Well-done Great America! I felt safe; all areas were clean and well maintained. Plenty of lifeguards and good job on the social-distancing guidelines, etc. Great slides and lovely pools of cool refreshing water drops.

No dry park, activity pool and that end all closed, have to enter through dry park, new water ride not even hardly started. On the bright side, not crowded, limited food choices, but was fresh and good and great service. Bathrooms very clean, most wore masks while walking around. If you dont have a pass, Id a skip it this year!

Lovely being able to go here for summer! Good slides for families and kids, but a limited array for teens. Food here is amazing, but also limited.

Hour and a half to get food. They ran out of ice for a while. Purchased large drink and after my food came they started looking for the cup and couldnt find it. Eventually somebody comes back and says we dont sell those anymore. Even though their sign says they do. Do you want a refund of the price difference? 5 minutes later I got my money back and had to repurchase the smaller size drinks.They no longer guarantee gold pass members entrance into the water park.They just put up a brand new ride, maxxforce and couldnt spend the extra few dollars to put covering up for people standing in line for an hour and 45 minutes, (all in the sun) and their sign says its a 60 minute wait.Our family of four has been buying gold pass memberships since so long ago I cant remember. The food experience pushed me over the edge and Im done with six flags. Customer service does not exist.

Had so much fun. Staff is all wearing masks and are very friendly. However they do not enforce the rules at all. Hence the 4 stars. You have to complain to them in order for them to do anything.

During COVID the water park staff was nice and mostly reasonable (a few disease zealots, but not enough to make an issue). Looking forward to post COVID.I wish they would power sweep the walking areas better. Stepping on a piece of chipped concrete or a rock is very painful.While the wave pool was open, no waves to be had due to restrictions :(Although, the Lazy River was open :)God bless the USA, and the devil curse all lying politicians.

Amazing times wish the whole park was open They had plenty of hand sanitizing stations people were abiding by wearing the masks.

Loved that we got to go even though there is still mask policy and its hot to be wearing a mask.

Great place to take the kids during the summer. Security is alright just dont bring in perfume bottles cause I hadine confiscated since I was not going to wait to go through security another 45 min...other than that great.

Amazing place for family and friends

Riptide bay is part of hurricane harbor in six flags great america. It is awesome there, you can surf or go on some waterslides or even just have fun in the pool with your family. It has it all, and once you are done in the waterpark you could head into the rollercoaster part of the park. It is so much fun for the whole family.

Kids had so much fun. The life guards are very keen to everything going on around them.
