It aint that I hate kids but I got 13 in my own may drive me crazy

Horrible experience... by mistake we sat on a closed area table but manager DJ checked our tickets for the food we order. He brought out the food for us and his 3rd time he stoped to our table was to bring us napkins and utensil. We started enjoying our food and a employee I didnt get his name but was an older caucasian very rude told us that we have to move from there. And I asked him if I can talked to his manager thinking that he served our food and he didnt mention nothing about the area being closed. Manager DJ came up to us very rude saying that we needed to move to a different table because that area was closed. I asked him but you came here 3 times and didnt mention anything about closed area and now you want us to moved? He said yes!!! We stop eating and moved everything that we order drinks, pizza, sampler and wings. All of us stop eating our diner was spoiled with this situation. DJ the manager didnt not apologized once. He and his staff did not have a bit of good customer service skills very very disappointed.

Pizza is horrible like eating card board, all you can eat salad bar is very basic and limited. Only thing okay is the games for kids.Bathrooms are not clean or stocked up there was no toilet paper or paper towels available.Handicap accessible entrance, and parking. Plenty of parking in lot.

They are closed but have take out orders they should update their website!

Friendly staff w/ good customer service. Salad bar wasnt refilled once in the 3 hours I was there, but the pizza was good. The selection of arcade games was mildly boring, however only 2 or 3 were out of order. The unlimited game play is what will bring me and my kiddos back time and time again. Being able to just enjoy time with my kids without worrying about who is running out of tokens, or little ones putting in too many tokens and running out quickly, or even walking away from a game after putting tokens in it because it didnt start right away. (My kids cant be the only ones lol)

Brought my son here on a Sunday right when they opened. It was actually really nice because there was only a few other families there so it was nice to stay until they started getting super busy!

My children and I had a great time. We basically had the place to ourselves since we went on a lovely Wednesday morning. All of the employees were super nice, place was very clean and there were new games to play. Also all games were working great and the pizza was delicious :-)

Love the salad bar and my kids always enjoy the arcade games, but i feel the games that give tickets the rules for the type of prize you get shouldnt be that you have to have over 3000 tickets to win a good prize thats what makes it a bit disappointing. Other than that is great.

I went during a weekday when it wasnt crowded. All Staff were super friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. Took advantage of the Tues pizza Special. I was very impressed!

Food is getting better. They serve beer/wine, limited selection but is available. Games are fun and the staff is quick to resolve any issue with them.

This was my toddlers first time at a Chuck E. Cheese. She had a blast! She met and hugged Chuck E. The pizza was unlike anything weve ever had from here. It was horrible! Dry, very few toppings, and hardly any cheese. Not impressed, but the salad bar helped lol.

Went for my niece birthday spent over $150 . they over cooked the churros and never gave me my money back when asked to remake them they never brought them back out amd used the fact that i went to go shop next door as a excuse as to why my niece didnt receive what i paid for. Also the manager made it seem like since i went next door oh well thats terrible customer service and didnt even ask to give me my money back they didnt care i asked for cotton candy since they didnt give me what i paid for and they said no no if ands or buts this place is rude i will never come back

Place is not as fun as it used to be, many of the games are not dispensing tickets. Whats worse its not safe, just last weekend 15 minutes after arriving our car was burlarized and it was parked right in front of their establishment where its well lit.I asked the manager for help to check on their security camera since thats what it takes for Hayward Police to come. Unfortunately, he said he couldnt do it so there was no Hayward Police that showed up.The following day I came back since thats the instruction given to me by the manager, made me wait for 3 hours just to tell me that the video was dark and couldnt show any of the event leading to the car burglary.For an establishment catering for fun and safety for family, they cant provide a piece of mind for their customers and their customers property has a safe place.Tip: Hire a security guard and upgrade your security camera just to show that you really care about your customers and always do a constant check on your devices to make sure that they are operational.

Fun place to go with or without kids. Yummy salad bar and pizza. Time to play games and have a little fun. Place is kept clean. Staff is friendly.

