I asked them if they had trailer parking they said no, theres at least an acre of empty trailer parking just behind the parking garage.I got here 2 days early and they were not very helpful.Made a long trip even worse.But the place is niceA little dusty, few out dated thingsNo suppliesI am glad we packed too much instead of too little.

Was not brought to my attention I had no apps on my TV, furniture broken and not brought to my attention. when I changed property managers, I instructed them to only drop the two studios yet they took it upon themselves to drop all 3, even know the 3rd one was booked through December. Was told that there is only 1 body per bed and this was repealed on May the 1st but I never got word of that and in the meantime at least 1 of my studio was vacant after may 1, even on memorial day weekend. Was told by an oak shores affiliate that a bbrr mgr., After i left, Called to fuss about me and very harsh things were said that are not true.Have excellent new property management now call keri at Busch leasing and rent units 12, 52, and 167 in oak shores!

My brother & I leased 2 condos through Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals and were scheduled to to check-in on Sep 17 for our four night rental at Legacy Towers II #709 & #305. Just an hour and a half prior to check-in, when my brother was driving from Houston, he received a call advising him that the #709 rental was being canceled because the new owners did not want to rent the unit. He got a call a little later, 22 minutes prior to check-in confirming the cancellation and advising that BBRR would be unable to provide any other accommodations. It is difficult to imagine how this could happen and as you might guess this was very disruptive given the timing. While refund emails came out right away, after 11 days no refund has yet to be posted.No compensation has been offered for the increase in price of the new rental nor for the inconvenience of our family now being in 2 locations 20 minutes apart. BBRR did not assist in replacement accommodations.I nor my brother will lease through BBRR again.

April, 2nd was shown unit 204 by Shawna, was given a rate for the time we wanted in 2021. Shawna then requested information from us that included my credit card number. This was all done in her office. Shawna then stated she would do a contract and send it to me by e-mail. We were staying at the same building (Ocean club). I was to sign the contract and send it back. Early the next morning Shawna called with the bait and switch. Shawna stated she had given me the wrong rate and stated we would have to come up with another $1400 for our stay. I advised her that that was too much and to just cancel our request. She advised that she had already charged my credit card $2,250.00 for the deposit. I have not signed for anything. she promised to reverse the credit card. On April 7th contacted my credit card company and they stated, the charge was never reversed. April 7th called Shawnas supervisor Marie, who stated Shawna can only make charges but only Marie can do reverse charges. Marie was nasty and stated it would be at least two or three weeks before Marie would be at the office to do the reverse charge. Mastercard advised that was unreasonable, and stated I needed to do a dispute on the charge against Biloxi Beach Resort rentals, and not wait two or three weeks. As of today, April 13th they still refuse to reverse the charge. do to the fact That I never signed for anything, and didnt authorize the charge, I am going to make a fraud complaint with the Biloxi Beach police department. The Ocean club is a beautiful place, however dont make the same mistake I did and use the Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals to book your stay

Apartment was well taken care of, I was called and told that the garage had to be closed if I was not working in it because of the homeowners association however, my truck was just a bit too long and I was told there were plenty of parking spots nearbythere were only two spots and these spots were filled constantly. If you are on military orders I recommend you find a good hotel for the government rate, the wifi was abysmal at best and I did call several times about it.

I wish we could give this management company 0 stars. Hired them to manage a beach condo, initially, Marty Sutherland represented the company. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of investment properties, professional, and represented not only the gulf coast, from an investment standpoint, but the company very well. She abruptly left just prior to closing. The new management (Jaqueline Wilson) is extremely unprofessional, reactionary, intellectually dishonest and extremely vindictive. I would steer clear of allowing this company to manage any investment properties.

We stayed at Oak Shores 129, very clean and nice. The management company was great to deal with.

If you come here TDY expect them to have to come into the unit every couple of weeks for some sort of maintenance. Otherwise its fine.
