We lived here for 2 yrs. The ladies in the office were fantastic!! Always very friendly!! Never had any problems with neighbors. As long as you follow the park rules, youll enjoy living there. We moved because we wanted to travel.

One hell of a place. lots of history.

I used to live a couple miles from this CVS. Had my monthly prescriptions filled there, so the pharmacy staff recognized me whenever I arrived. And it pays to know your pharmacist along with your bank tellers/manager. There are a few reasons really, but the head pharmacist at this location went on her own and defended me. I hand knee replacement surgery and was in excruciating pain. After 3 days in the hospital, I was sent home with a VERY strong pain medication. Took it to the pharmacy and was informed I needed prior authorization from my insurance. Sitting in the car at the drive-thru window with nobody behind us I called the insurance company. The customer service representative I was speaking with informed me the doctors office had to call for the prior authorization and once they did the insurance company had 24 hours to approve/deny authorization. Then if approved, there was a 24 hour hold before my prescription could be filled!? I told her about the surgery I just had done and she said normally surgeons have prior authorizations for that type of surgery done the day before the surgery, so everything is in place upon discharge from the hospital. I cried because I physical therapy at home in 3 hours and no pain medication. I called my surgeon on the way home and got his voice mail, so I left a detailed message. My therapist showed up and so did my pain level, the therapist said my pain wasnt under control and we couldnt start my therapy until I got a prescription. I told him what my prescription was for and it was only good for the first 4 days, then surgeon would prescribe me something not as strong. Didnt hear anything from surgeons office next day so I called again couple hours before they closed, got the voice mail again...wait...what??? Next day just before lunch, surgeon called me back. Fist thing he says to me, Ms. Brannock, why did you sick your pharmacist on me? I didnt. He said she called him and told him off for not having prior authorization in place and making me go so long without pain medication after a major surgery. ( Thank you Hun!) Then he told me he had electronically sent me a prescription for such-n-such and I thanked him because I was happy I would be getting some pain control. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window,the head pharmacist rushed over and got on the intercom. Did your surgeons office call you? I said, He called me himself. And told her,laughing, what he said. She apologized, then stated how some physicians forget about their patients pain and it just gets under her skin. And I seem like such a positive good natured person, it straight made her mad that surgeon was making me suffer needlessly. I thanked her sincerely and told her what the surgeon prescribed will control my pain enough for me to finally start home physical therapy. Her smile was so big and bright

Horrible place to live and very unprofessional woman in the office. The 94 year old woman who lived across the street from me passed away. She had no children and was never married. The only relatives she had lived out of state. She wanted all of her belongings to be given to her church and made it very clear that’s what she wanted. After she passed away Countryside’s management and maintenance went into her trailer like a bunch of vaulters and took everything. All of them had their cars parked outside her trailer and they were just smiling, laughing and filling their cars all up with her belongings that was suppose to be donated to her church. One of the lady’s who worked for countryside came out yelling “I’ve been wanting her couches for a long time and now I finally have them”. The other neighbor and me just looked at each other and shook our heads. It was so sad.

Well maintained mobile home park.

My girlfriend lives at CSV and the place is a joke! The empty lot next store has a tree infested with termites that has already began to drop entire limbs out into the road. The remaining limbs are over her house and her cars and she has made several calls to the office just to be told they will contact the property manager. It has been over a week and not only have they not reached back out to her but the downed limbs are still laying on the ground and the edge of the street. They obviously have no concern for the tenants except the $$$ they get from them...

A lot of the homes are in bad shape. The customer service in the office isnt the best. At least when I was there...I was only looking for a cheap place to buy for 2 years to save some cash. Now Im gonna pass.

I was considering purchasing a home here. Im glad that I read all of the negative reviews before even contacted them. Most of these reviews have the same theme. Rampant drug use, homes and cars consistently being broken into / vandalized. Teens running amuck with no parental supervision and management / staff not effective at managing the above mentioned situations. Thanks for the heads up!