This location is not the best in the evening. Chuck e doesn’t come out with the kids and customer service is spotty at best. If you want must go to this location midday is ur best bet. The manager is nice and friendly and dressed up in the Chucke e suit.

You go here for the kids and be ready to spend a good 40 for about an hour and half of time.About 30 for a medium pizza enough for you and your little person and two cups.As for the games 30 minutes or 30 points for 10 dollars what every happened to the a quarter for a coin? So would that be 40 coins for 10 dollars?They raised their prices and its not nice.

I attended this location for a birthday party. It was my first time being back after years and its very outdated inside. Also, there is absolutely no type of management out on the floor assisting in running this place and employees are very unprofessional and violate employee code of conduct regulations. Just being there for 3 hours I observed so much and unfortunately, not one thing was good. This review doesnt even contain half of what I saw and heard during my visit. I would like for someone from the corporate office to contact me to further discuss the issues that are occurring at this location.

Decent place for birthday party for 4 year old & friends. Pricey, loud, rides/games seemed a bit dated, yet the children enjoyed it so okay. No inflatables or ball pits like in the past. Strip center, so ample free parking.

All the ticket machines were out of order except for one. a employee kept coming over and fixing them but it would only last for 5 minutes and then it would go out again. And then when we took him up to the counter the lady would not count them individually she said she would call an employee to fix the machine again so we had to buy something for the kid that way instead of counting the tickets otherwise it would have been nice

In Jan, visit was great! Toddlers had a great time. Visit this past weekend wasnt great - many machines were broken. Tough to explain to toddlers that just want to play. Only stayed 30 mins

Grandchildren visiting from Europe loved all the rides and the pizza, played many games and redeemed their tickets for little prizes. You basically self serve yourself from a buffet like line. Pay a price to get in, get a stamp on your hand.,buy playing tickets or a pass and spend time with your kids. Everyone had a good time except the restroom was not very clean

What a day my daughter had running around that place. Its a mad house for kids.

The environment is fantastic for children it represents a happy place to be. The salad bar had a nice fresh presentation everything looked excellent, it was refilled right a way, ensuring nothing ran out.The young lady manging that day was struggling to control herself. She came into work had a disagreement with a co-worker then had a problem controlling her temper towards us customers. Who by the way was just waiting around for their children to be finished. Being unkind to law abiding citizens is just wrong.

If youre looking for a place like Chuck-E-Cheese, this is really a five-star place. I just assume that theres the odd person who doesnt know what Chuck-E-Cheese is, and five stars would be misleading. My kids, and probably your kids, would give this six stars.Their pizza isnt horrible, and they have a dinky salad bar that is not offensively spare. Im not unhappy about food when I leave here.I do have sensory overload, however, when I leave here...but thats why I come. My kids have that too, and theyre asleep when we get home.

Good fun and worth it.Only thing that i wish that would of been better are the chicken nuggets.They were more like chicken tenders and burnt.

Fun, but not as interactive as it used to be. Especially with ChuckE. I mean, what happened to the live band with ChuckE & Friends? Also, the pizza is good, but a bit greasy & pricey for my liking.

Im giving this Chuck-E-Cheese four stars they would get 5 the only reason why they didnt is because the lights went off it is a nice place for kids that are small to have their birthday parties a lot of activity inside

I showed up for a morning Bday party for my granddaughter literally the only guest there and the place looked clean but the place wreaked like sewage covered up by bleach. Not to mention the menus had dried up food substance on it and was sticky. I only give it a 3 instead of a one because our hostess was very attentive and nice, food was ok and Chuck E. Cheese was energetic with the kids.

Took 45 minutes for a large pepperoni pizza to come out. The ladys bathroom was so nasty and dirty. I dont think they care if its clean or not during the day. Couldnt find a clean spot to eat because every table was dirty or being used. We had to clean our own gable for us to sit.

My kids love this place, lot of fun for family, and kids birthday party. Food doesn’t come with a lot of options and the taste is so so. Anyway, kids like to go there have fun and not quite care about the food quality.

