This is a nice place.the manager can seem like a jerk but hes not.Its because of his strict standards that this place remains nice if your messy and like to leave stuff laying around this is not the place for you.But if you like cleanliness and order.( like I do youll love it )I.E. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

My soon to be mother in law lives here. Its a peaceful trailer park.

Bought a used car from a nice older man who lives here.

The community is friendly and the homes and lots are well kept. I didnt go into the sales area, but my aunts home is very nice inside. The yard is very small and lots are close together for my liking, but if you dont want to mow a lot of grass, this is good.

Great if you want to post up with a bunch of kids running around and not knowing if the garden hose will still be there.