Very well kept and maintained! The staff is amazing! Roxanne Payne went above and beyond our expectations!

This place is worse then living in jail....

This was a nice trailer park from about 1996 to 2004. Since 2005 until 2017 this trailer park has gone straight downhill. The police are called daily for various reasons from minor disturbances to burglaries to violent crimes. The neighborhood is infested with stray cats and dogs and vermin. The drug addicts /heroin addicts are all over the neighborhood looking for trailers and cars to break into. The people at the leasing office are not helpful whatsoever if you have a problem. A word to the wise. If you want a nice place to live dont lease at countryside village unless you like to live in a slum village. Lol.....sorry but true.

We were misinformed when buying a home and completely lied too. Once we became a resident of the countryside village they became very unprofessional and even cruel at times to deal with. We were harassed because of errors made on there part, they even went as far to try and force us to move our own home which we own outright. Our small family does nothing wrong we work all day pay our bills in full but come home to find more and more problems with this community such as constant water outages, network dysfunctions with utilities and last but not least the letters left on an almost weekly basis of complaints and threats from the staff here. I completely dont recommend moving your family here unless you want major problems and constant anxiety.

A Sheriff sits at the entrance because there are like 400 homes in that trailer park and only one entrance and one exit️. I think having one entrance/exit is terrible ️ I have heard theres a really bad part of that park but I havent seen it ️

The stupid old hag at the office (one of them) had accused a resident of countryside trash of blocking traffic while they were parked in THEIR driveway, along with driving recklessly as they had pulled into THEIR driveway. Even better, the dumb old broad had the audacity to call the person’s mother and tell her that her son was being RUDE to the dumb old hag, and that she needs to get him under control. After they couldn’t get their story straight as to what car was causing this commotion and who it was, they still had the audcatity to tell this woman that her son is rude and disrespectful. The dumb old broad had the balls to threaten to call the cops despite not even being able to get their story straight as to who was “causing traffic and commotion”. Worthless old hags. Is the day at the office that boring that you have to call someone and make up stories and tell them how to raise their son? Complete morons running the office.

My son lives here... it seems to be a nice mobile home park... improvements could be made... but so far it seems like a great place to live...

Singlehandedly the biggest joke on earth. Poorly managed, p***ks. Do not recommend living here. Between the management and residents you will be constantly harassed. Snow plows will block in guests on the road intentionally, and not be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle they harassed. No place to park, very noisy, and run rampant with drug users. If youre looking for a cocktail of absolute insanity, this is the place for you!

Such a dirty place, Aston Court is nothing but a muddy mess, they have a water leak, and wont fix it, seems like a wast of water, I wouldnt encourage anyone to move there

Moved from the counrtry in east Ky to this neighborhood in 2012. From day one it was a nightmare! The streets run rampant with troubled teens and drug addicts. Constant theft, vandalism, and very unsafe for kids. They cant play by road due to crazy drivers. Once they have you sign lease, they begin making you feel like a lesser person. They do nothing about the drugs and crime in neighborhood, and they will harass a hardworking honest person about window shades to weeds in flower bed. Even when u work oit of town for weeks at a time. Once it came time to sell my home, they made sure not to approve all applicants i sent thier way because they wanted property themselves. So, after this same song and dance for months, finally had to take their offer for home. $1500! Paid $5000 originally, and spent another $9000 in high end renovations. So a big loss for me. Right after we saw they haf it listed for $14000! They made a huge profit by taking advantage of hard working middle class people. Every good person that was in neighborhood eventually moved out due to crime. Now it is a cess pool of human trash. Shootings and overdoses were regular by the time we left.