Its for babys and kids from 2 - whatever age my daughter is 12 and still loves this place they give out free tickets sometimes chucky comes and throw tickets around.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.First of all, when you walk in, it smells. Not a good smell, but a bad one. Like, feet, body odor and old carpet combined. Second, theres no longer play structures, which Im okay with that. But, you have to buy a game card, and its going by the minute. So, i bought two one-hour game card, went to try to play, NOTHING works! Either the machine said temporary out of service or there were no tickets or its jammed. And when we spoke with someone about the tickets not working, they didnt even try to look into the machine. All they said was, whenever youre done, come back up to the front, well give you 50 tickets. Are you kidding me!!!? My first reaction was, are you kidding me!? Theres a lot of customers here, how would you remember? So, I tried a new game, welp that didnt work. Went back to the front desk, tried to speak with someone but had to wait in line, but there was no one at the register! But, the cashier told everyone we had to be in line while she stood there. So, I decided to just give the cards to someone else and left. Never going back there. I hope they fix their games and do something about the smell !

I have been bringing my kids here since they were little, they are now teenagers and still like to come to Chuck-E-Cheese and have fun! Improved food and menu are great!

Its was fun for my kids we had a great time. Until we went to the bathroom... It was nasty with no toilet seat covers or soap to wash our hands with and this was not the first time. I mentioned it to the staff, but no one fixed the issue. They are nasty and disgusting here. I will not be coming back until they fix this. Not worth our health.

Their lunch buffet is totally not worth it. When I purchased it there was only pepperoni pizza out and I asked if they would have more variety and they said yes...however they only brought out cheese pizza like 30min after and that was it. Lunch buffet is from 11 to 2pm I was there at 1, and they never brought out anything else. Terrible! They shouldnt sell the buffet if they are not going to have it out properly.

Had a great time kids enjoyed themselves everytime we go to Chuck-E-Cheeses I always get a hundred tokens for $20 and let the kids have at it this time I spent 60 bucks all tokens but it was worth it because the machines were giving away extra tickets do seals have been broken we had tons of tickets by the end of the night was more than 5,000 tickets in our pocket by kids did a thousand tickets a piece to take out the price of they wanted they left happy and satisfied we ended up with a free pizza on top of the order the customer service was awesome and amazing the staff was awesome and amazing I would definitely recommend bring your kids here again its a semi good price for tons of fun

The SHMELL!! Yes I spelled it correctly!! I love to take my kids to Chucks for b-days and just fun times. But this time it SHMELLED like old basketball sneakers, cabbage and toe nails boiled in a pot. I tried to blame it on the cheese smell of the pizza, NAH couldnt make that lie work. Wort off everywhere I looked all I could see where people wearing saddles or slip on with no socks. Ill be honest I had on Fila flip flops but with a fresh clean pair of sock on!! This trip StunK. But Im sure Ill be back!! Love you hard working employees!!! You Rock!!

This particular Chuck E. Cheese smells like sweaty feet, even at 11am on a Sunday. (They open at 11am so presumably theyve had plenty of time to clean.) Both the 6-year-old birthday guests I brought complained about it as we walked in. So 3 stars off for that.The pizza was about what I expected, the staff was nice, and the video games were mostly in good repair. I also appreciate the kid-adult check on the way out to make sure everybody leaves with the right grown-up.

Bad experience, we get there two days ago and we request a large table for my nice birthday and they answer no because they have a reservation for those tables, was 8 pm no one was using those particular tables, and my party of 15 people using kids tables to have a celebration.Very unacceptable and the cherry on top of the cake was this place was dirty, employees only hanging around and smell like rats on this place.Never come back

Great pizza! The kids loved all the new games. The entire place was booming yet the workers still had a big smile and was ready to help all the little ones!

It smells like feet and fritos as soon as you walk through the door. restroom needs to be cleaned. needs more at this location. I like the location in eastside San Jose better.

Love bringing the kids here, just wish it was larger. We always go during the weekends and they are super busy. Nice part is there is a pizza/ mini food area.
