I wanted to leave a review on this location… although the games/ activities/ adventure park is great ...the customer service lacks … one person in particular ruined the experience her name Serenity was working the sky rider and had a very disturbing attitude towards my daughter… and to think that there is some people that leave their kids here … I was here the whole time when my daughter mention she was being rude and mean to her… where is the customer service. Such a beautiful place with ugly people working there. I will post this on other site I just hope they hire someone worthy enough to deal with kids or not work at all.

I Loved the visit to Urban Air staff was very respectful & place was sanitized that made us feel safe kids enjoyed the all the activities & really recommend this place for all ages nice & clean Manager was very outgoing & respectful

Not slot of people here clean tables and yes they are using the social distancing. Great place for kids.

I personally love this place! I’m not exactly a “child” actually I’m on adult lol but the variety of activities this place has is phenomenal! I love the atmosphere and the friendlyness of the staff, they make you feel welcome and secure, especially during this crazy pandemic. No to mention the snack bar is pretty yummy as well I highly recommend and say, take your family friends, regardless of age, it’ll be fun for everyone! Krystle, the GM is the best, if you get the chance to stop by, ask for her and I’m more than positive she’ll help you out!

We always enjoy our time here. Our daughter had her 13th birthday party and she had a blast. The facility is always clean and all the staff are super nice. Thank you guys!

I absolutely loved this place!! I highly recommend coming out here! It’s very clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly! My nephews really enjoyed themselves!! We already planned my nephews next birthday party, we’re having it here!

Such a great place to come out to with the family for some fun! There are activities for all ages and all attractions are continuously attended to by staff who are very friendly. There were lots of hand sanitizing stations posted in the park and the staff maintained a safe and clean environment for all guests. Highly recommend bringing your family out for some fun at Urban Air!!

Had my son’s birthday party there and everyone had a great time! Our party host was nice and very helpful! I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Front desk was awesome.

Very fun being able to jump here and do so many activities in a trampoline park is awesome! if bored at home you can come here and have fun get out of the house during this time.

I love this place. It’s a lot of fun no matter what age. My kids enjoy it, from my 12 year old to my oldest which is 23. I really recommend you take your family and have some fun.

Always sanitized! Anytime I needed help with a ride their staff was always available and friendly! The rides are so fun, not only for kids but also adults. (:

This place is awesome for parties !!! Definitely recommend to everyone! Our hostess Alyssa was outstanding!!! Her customer service was excellent, made sure we had everything we needed.

My children had a great time! The staff was great, friendly and helpful! The park attractions were all safe and well attended to. It was also very clean and to see the staff continually disinfecting gave me a great peace of mind! Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful time. The captain manager and staff lovely people. Love it i recomend it.

Great experience. Friendly helpful staff. Impressed with how clean it was and especially wiping down the VR equipment after each user. Good experience for all ages of kids. Dont really get the one ride that has the flipping-bumper cars as really tight area with malfunctioning ones taking space up. Kids enjoyed the laser tag as well good arena. Lots of climbing areas and tunnels to figure out. Sky coaster was a blast for kids.

On my first day I enrolled into the monthly program ... Saw it was a great savings!! That first day of my enrollment we were given a little card to receive a slice of pizza and another small snack item for the enrollment plan... Well too many parties or too many people my daughter didnt get her slice only a small popcorn bag and her ticket was torn ... Then I ordered a pizza and and order of wings... Took almost 2hrs to get the food... not exaggerating at all here ... The place was packed and I guess they could not catch up with the orders... My daughter on the other hand had a blast with the place she enjoyed it Soo much we stayed till almost closing ... and just to give it another try before complaining I gave it another try this past weekend... Place was still full but the service for the pizza and snacks was way better then the prior weekend about half an HR wait... Faster service and my daughters ticket did not get torn until she received her items ... I do recommend for people to enroll in their packages... its a huge saving... Will be visiting often its a good place to take the kids!

Quick admission process. The front desk are helpful. So many different options to play and keeps any lines to a minimum. Several employees around to supervise kids. No time frame on play time and kids get such good exercise while having a blast.

Very much quality enjoyment for all ages. My kids are 14, 13 & 9. Have been to several Urban Air locations, as well as other trampoline parks. The Harlingen location is very well done in comparison to Houston. Great way to be active and beat the weather.

A lot of fun and great exercise! Felt like a kid again and they had decent packages. A little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

First visit with Kiddos. They enjoyed it much; variety of things to do. Wast too full which is why we got enjoy several things. Cant speak about cost as it was paid for via a party but it was fun. Staff was great.

