absolutely terrible wine, both Merlot and Chardonnay do not deserve the terminology Wine. Never again.
Great place
Love the wine, atmosphere and the family
Greatest Winery out there :-)
