The Molly Brown birthplace museum is her original home and currently owned by the city of Hannibal. This place is a jewel in disguise and I hope the city council realizes it. Our tour guide was fantastic knowing all aspects of her life on the Titanic and as a child growing up this is a must-see on your adventure to Hannibal Missouri not just Mark Twain but Molly Brown. Her home is very small two stories and admission is only $5.
Very thorough tour. Great experience for anyone interested in American history, specifically Feminism and the Titanic tragedy. Donate a little extra if you can to help the museum improve as it is currently funded by the city.
There is some great history here. The location is so iconic and it brings up so many of the things you learned in history. It takes you that step back in time. If you are visiting here, this is a go to stop.
Our tour guide, Trish, was so passionate and knowledgeable about Maggie Brown. The building itself doesnt have much, its only three rooms, but the information was thoroughly interesting. Highly recommended as a non-Twain activity in Hannibal.
Very educational. A stop every one should visit when in Hannibal!
Wish this was better advertised. So much information on the tour and the guide was SO friendly!
Its a nice history location to visit. However, due to low funding the days its open are limited. The movies I believe are from her childrens point of view, because it was not what I was excepting after watching the films.
We disnt get to go in because we didnt know they onkt took cash. It is such a cute quaint little building though.
The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. Happy Birthday Molly Brown!!
Great stories about Molly Brown, that by the way, her real name is Maggie Brown. Hollywood renamed her.
Guide was extremely knowledgeable. Lots of history
This place should be on an episode of tiny houses. I was too claustrophobic to go in, but its a cool part of history.
One of the best tours ever
Been there years ago, not since they remodeled. Hoping to go back, would love to do a video tour for our YouTube channel.
Amazing history lesson.
You need to visit here! There is more to Molly Brown than just the Titanic.
Only takes cash.
Very informative
Not visited or open ever
Only open from late spring to early fall.