So many different activities. Challenging and my granddaughter had a blast! Clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The place is fine, the attractions are fine, but the place has very high prices for the type of attractions, apart from the urban cafe they do not know very well the very simple snacks do not sell something different, I give it 3 stars, but personally had a lot of fun with my family.

This place is so fun! There are many more active type of activities compared to Main Event that only has 2 active games and the rest are just video games. We will definitely be back!

The place is awesome my kids ha a blast. Aa far as the food, the prices are somewhat reasonable. The only thing I saw that was ridiculous was the price of water. $1.95 plus tax for a bottle of water the ones that come like 32 to a pack. Not a “name brand” water. Seriously?!?!

I was super excited for my sons first time at urban air. Once we realized that the parents pass gave us basic access, we had to look it up online because the staff just kept pointing to the kiosk for me to pay. We got thirsty and hungry, so we went to the cafe. I was told it would take 7 mins for 3 slices of pizza. And there was no Coke. I had to get a Dr Pepper. Over 20 mins later, I got small slices on paper plates places on top of each other. Clearly the cheese stuck to the bottom of the plates. If I wasn’t interacting with employees, it was a fun time. But anytime I had to ask an employee a question it was a run around. Wasn’t feeling it at all.

I actually Love this place, the kids expend energy they have and do different activities here and have fun. The staff is patient and helpful with the children. We own membership over the competition here (Xtreme Jump), that is what attracted me to Urban Air.But I did discovered, having a friends party here yesterday, that it is NOT where Id have a party for my 2 kids- my kids are 5 and 7. I would rather go to the competition.They have LESS restrictions to food options for parties, you can bring your own drinks for each person and have a section where the parents dont feel like they have to stand outside looking in. The security of your child wander through open doors to the outside world is to liberally open, SCARY!!You have to order from their menu which I asked if you can bring at least a fruit tray and they said,NO! Most kids, in my kids class Love fruit, plus candy and cake. That is the ONLY down fall to this place. I wish it had the whole package but we will probably celebrate elsewhere!!

Very fun outing for the family to spend some time. It can be pricy for individual attraction items but they do have day passes that are reasonably inexpensive. Staff is very helpful and overall experience is one that leaves me looking forward to the next visit.

The employees are young inexperienced. I had to go complain to the manager couple of times. The managers are nice and understanding. One ride where you need to be buckled in because it spins !!! That kid employee buckled everyone but forgot one kid!!!!! My 6 year old nephew !!!! I saw him walk out to his device to start the ride !! And I yelled !!! Stop!!!! #4. Then he realized!!!!! And It’s always a drag to order food there!! Maybe they need to hire couple of older responsible employees. RESPONSIBLE. Nonetheless my daughter has fun while I stress.

It is fun, but if you dont want to get your shoes stolen, dont go, they will not care. You have fun, get your shoes stolen and go out of the park barefoot with no refund. They are not responsible for any loss.

Dont bother with the cafe here the service is horrible, took 37 minutes for some waffle fries and 45 minutes for a pretzel, on top of that finished my drink to go with my food before hand and didnt get offered a free refill for the inconvenience of waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a child pizza combo. So I asked how much was for a refill I was told $1 so i went back to get in line n when i got to the cashier i was told $2.37 that i was misinformed so I had to yet again go get more money and had to go back n wait again in line for my refill yet again! Ill never order food here but the place for kids is okay.. they shouldve just gave it to me right than and there for giving me all this trouble!

We had a blast there enjoyed our time loved how the staff greeted us and helped us on signing in and explaining the packages to us

It’s fun, but the employees are rude and the only thing they care about is flirting with each other. Don’t go to urban air if you don’t want to get your shoes stolen, the manager is not gonna care he wouldn’t even check the cámaras, he was being so rude and you’ll have to get out of the park barefoot.

Highly recommend this place prices are great I recommend the monthly subscription very reasonable.

It’s cool, but the people there is rude that juts screaming at you and they just flirt with each other . This was my second time at urban air and this second time was the worst experience,Because they stole my friend shoes and another kids shoes. Don’t go there.

Best jump park Valley wide, lots of activities for children aswell for adults. Well organized and respectful people

First time here and it’s a really nice set up and options for kids but they have soooooo many restrictions. One jumper only per trampoline which for me is very inconvenient being a mother of two toddlers so they couldn’t jump in the same area together and two staff members were very rude when questioned what can siblings do together here. I don’t think I’ll be returning back.

3 kids ages 10, 6and 3 and they all enjoyed the park l. Not your average jump park. Best one in the valley.