My experience with countryside/laurtec at best would be horrible . Roxanne is the manager who has absolutely no idea what she is doing whatsoever . She is as as unprofessional as they come once she has your money u are screwed .Barbara her secretary is just a nosy 95 year old lady who wants to know everything going on in the park. But dont want to do nothing but gossip about whoever isnt around. They should rename the maintenance crew to the lack of maintenance crew instead cause all they do is drive around taping useless violations to your door. Half of the residents are illegals they should change the name from countryside to little mexico.and the drug problem well we wont even go there WOW. And if u move there hopefully u dont get company cause they will have your car towed because they get a kickback from the towing company that they are in cahoots with. Lets just say its my familys worst living experience ever and we miss the place like a case of the clap . If I could give them 0 stars I would if u move there dont say u werent warned. Look real good at whoever you are doing business with there if their lips are moving its guaranteed to be a lie . Dont walk the other way run before they screw u over thats just how they do business. I could keep going but I think Ive pretty well mady point !!!!!

Lived here most of my lIfe. I can say it is okay to live here if you keep to yourself. It is little Hamilton keep your stuff locked up. Teens around here are disrespectful and dont care who sees them doing stupid stuff. Not saying all of them but most of them. Deffentley has changed since I was a teenager.

Moved in after we bought it from a friend. lived here a year with minimal problems expect constant citations for other people leaving dog poop in our yard and having our grill on the porch.After the year the office complained about my pitbull dog who is not a pitbull, they tried to evict us on multiple occasions for my dog who I had DNA tested at my own expense to prove his breed. Have had our house broken into and neighbors play loud music all night.The least kid friendly place Ive ever lived. If you have a kid here you will be cited for anything that goes wrong whether it was your kid or not.Have a dog, you will be cited for any dog thats running loose.Cant wait to move out of this place, I dont know how Im going to sell the trailer though, hopefully a young couple that needs a cheap place to live, or family with older kids.

I have lived here 7yrs and like the other ppl here have shared that this place is a Joke and not only is the things ppl have said true but the police dont do anything about my 14 yr old daughter pretty much get raped by a 24yr old man that has a very sexual relationship with my daughter for almost 2 yrs now even though I have told the police and Judge after Judge that not only is he raping her but he also physically and mentally abuses her so that she wont tell the police or anyone that the relationship exist bc she is in fear of her life I just wish this place could help me or the police could do something but I guess just have to wait till she ends up pregnant in the crazy hospital and probably dead before they do something

I really love this place

I live there and the managment is horrable they keep telling me to put up my skirt siding on my trailer but they have a cat problem and the cats keep knocking them down there is so many krackheads living there and stealing everything they can they have tried to break into my house several times but have failed because i have been there during the day im saving up as much as i can so i can get out of this place it is bad news

Its the worst place i have ever lived. Teens across the street been throwing rocks at my trailer for about a year and theres been other neighbor complaining to the office and they dont do nothing! They still live there i have call the cop on them few times already i have got my chairs stolen from my front door! They crack my windshield and the office lady does nothing to them but she have the balls to accuse me of parking on the grass when i never do. But theres a neighbor that gets on the grass to park on his spot and his yard is all muddy with no grass what so ever. But for some reason they pick on me for the stupidest thing when i havent even done anything i only go to work and come home in the afternoon dont talk to no one for anyone to mess with me. Theres a handicap kid in the home and they still didnt care about those teens (1 already in house arrest but they still come out at night) they throwing rocks at my trailer i worry all the time i dont have a peace of mind here. I swear the worst place ever!! People around has said how they also leave a bag in the middle of the street on fire! The cars flyy!! I swear they dont stop on the stop signs! Music blasting all night super loud some cars have them bullets on there muffler and they dont respect. No street lights. Teens walking at night to cut thro ur yard been loud not caring. This place dont care about any ones safety!

If you are think of moving here. Dont. It is the worse place to live. The trash get away with everything and the people who actually follow the rules get violations for the trashy people.

If you live here you will have things stolen, broken windows and people on drugs walking around asking for money. The office does nothing about the drugs or the people that steal things. The police also dont do anything. Please whatever you do dont live here.

Facility staff do not respond to any requests but require you to do outside maintenance on your lot including re-paving the driveway! No snow removal!
