Worst customer service ever! The lady there was super rude and I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and she kept giving attitude. I was being super patient and calm until she pushed my buttons. I asked her if she was mad and she aggressively said no! Very rude! Never coming to this place again!!!! Super disappointed

Its a good location they have great prices. Different deals for different days.reasonable place to have a kids party. The staff is friendly and look happy to help.

I had a party there and everyone had a blast. It was clean and the employees were very helpful and professional. Definitely will have more birthday parties here.

There is a large variety of trampolines for the family to enjoy as well as a soft gun range. Everything was sanitized between uses.

Brought our kids to a birthday party (01/25/20 12:30p-3p) and we were suprised by the good assortment of activities.Staff and the manager were very helpful, attentive and on-point. I even had a floor staff member approach me when he saw me on my mobile and let me know that the establishment offered WiFi incase I wanted to use it.These quality traits lack in many establishments and I sincerely hope they are commended on their amazing service.

Had a party here for my daughter’s birthday. Was pleased with how clean the place is. The staff was also attentive and friendly. They were accommodating for our large group. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others in the area. Bonus they serve beer. Will definitely be back.

This is a good place to have a good family time. It needs its own food venue instead of ordering thru a third party. It needs more staff for supervision and attending the clients needs. It could also have a puppet or kids show for parties. It has potential to do better. Had a good time at my Goddaughters bday. She really enjoyed herself.

The staff was very friendly. The place is clean, they have a great toddler section and teen section as well. I brought my nieces (4 yr olds) to play and they loved it! I also enjoyed bringing out the kid in me as I played with them.

Had my 7yr olds little girls birthday party there and everyone enjoyed themselves. A little bit of everything for everyone.. video games, pool table, great food, spacious jumping areas, and toddler play area, alcoholic beverages and a genuinely friendly staff. The guests had never tried the pizza from Pizza Patron and they loved it.. it was delicious. Great experience all around!

My daughter absolutely loved it. She could not get enough. Its a great way to spend a Saturday.

On Friday the 27th we had a walk in party for our son and Mario the manger and his Staff were so helpful! They went out of their way to make sure my son and friends had a great time! Thank you to the Manger and his staff for a great experience at extreme jump!

Great place for the youth to enjoy and release their energy rather than being inside all day. This place caters to all ages of youth and has plenty of space for your next party or get together. Really clean and organized,staff is really attentive and appears to make safety a priority.

The word to describe this location is CHAOTIC!! It was my first time here in harlingen and it was a mess really under staff kids are running everywhere with no supervision and I understand the parents needs to watch them but the staff should be there to set the rules there was only one staff working where all the jumping was, i witness 4 kids get hurt and also ambulance came by dont know for what. I brought it up to the manager and he said there are 3 staff working but that was not so and in the front desk he had 3 to 4 staff working which was unnessary. I even felt bad for the one staff working where all the kids were she looked stressed out. They either need to hire more people or set the rules because everyone doing what ever they want some one can really get hurt. Im never coming to this one here in harlingen again I rather go to the one in San Benito at least over there is better. Harlingen xtream jump for me seems unsafe for kids
